If you are looking for a quiet and scenic place to spend relaxing, exclusive and unforgettable holidays with family or friends, Villa Retrò at Rossone is absolutely perfect for you.



This villa, located on the hill overlooking the picturesque village of Torri del Benaco, is surrounded by a large olive grove and enjoys a breathtaking view of the lake and the famous sunset behind the mountains.



The lake and beaches are less than 1 km away and can be easily reached on foot through the picturesque road descending from the hill. The historic centre and restaurants are located approximately 2 km away.

The Villa has two uncovered parking spaces, located in front of the main entrance.



Villa Retrò at Rossone maintains the 'retro' atmosphere typical of the period of its construction and is distributed on a single floor. Upon entering, our guests will be welcomed by a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, fridge, dishwasher and everything necessary to cook excellent meals, among friends and in company. From the entrance, one accesses the living room with a dining table, a sofa and a satellite TV.

From the kitchen and living room, it is possible to access the large balcony, complete with a dining table and an outdoor lounge area with a view of the lake.

Continuing from the living room, one accesses the sleeping area, represented by a corridor in which three double bedrooms with air conditioning and a single bedroom without air conditioning follow each other. Two bathrooms with shower complete the floor.

The external area consists of a large fully fenced garden, accessible via stairs on the side of the villa and complete with a covered area that has a barbecue with an outdoor table.

Changeable Weather....

The position and exposure of the villa made it ideal for my stay. Despite the changeable weather (sun, rain, wind) I was able to visit the Garda and Valpolicella area, enjoying the company of my friends in a spacious, well furnished and equipped villa

Just as shown in the photos . Quiet residential area and good to have a 20min walk to lake, restaurants and shops. Domus agents we’re very quick to deal with noisy dog next door and our need for heating as it got colder . Floors were a little grubby and it would have been helpful to have a change of towels on a 9 night stay. Superb view and all well equipped villa .

Wundervoller Familienurlaub in einer besonderen Villa

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Man kommt zur Tür herein und fühlt sich wohl. Die Villa hat einen besonderen Charme. Alles war blitzsauber . Der Ausblick über den See traumhaft. Das eingezäunte Grundstück perfekt für unseren Labrador. Die Küche war super gut ausgestattet. Soviel Geschirr und Pfannen hatten wir noch nie. Pürierstab, elektrische Ziitruspresse und vieles mehr. Morgens und abends auf der großen Terrasse essen, da möchte man nicht mehr weg. Die Straße zum Haus ist schon spektakulär aber zu meistern. Vielen Dank dass wir hier sein durften. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Die Bestecke sollten nicht aus Holz sein. Da war einiges kaputt weil die Gäste alles in die Spülmaschine packen. Könnte mal nachgeschaut werden.

Wir haben unsere Woche Urlaub in der Villa Retro sehr genossen. Wir waren dort zu fünft als Familie mit 3 erwachsenen Söhnen und einem großen Hund. Die Beschreibung der Villa und der Umgebung war genau wie auf fewo-direkt beschrieben und alles war sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung der Villa ist wirklich etwas "retro" aber mit italienischem Charme und vom Platz her sehr großzügig. Auch die 2 Bäder jeweils mit Dusche waren hilfreich. Der Blick von der Küche, vom Wohnzimmer, den Schlafzimmern und vor allem dem Balkon über den Gardasee hinweg auf das Westufer ist wunderschön, insbesondere bei Sonnenuntergang. Den Weg hinunter ins Dorf und an den Strand und zurück nimmt man da gern in Kauf. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit einer großen Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination und der breite Gasherd macht Spaß beim Kochen.Der Garten mit den Olivenbäumen ist groß genug für genügend Privatsphäre und fürs Sonnenbaden gibt es eine Außendusche mit Warmwasser.Mit Pool wäre das Haus perfekt, Platz im Garten wäre ja. Aber so war das Haus für uns bezahlbar. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt.Vom Haus weg haben wir einige schöne Wanderungen machen können.

Das Objekt liegt wunder schön, oberhalb von Torri del Benaco, in einer ruhigen Gegend. Der Garten ist großartig gepflegt und perfekt auch für einen Aufenthalt mit einem Hund geeignet. Es gibt zahlreiche Sitzplätze, beim Grill im Garten, oder auf dem Balkon. Die Aussicht auf den Gardasee ist atemberaubend. Es ist auch eine Außendusche vorhanden.

Die Lage der Villa ist wundervoll. Küche, Wohnzimmer und 3 Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf den See. Traumhaft. In der Küche fehlt es Geschirrtechnisch an nichts. Supermärkte gibt es in Torri wie in den angrenzenden Orten genügend. Wir haben fast jeden Abend gekocht und das Essen auf der tollen großen Terasse genossen. La Vita e bella. Die Villa ist halt nicht neu hat aber doch ihren ganz besonderen Charme. Da ja alles von Anreise bis Abreise kontaktlos ist möchte hier aber gerne noch den Service betonen. Ob telefonisch oder per mail. Alles perfekt. Die Anfahrt zur Villa von Torri aus ist sicherlich spannend da es ziemlich eng und stellenweise steil den Berg hoch geht. Von oben, von Affi kommend, noch spannender. Da braucht man manchmal schon gute Nerven wenn Gegenverkehr kommt, da definitiv keine 2 Autos nebeneinander Platz haben. Zu Fuß zum See ist man runter in 10 min.. Rauf dauerts etwas länger ) Die Villa verfügt über einen großen Garten mit Terasse. Der fest eingebaute Grill lädt förmlich zum BBQ ein. Der Garten besteht aus 3 Ebenen mit Olivenbäumen und vielen Blumen. Da Haustiere erlaubt sind sicherlich eine gute Wahl. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub an einem wunderschönen Fleckchen Erde. Traumhaus über dem Gardasee

Die Villa Retro hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Mit einem WOW-Effekt, wenn man das Haus betritt und durch die Glastüren direkt auf den See blickt, kann der Urlaub beginnen. Die Hygienestandards waren sehr hoch, alles sehr sauber. Was sehr angenehm war, dass in der Küche keine "Altlasten" der Vormieter vorhanden waren. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind gemütlich und qualitiativ sehr hoch. Unserem Hund hat auch der umzäunte große Garten sehr gut gefallen. Der Kontakt mit Domus Rental war sehr professionell und äußerst unkompliziert. Wir werden sicherlich die Villa Retro weiterhin für unsere Aufenthalte am Gardasee buchen bzw. haben wir für uns mit Domus Rental einen neuen hervorragenden "Vermieter" am Gardasee gefunden. Alles perfekt.

Wir hatten mit unsrer Familie eine phantastisch Zeit in Benaco. Täglich erfreuten wir uns am großartigen Blick von der Terrasse über den Garten und den See. Die Zimmeraufteilung war gut, jeder Raum mit Blick zum See. Das große urige WohnEssZimmer hatte mit dem langen Holztisch seinen besonderen Charme. Es gibt nix zu meckern!! Die Besteckschublade könnte eventuell überarbeitet werden

Sehr groß und ein wenig 90er Charme. Tolle Aussicht und perfekt für 7 Personen. Das Einzelzimmer ist ein wenig klein und zum Vorplatz des Hauses und die 3 Doppelzimmer sind zum Garten raus mit Seeblick. Eins der Badezimmer ist groß und mit Badewanne, die schon sehr alt. Das andere Badezimmer ist mit Dusche und ein wenig kleiner. Der Garten ist gepflegt und sehr groß, Es fehlt nur noch ein Swimmingpool dann wäre es perfekt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen

Schönes Retro-Objekt mit herrlicher Aussicht

Die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Villa ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Man hat von den beiden Terrassen einen herrlichen Panoramaausblick über den Lago die Garda. Uns fehlte es im Haus an nichts. Auch die Außendusche, den großen Garten mit Olivenbäumen sowie die rustikale Terrasse im Erdgeschoss fanden wir sehr ansprechend. Einzig schade sind die fehlenden Türgummis an Türen und Fenstern. Dadurch ist es sehr hellhörig und laut wenn die Türen und Fenster betätigt werden.

Das Haus ist vollständig ausgestattet. Die Lage ist wunderbar und gestattet einen reizenden Blick auf den Gardasee. Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere im Wohnzimmer / Sitzmöbel.

Toller Ausblick, schöne Villa, sehr schmale Straßen

Die Villa hat eine gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Fernseher und Stereoanlage sind vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist retro (der Name ist Programm), geschmackvoll bis rustikal, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das tollste ist die obere Terrasse/Balkon mit ihrem Ausblick. Den haben wir morgens und abends ausgiebig genossen. Super ist auch der Grill und die langen Holztische auf der unteren Terrasse und im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt ausschließen Fensterläden (keine Rolläden), die lautstark in ihren Fixierungen einrasten (nötig wegen dem Wind). Die Hellhörigkeit ist ein Wermutstropfen an der Villa. Kein Fenster und keine Tür hat einen Dichtgummi, was das Öffnen und Schließen laut macht. Es gibt keinen Pool, dafür einen netten, getreppten Terrassengarten mit Oliven- und Limettenbäumen. Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten, die Villa zu finden (altes Navi/Funklöcher) und ein entspanntes Autofahren ist wegen der vorwiegend „0,75 spurigen“ Straßen kaum möglich. Aber das gleicht der Traumhaus-Charakter der Villa locker wieder aus.

wir wurden wunderbar empfangen und das haus ist nur zu empfehlen. danke an die vermieter und besonders an den empfang bei der Schlüsselübergabe. alles unkompliziert und super freundlich. liegt sehr ruhig aber man ist trotzdem gleich im ort. alles sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. nochmals vielen dank für den super Aufenthalt.

Une villa au coeur de chantiers de construction, une location à éviter à tout prix!

La villa rétro pourrait avoir beaucoup de charmes: splendide vue sur le lac de Garde, beau balcon, équipement un peu suranné mais, contrairement aux promesses, elle est entourée de chantiers de construction qui procurent un bruit continu, rendant le séjour infernal. En effet, dès 07:00 du matin, les grues se mettent en route et n'arrêtent pas avant 20:00. Au fond du jardin, l'on construit une villa, ce qui provoque des mouvements d'engins de chantier et la coupe de pierres qui s'égrène tout au long de la journée. A peine plus loin, des engins donnent des coups violents dans le sol. Nous avons dû nous enfuir dès le troisième jour de location alors que nous l'avons louée fort cher. Bref cette villa ne devrait pas être mise en location, c'est un vrai scandale, d'autant plus que le loueur a menti sur la qualité de l'environnement de la villa le qualifiant de "très calme".

Fantastisk miljö vid Garda . Huset var exakt det som utlovades på bilderna. Vi är jättenöjda.

Huset är välutrustat och fantastiskt om man som vi tycker om att laga mat. Stora sällskapsytor och ordentliga sovrum. Extra plus för den fina terassen och den härliga grilluteplatsen samt en underbar trädgård. Vi kan klart rekommendera detta hus som är totalt prisvärt. Domus rental har varit mycket bra att ha och göra med.

Haus gut, Vermieter super, Zufahrt schwierig

5 dicke Sterne für die Vermieteragentur Domusrental, die alles sehr freundlich und unkompliziert erledigt hat. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, so dass man nicht den halben Hausrat von zu Hause mitnehmen muss. Lediglich die sehr enge Anfahrt über eine teilweise nur einspurig zu befahrene Zufahrtstraße ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die ruhige Lage des Hauses mit toller Sicht, gepflegtem Grundstück mit Grillplatz und genügend Sitzplätzen im Haus, auf dem Balkon und der Gartenterrasse lassen keine Wünsche offen. Einen Fußweg ins Städtchen haben wir allerdings nicht gefunden. Leider konnten wir die Freiplätze wegen des mittelmäßigen Wetters nur selten nutzen. Im Haus selbst fanden wir die alten Holztüren und -fenster nicht optimal, da sie sich oft nur mit Lärm öffnen und schließen ließen. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil.
