Lovely apartment. Highly recommended

The condo is located in a safe area with a variety of restaurants and Carolina Park—a large, beautiful park—within a short walking distance. The metro station is about a 15-minute walk away, allowing easy access to the historic old city of Quito. The condo is situated in a very quiet neighborhood, and the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans, and everything needed for cooking. An added bonus is the washer/dryer provided on the premises. When we needed the safe reset, the owner responded quickly and came over to assist us, ensuring everything was in order. The bed is very comfortable, and the condo is well maintained. We will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The communication between the owner and myself was amazing! The amenities that were included really made my stay even better. Best part, security guard is always in the lobby and are friendly! The location of this apartment is great. It is nearby restaurants and Supermax. Need to add we were able to see a live concert from the roof top. The scenery from the apartment was beautiful.

We are a family of 8 traveling through Ecuador. Our 1st night was in Quito and this apartment was a great start. It’s easy to get to from the airport (the host will help coordinate transportation if needed), we felt very safe, the neighborhood is quiet, there are breakfast & coffee options nearby (they left us a bag of coffee and sugar/cream which was wonderful). The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Showers are hot. The temperature was perfect inside. I didn’t need to cook this time, but there were supplies if I did. We had a lovely stay, which I was nervous about with our 9:45pm arrival time. Thank you very very much!

When looking to book this recent stay in Quito, I must admit to being a little put off by the choice of either paying a hefty damage deposit or buying an insurance policy (I chose the latter). What tipped the scale in deciding to stay was the option of having a driver, maximizing the limited time we had to spend in Quito/environs. Patricio was an excellent driver & as a native of the city, a great tour guide as well (plus a guide book to fill in the details). Using translation apps, we were able to get our respective points across. The homey apartment reminded me of my mom’s place - if she had collected nicer art! Its location at the top of a hill in a residential area might not be ideal for some. We generally prefer to be in the center of town and go out in the evenings but Quito’s historic center, while charming by day has a not so lovely reputation after dark. So this worked for us because at the end of the day it was nice to relax in such a pleasant space, use the internet (good WiFi), and enjoy the view. At the bottom of the hill we tried Estrella & Pluma (Chinese-with great dumplings, called “ravioli”), El Chacal Parilla, and a yummy bakery, supplemented with a visit to the Megamaxi grocery/superstore. At the end of our stay, using the stackable washer/dryer allowed us to start fresh on the next leg of our trip, a Galapagos Islands cruise. From airport pick-up to drop-off, with visits in-between to the Centro Historico by day and night, Mitad del Mundo, and Papallacta Thermal Baths, this stay in Quito was memorable. It is walking distance to several malls, a beautiful park, and the business district. The 5 star is for location, cleanliness, and value. And the best part is they can help you with airport transports, english interpretaion, scenic tours,, and a well rounded summary of the country and area.
