This rental includes the use of 2 golf carts. Our quaint two bedroom, two bathroom cottage in Laurel Grove is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, and alongside a picturesque catch and release fishing pond. Laurel Grove is among the the Resort’s newest and most beautiful neighborhoods. The Laurel Grove Clubhouse is a short walk away (about 70 yards) and features a private fitness center, heated swimming pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, and outdoor BBQ grills with a mini-kitchen. Take the golf carts anywhere on the Resort, or hop on the complimentary tram for a quick ride to the beach or the Baytowne Wharf!

Our tidy cottage style home is designed with vacationers in mind. The furnishings are fresh, cheery, and invite you to relax. With wood floors and comfortable seating, the family room is the central living area and leads to an old fashioned back porch through french doors. A large HDTV and DVD player is provided in the family room. Our fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances, and everything needed to whip up your favorite meal including a Keurig. There is dining seating for six guests, and outdoor seating on the back porch. So sit awhile and enjoy a lovely pond view from the back porch.

The first level master bedroom suite is furnished with a comfortable king size bed, an entertainment armoire, plenty of closet space, and convenient access to the back porch. You will find luxurious linens on the bed and fluffy white towels in the bathroom. The master bath features a double vanity, a large soaking tub and a separate shower. The guest bedroom is located just down the hallway, and sleeps 6 with a queen bed and queen over queen bunks, ample closet space, and an adjoining bathroom with an oversize shower. Bring the Xbox and movies! This home is equipped with three HDTVs and DVD players. For your convenience, there is a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Wonderful stay at a great price!

The property was the perfect place for our family vacation! Having 2 golf carts was an added plus! We ended up having to move our original dates and the property management team was very responsive and accommodated our change. We will definitely try to stay here the next time we are in town!

We had a great trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was great! The house was perfect for us and the golf carts were a huge hit. It was a bit frustrating that we called to have the propane tanks filled on Sunday and they said the maintenance staff would fill them on Monday. We called back on Wednesday because they still had not been filled and we were told they were filled on Monday (but they weren’t). On Friday morning my husband walked down the back porch steps and his foot went through the deck stair due to rot. Luckily he was okay, but it took that happening to get them to our place to bring new propane tanks. That was frustrating. Full disclosure: I am a little picky when it comes to cleanliness and this rental could use a deep clean. Lots of dust on decor throughout the house, behind furniture, and on the ceilings in the family rooms (cobwebs too!) I get the ceilings are high but there was quite a bit up there...

Great family Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have spent Thanksgiving in the Sandestin Resort for 30 years. Over the past few years, we have taken over the Laurel Grove neighborhood. This year we had 8 different units in the neighborhood, with around 50 people in attendance. We really had a great time. The neighborhood pool is heated, so swimming in November was very comfortable. Fishing in neighborhood lakes was fun. Golf carting around the entire property was fantastic. I have 2 kids that have added "Golf Cart" to their Christmas lists.
