Welcome to your holiday townhouse in Varandas do Lago, nestled between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo about 2,2 km Ancão beach!



This bright 4-bedroom townhouse offers space, comfort and fun amenities like a private pool and games room. Picture yourself cooling off in the pool after beach time, firing up the gas BBQ for al fresco dinners on the shaded terrace, or relaxing on the upstairs balcony while watching the kids splash below. Step inside to four air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms, thoughtfully configured across floors. Ground floor: twin bedroom with shared bathroom. First floor: one double with private en-suite, plus two doubles sharing bathtubs. All bedrooms stay cool with AC for restful nights.



The bright living room features flat-screen cable TV, Wi-Fi and AC, flowing into a raised dining area with terrace views over the pool. Next door, the fully equipped kitchen opens to the outdoor dining and BBQ area. Downstairs, a games room with pool table, TV and console awaits for evenings in.



Guests love the outdoor oasis: an 8 x 4 metre private pool with sun loungers and parasols, shaded dining for 8, gas BBQ, outdoor sofas, plus an upstairs terrace with seating. Private parking right at the entrance adds convenience.

A fantatsic location for all types of holiday

We stayed here for 9 days over the New Year period and the accomodation is excellent, one of the best we have used. The weather was cool so the large building was hard to heat up and the pool did not get any sun on it at this time of year however the place Townhouse is a fantatsic venue and we would happily visit again but at a different time of year

Wonderful Villa in a peaceful location

Myself and my family had a wonderful stay at Casa Granada. The villa exceeded my expectations. The property was clean and was like home from home. It was light and airy, beds were very comfortable and had everything you needed (even provided a good pair of straighteners in the bathroom). Showers were all good and powerful. Plenty of mugs, glasses, plates and kitchen utensils etc. Location was so peaceful and quiet and the salt pool was lovely. Lots of different outside seating areas in the villa which was lovely. Air con in all bedrooms and lounge which was great. The added extra of the pool table in the basement was great for the boys, wow the space down there was huge. I did hire a car but also used Ubers which are very cheap and very quick to arrive. Communication with the management company was excellent, we were met on arrival and were left a welcome box which was great, they were very on the ball when I had to contact them. Most of us took our own pool towels but the management company do provide at a price of €3 per pool towel for the duration of your stay. Thank you for a most wonderful stay, a week wasn't long enough. Will def be back x

The property was ideal for our family to attend a nearby wedding We had a fantastic week. Quiet location, short walk to beach, but some form of transport is needed to get to restaurants. The villa itself was ideal for our needs - spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The pool was excellent, and we spent a lot of days relaxing by it. Would happily stay again!

Salt water pool heaven

This was the perfect place for our family holiday. No 1 by far was the pool - the kids were in it 24/7! Great pool and decent size. Note - it is salt water. Rooms all decent size, and all have air con. Note - only 2 of the 4 actually stay dark in the mornings - the 2 main bedrooms were both very light. We didn't use the basement at all but that could be fun too if you weren't out and about much (or in the pool!). Kitchen had everything needed but was missing pepper and cooking oil. One thing to note is if you want to use the pool you have to specify this and pay 3 Euro extra per 'pool towel'. Did not seem a necessary extra cost to me, but that's what it is. I would suggest just one hand towel per bathroom (rather than per person) and give a separate towel each for the pool. Also to avoid the unnecessary plastic and waste I'd do away with a tiny bottle of body wash and soap each, and again just have one soap in every bathroom, and one refillable bottle of bodywash in the shower. Indoor and outdoor table made dining lovely, and TV worked well. Location means you need a car - we rented and went to local beaches and restaurants. Apart from towels only annoyance was there was not enough loo roll. For what you're paying I would not expect to have to buy extra toilet paper. Otherwise was great and they were accommodating in some leeway when leaving. Would recommend!
