Idyllic Riverside Welsh House - Next to Snowdonia & Close to North Wales beaches
Beautifully presented peaceful three bedroom detached holiday home located next to Snowdonia National Park.
Perfect location for exploring and visiting the many attractions of Snowdonia and North Wales.
Overlooking River Conwy, the property benefits from breath taking views of the mountainous Welsh countryside.
With off street parking for 2 cars, the house is perfect for families and is pet friendly too.
The home is well equipped for your holiday including, central heating, Wi-Fi, bedding and towels, kitchen utensils and equipment.
The downstairs area consists of a large modern kitchen with underfloor heating and small breakfast bar, a spacious homely living room with large TV including a full SKY Q package which includes Sky Sports & Sky Cinema and PlayStation 3, leading to a dining conservatory where you can gain access to the stunning landscaped garden with decking and seating areas over the River Conwy. Also downstairs there is a separate WC and utility area with combi washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs there is a large bathroom with bath, WC and separate shower. The bathroom also benefits from a TV!
All bedrooms are upstairs and include:
Master bedroom with super king size bed and balcony with seating area to enjoy the beautiful views the house has to offer. The bedroom also has a large screen TV and DVD player & dressing table.
Second large super king bedroom with Sky Q TV and garden views
Twin bedroom with Sky Q TV
A cot is available upon request
