Villa Carducci023086-LOC-00125 is located in Pai di Torri del Benaco in a quiet and panoramic area surrounded by olive trees. The Villa is easily reached along the Via Gardesana and is located about 5 km from Torri del Benaco.
The Villa is located at the beginning of the road that connects the ancient village, called Pai di Sopra, with the lake and the beaches. Entering the driveway gate you can park in the area in front of the house or in the covered garage for a car.
In the small village of Pai there are several restaurants and pizzerias within walking distance and also a small shop for basic groceries.
The villa is on two floors accessible by two entrances.

FIRST FLOOR - LIVING AREA
Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by a living room with a large sofa, from which you can comfortably watch satellite TV, and a dining table for 6 people that allows you to have lunch or dinner all together.
The kitchen, in natural wood, is complete with a fridge and freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, and all the necessary accessories to prepare the meals for your family vacation.
A modern full bathroom with a glass shower completes this floor. Here you will also find the washing machine.
In the Terrace, you can dine all together around the modern dining table for 6 people enjoying the view of Lake Garda maybe using the outdoor gas BBQ.

GROUND FLOOR - BEDROOMS
On the ground floor, there is the sleeping area which consists of a bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the outside and two bedrooms each with 2 single beds. The 3 rooms have air conditioning and on this floor, we have a large bathroom with a shower.

Many guests also take advantage of our beautiful mountains for hiking and cycling or using the rotating cable car that leads to Monte Baldo.
