The kitchen boasts all the appliances, utensils, and cookware needed to make you feel at home, including a full-size fridge, oven, dishwasher, and washer/dryer units. The dining room table and breakfast bar offer seating for 8, along with additional outdoor seating for 4 on the balcony's over sized pub-height table and chairs. Flat screen TVs with upgraded free WiFi access is available for entertainment when you need a cozy and relaxing night in.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with an en suite full size shower, flat-screen TV and double doors that open onto the expansive balcony. The guest bedroom also has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and the 2nd bathroom has a full-size shower and tub with all the amenities needed. The loft is accessed via a spiral staircase, hosting 2 twin beds, a large flat-screen and 360-degree panoramic views. A queen sofa sleeper with a 5-inch memory foam mattress can be found in the living room.

The balcony overlooks our private sandy beach & Old River, part of the Perdido Bay system, and is just steps away from the private pier, reconstructed, and updated in March 2022. The pier provides a variety of activities from fishing and crabbing, boat watching and water sports, to bird watching and dolphins playing. Included in your reservation is first come first serve boat dock facilities (no trailer parking), reserved parking space, community pool, bay side beach, all literally just a few steps away from your unit. Since our complex spans beach to bay, you have the best of both worlds. Direct access to the newly completed 8-foot-wide concrete multi-use pathway is located right at our driveway entrance. Various amenities are all within walking/biking distance including beachwear (0.1 mi) & convenience stores (0.3), beach side dining (0.2 mi) and the legendary Florabama (exactly 1 mile) along the new pathway.
