This rental includes the use of a six seat golf cart and a four seat golf cart. Our quaint two bedroom, two bathroom cottage in Laurel Grove is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, and alongside a picturesque catch and release fishing pond. Laurel Grove is among the the Resort’s newest and most beautiful neighborhoods. The Laurel Grove Clubhouse is a short walk away (about 70 yards) and features a private fitness center, heated swimming pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, and outdoor BBQ grills with a mini-kitchen. Take the golf carts anywhere on the Resort, or hop on the complimentary tram for a quick ride to the beach or the Baytowne Wharf!

Our tidy cottage style home is designed with vacationers in mind. The furnishings are fresh, cheery, and invite you to relax. With wood floors and comfortable seating, the family room is the central living area and leads to an old fashioned back porch through french doors. A large HDTV and DVD player is provided in the family room. Our fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and everything needed to whip up your favorite meal including a Keurig. There is dining seating for six guests, plus bar seating for two. There is also outdoor seating on the back porch. So sit awhile and enjoy a lovely pond view from the back porch.

The first level master bedroom suite is furnished with a comfortable king size bed, an entertainment armoire, plenty of closet space, and convenient access to the back porch. You will find luxurious linens on the bed and fluffy white towels in the bathroom. The master bath features a double vanity, a large walk in shower. The guest bedroom is located just down the hallway, and sleeps 6 with a queen bed and queen over queen bunks, ample closet space, and an adjoining bathroom with an oversize shower. Bring the Xbox and movies! This home is equipped with three HDTVs and DVD players. For your convenience, there is a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
