We were very happy with the condo. Beds were really comfortable. Great location to restaurants and shopping. It was nice to be able to watch TV without having to log onto your own programs. That’s a huge plus. Very clean also.

Our stay was very nice! We were close to downtown which we could walk to. Had a couple of good days with weather, golfed two days which was great! Never made it to the beach to relax due to weather but enjoyed breakfast at Skillets everyday and Hudson’s seafood for dinner! Too many bikers!

This was a great place to stay when visiting our daughter at school. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for us since so many places are incredibly small at Hilton Head. We were able to see beautiful sunrises and sunsets easily with the beach access. I highly recommend this place for families.

This condo was the cleanest place we have rented since coming to Hilton Head (15yrs and counting). My husband usually cleans the rooms before we can even unpack, this place impressed him.Location was perfect! The room was right off the elevator, the pool was right below the room.The beach access was within feet of the room.Parking was not great, we had 2 cars and there were a couple nights we couldn't find parking for both vehicles. Had to circle around and hoped someone left so we could snag the spots.There is underneath parking where 2 cars could fit, but very hard to get.It was a little tight, but we had a last minute add on to the number of people we took. 5 people would've been fine, but with 6 people, it was was little small. (This was on us, not kendall and Jeff).You could see the ocean from the balcony.Loved the decor, very beachy. Loved the tables. There was 1 couch and 1 chair, would've liked to have another chair to lounge on, but again for 5 would've been fine.There were 4 bikes which our girls loved. They weren't stuck at the room, and loved that they could jump on the bikes and go do something without us.Quick 5minute walk to coligny, fabulous!!.I mean this place was perfect!!Loved that we didn't have to drive everywhere. Hosts were very easy to get a hold of.I would definitely recommend renting this place.Thank you kendall and Jeff!!

It was exactly like the pictures!! All of the extras they provide so convenient from the beach chairs to the toys for kids, the bikes and the kitchen ware. Access to the beach was just a quick walk. Lastly the host is amazing, she has went above and beyond to get me back something I left and didn’t even realize I did

Great Getaway

A great getaway! It was so nice have 2 bedrooms-lots of space! Everything was great…one thing that hindered my kiddos from sleeping in the bunks was the air vents-they were black, but other than that it was a great stay & would look forward to staying again.

Wonderful place, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owner is kind and made us feel welcomed during our vacation. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace, drinking coffee while looking at the palm trees and ocean. This place is conveniently located by restaurants, shopping and music. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I came to the Beaufort/Bluffton areas in 2001. I was a ‘traveler’ for the hospital in Beaufort, we fell in love with the area and decided to stay! We have one son that loves to be near the beach as well. I work in Beaufort and my husband works in Savannah, so Bluffton is a good in between for the both of us. We absolutely love Hilton Head Island. We go down and enjoy it as much as we can. Although we are only about 20 minutes away, we always feel like we are on vacation when we go to the beach. The people are always friendly and the restaurants are great! We love our life here! We bought a condo in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort when we first decided to buy and sold it a year later to buy a one bedroom in seaside. We wanted to be in the South Forest Beach area, we feel there is more to do and want to be able to offer our guests those accommodations. We hope you enjoy our villa as much as we do!

There are only a few 2 bedroom units in Seaside, so when this one came on the market we had to grab it (even if that meant gutting the whole thing)! We love the location of Seaside Villas, it is within walking distance to many great restaurants and the famous Coligny Plaza, lots of cute shops and entertainment select days of the week during rental season.
