Casa Beatrice is located in Pai di Sotto, a small village about 6 km far from Torri del Benaco and lies on the first floor of a building with two apartments.



The owners live on the groundfloor. An independent stair leads to the apartment on the 1st floor. Casa Beatrice consists of a homely living area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen both connected with a large covered terrace where you can relax, have dinner or enjoy the view of the lake while sipping a glass of chilled white wine. The living area is air conditioned.



The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The main bedroom features an ensuite bath and a big window with an amazing view of the lake, especially at sunset.



Casa Beatrice can comfortably accomodate 5 people. Free Wifi.



When you want to swim, the lake and the beaches are only within 100 meters taking a shortcut that starts at the house.

Beautiful views!

The apartment was exactly as advertised. We were so glad we picked Casa Beatrice! It’s nestled in a quiet spot and it was perfect to spend the morning and nights on the veranda looking out at the lake. The roads up to the apartment are very narrow and scary if you rent a medium-size SUV. We eventually found a different route from the directions we were given. We had a wonderful time and we will be back. The only disappointment we had was the lack of some basic items that would help for the first few days like - Coffee, Sugar, Tea, extra Trash bags.

Beautiful home with great location and awesome view

Pictures do not do this home justice. The owners thought of everything and made this rental a fabulous place to stay. The home is in a small town with a few restaurants within walking distance. You can also walk down for a cappuccino and croissants which we did every morning. You must go up and down hill to eat at the restaurants but it is not a difficult walk for most able bodied people. A larger town with lots of restaurants is only four miles away. It is a nice location to take a drive to the Dolomites, the town of Verona, the medieval village of Sirmione, boat trips,wine tastings, etc. If you want a quaint small village with a great view and a beautiful comfortable home to stay in you would enjoy this place. Thanks for letting us rent your place.

Badeurlaub mit Ausflügen

Ein sehr erholsamer Badeurlaub. Nur 3 min. fußläufig zur kleinen Badebucht. Super! Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die super Aussicht auf den Gardasee ist einfach zauberhaft. Immer wieder gerne!!!

Top Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber und hat alles, was es im Alltag braucht. Der Ort ist ideal für einen ruhigen Familienurlaub. Es gibt Restaurants und einen kleinen Laden, der praktisch alles führt. Schnell erreicht man von Pai aus belebte Orte am Gardasee und die großen Städte wie Verona oder Venedig. Ausreichend Bademöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.

Bester Blick auf den See und die Berge

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Wohnung. Der Blick am Morgen beim Aufwachen im Schlafzimmer ist einmalig. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Bei kleinen Problemen hat die Agentur eine WhatsApp Hotline, die tatsächlich gut funktioniert und Hilfe auch umgehend erfolgt. Wir können also eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen und kommen gerne auch nochmal wieder.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in gewachsenem Dorf

Eine sehr großzügige, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in toller Lage mit Blick auf den See, trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Besonderes Highlight ist der große überdachte Balkon. Pai ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Ausflüge; Restaurants, ein kleiner Kaufladen und Bademöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke.

Erholsame Tage in Pai

Schöne Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Besonders schön ist der überdachte Balkon mit tollem Blick auf den Gardasee. Die Vermieterin war für Fragen einfach via WhatsApp zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumblick von der Terrass

Geräumige gepflegte Wohnung. Die Terrasse mit dem Superblick auf den See war unser Mittelpunkt. 100 m zum See mit Bademöglichkeit und Restaurant mit Seeterrasse. An die Kirchenglocke von Pai di Sopra , die auch nachts läutet kann man sich gewöhnen. 300 m bis zur Piazza von Pai di Sopra mit Pizzeria und Bar. Von dort schöne Wanderwege zum Ponte Tibetano und nach San Zeno.

Tolle Wohnung, grossartige Balkon-Terasse, Blick unbezahlbar

Wir waren zu viert hier (2 Erw. + 2 K.) und alle waren rundum zufireden! Sehr geräumig, guter Zustand, gute Betten...; während einer Woche war es sehr heiss, aber dank zweier Klima-Anlagen (gebührenfrei) und Markisen + Fensterläden war das sehr gut zu regeln... ; Da einzige, was meine Frau bemängelte war, dass es im Elternzimmer keinen richtigen Kleiderschrank gibt, Sachen zum Aufhängen hat sie also in den Zi. der Kinder untergebracht. Gute Bäder (einmal mit Wanne, das andere mit Dusche, jeweils auch ein Bidet, waren sehr prima, auch in der Küche hat uns nichts gefehlt.!! Insgesamt also 5 Sterne von uns... Übrigens auch tolle Betreuung!

Hallo, unser Urlaub war sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft ist noch großzügiger als es die Bilder angeben. Es war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was wir für ein entspannten Urlaub brauchen. Das absolute Highlight ist natürlich die Terrasse, mit dem Ausblick und der Überdachung konnten wir auch uns draußen aufhalten, auch wenn mal der typische Gardaseesturm auf zog. wir kommen gerne wieder. Beautiful view

The view and the balcony are amazing! The apartment is spacious and very clean. We were there during a heat wave and were so happy to have air conditioning. The washer is located in a small room off the garage. We had trouble understanding the check-in procedures when we arrived. During our stay the internet went down. I think the property managers could have done a better job communicating with us, but they installed a temporary WiFi spot to try to help. It was very slow but gave us some WiFi to use. Overall this is a great property, and I would stay there again. The location between the towns of Torre del Benaco and Malcesine gave us lots of flexibility of things to do.

Toller Blick auf den Gardasee

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön groß und sehr geräumig. Man hat viel Platz, alles unterzubringen. Vom Wohnzimmer und von der Küche, die gut ausgestattet ist, gelangt man auf die große Terrasse. Von dort aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf den See. Leider hat man im Frühjahr/Frühsommer erst am Nachmittag auf der Terrasse Sonne, so dass es im Mai trotz Temperaturen über 20 Grad recht kühl ist. Der Wasserdruck für Dusche bzw. Badewanne könnte kräftiger sein. Die im Haus wohnenden Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Der Parkplatz ist am Hang gelegen und gewöhnungsbedürftig!

Sehr schön eingerichtete große Wohnung für eine fünfköpfige Familie

Wir waren in den Herbstferien 2018 im Casa Beatrice und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die große und gut ausgestattete Küche lädt zum Selbstkochen ein, wenn man nicht immer in Restaurants möchte, die zu dieser Zeit meistens schon geschlossen haben. Allerdings waren die Bratpfannen in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Betten in den beiden Kinder- bzw. Jugendzimmern sind sehr einfach gehalten. Unsere Kinder beanstandeten, dass die Betten bzw. die Bettroste sehr quietschen, sobald man sich bewegt. Die Heizkörper haben gut funktioniert, machten aber z.T. laute Geräusche (und gehören evtl. entlüftet). Die zwei Bäder sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir fanden es erleichternd, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher gestellt wurden. Die Sicht auf den See ist traumhaft, tags wie nachts. Man kann direkt von der Wohnung aus Spaziergänge und Wanderungen unternehmen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu dieser Jahreszeit findet man in Torri del Benaco und in Malcesine. Wir haben das Unwetter in Italien hautnah miterlebt, aber die Ferienwohnung liegt etwas wettergeschützt am Hang, so dass wir beruhigt waren. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen erholsamen Aufenthalt! Geräumige Wohnung mit tollen Ausblick und großerm Balkon

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig mit 3 Schlafzimmern, und die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Das Highlight ist aber der große überdachte Balkon und die Aussicht. Pai selbst ist sehr "beschaulich". Unten an der Strasse gibt es 3 Restaurants, weiter den Berg hoch noch 2, und damit hat man alles gesehen, was es hier gibt. Wer eine schöne Promenade zum schlendern erwartet, muss in die Nachbarorte fahren.

Traumhafter Urlaub in Wohlfühl-Wohnung

Wir hatten drei Wochen (22.07.-12.08.17) einen traumhaften Urlaub in dieser super-schönen Ferienwohnung. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Der Service von Domus Rental war super. Nach einer Woche bekamen wir unaufgefordert neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Die Wohnung war äußerst sauber und gepflegt bei unserer Ankunft und die Bilder entsprachen der Wirklichkeit. Kleine Anregung: Etwas gemütlichere Stühle für die Terrasse/Balkon, auf dem wir uns immer aufgehalten haben, wenn wir in der Wohnung waren
