STUDIO TRÈS JOLI - À trois kilomùtres de Soldotna!

Bear Paw Studio Retreat est situĂ© dans une forĂȘt privĂ©e isolĂ©e de 20 acres, Ă  seulement trois kilomĂštres de Soldotna et regorge de cafĂ©s, d’épiceries, de boutiques spĂ©cialisĂ©es et de restaurants. Bear Paw est situĂ© au niveau infĂ©rieur de notre maison. Il dispose d’une entrĂ©e privĂ©e, d’un parking privĂ© et de nombreuses places de stationnement pour les bateaux des locataires ou les vĂ©hicules supplĂ©mentaires. Avec des lits king et queen dans la zone nuit, Bear Paw Studio peut accueillir confortablement deux Ă  quatre personnes. Bear Paw Studio est un ajout rĂ©cemment terminĂ© dans notre maison. Il est donc rĂ©cent avec des appareils de cuisine modernes et un beau dĂ©cor de l'Alaska. Complet avec une trĂšs grande peau d’ours recouvrant tout un mur! Les rideaux occultants offrent suffisamment d'obscuritĂ© pendant les beaux jours d'Ă©tĂ©, permettant Ă  nos clients de passer une bonne nuit de sommeil. Il y a un grand congĂ©lateur exclusivement pour les clients, ce qui est particuliĂšrement utile pendant la saison de pĂȘche. Le nettoyage du poisson est toutefois interdit sur les lieux en raison de l’attraction potentielle des ours. Pendant les mois d’étĂ©, Bear Paw est une retraite parfaite pour les pĂȘcheurs. En hiver, lorsque la neige est abondante, nous entretenons plusieurs pistes de ski de fond et disposons d’une fabuleuse piste de luge pour ceux qui souhaitent vivre des aventures enneigĂ©es. Bear Paw a quelque chose Ă  offrir Ă  tous ceux qui se rendent dans la rĂ©gion de Kenai ou de Soldotna.

I was in town for work and this place was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet after my shift. Even working nights and sleeping during the day, i was not bothered at all. Place has everything you need except groceries. The host is super friendly and takes very good care of you.

Very good location: quiet and out of the way yet minutes from town. Host is extremely easy to communicate with. Check in and out process was very smooth. Accommodations are great with a very nice kitchenand comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Place to Stay

The studio was easy to find and located in a secluded area just outside of Soldotna. We were close enough to town for supplies but was also able to enjoy the quietness of the woods. The studio was new, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Jackie was gracious and generous. We hope to stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great Place to Stay

Jackie and Jayson went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a wonderful experience. We were contacted prior to our arrival to see if there was anything we needed in particular that they could provide for us, which was extremely thoughtful. The property was very clean and well laid out and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Jackie and Jayson made the stay so nice with their hospitality and were very welcoming. Such a lovely place

This property is an efficiency apartment on the ground floor of a lovely home. The owners are right upstairs and completely available to answer questions and assist with problems. In addition to the apartment, there are 29 acres of property, and I loved wandering around in the quiet and beauty. I would go there again anytime. Love. Love. Love!!

We are very new to VRBO, but I made a fantastic choice when I chose Jackie's lovely studio. She sent me directions and we ended up texting and finding out about each other. I felt like she was a friend from the beginning and she went above and beyond to make our stay as wonderful as possible. She got us flowers because we were celebrating our anniversary as well as a bottle of wine and local treats. I am obsessed with moose and she made sure that I tried all the places possible to see them and boy did we. The best one was close to where she lived. We got some of the most fantastic photos of this huge Mama moose that we later found out had a baby. Everything in our room was so very comfortable. We had access to a grill to cook some fantastic fish that Jackie shared with us. I highly recommend anyone staying at any property that Jackie hosts. Jackie and her husband went above and beyond for us and we are very grateful because this was a very special trip for us.

Cozy and welcoming rental

I drove down from Eagle River with my two kids for a football game and was so happy to find this place. It is conveniently located near town but is in an area that is quiet and secluded. While we were not there for fishing, there were things on site to accommodate that need. I really enjoyed all the personal touches in the studio and the owner was so helpful with directions around town and was very accommodating with our need for a later check out. I have already recommended this place to friends who often go to this area for fishing. If we ever have a need to stay the night in Soldotna again, this will be the first place I check!

Jackie and Jason were wonderful hosts. We felt more like houseguests than tenants! Wonderful place!

The kitchen had everything we needed. We used the stove, oven, grill, washer and dryer. Jackie even had laundry soap and dryer sheets. They gave us advise on fishing locations, restaurants and even numbers to call to get fish counts. We caught fish and her son packaged it for us for a nominal fee. His name was Anderson and he did a better job packaging it than professionals. The property is a bit off the beaten track and was quiet as a result. It is just a few minutes from Town. I would highly recommend staying in the apartment. Thanks Jackie. I hope we get a chance to stay again!

SUPER FABULEUX ACCUEIL

Nous avons eu des problÚme de G P S étant français et ne parlant pas l anglais nous avons un peu paniqués et dérangé JACQUIE notre hote pour venir nous chercher au centre ville de soldotna nous avons passé un excellent séjour et appris beaucoup sur la vie en ALASKA .Je recommande cette adresse à tous les français en voyage en ALASKA Nous étions 2 mais possibilité de 5 couchages cuisine trÚs bien équipée++++Merci JACQUIE

We spend our summers boating on the ocean and fishing the Kenai and having total blast filling our freezer with our winter supply of Sockeye salmon. We enjoy camping around the state of Alaska during our fair weather months and traveling to warm and tropical destinations during our cold months when time allows!
