Ce bel appartement idéalement situé a été récemment rénové et mis à un niveau élevé, offrant tout le confort. Cette propriété spacieuse est située au rez-de-chaussée d'un complexe situé directement sur la plage de Cala Gran, bien que l'appartement n'ait pas de vue sur la plage / la mer. Le centre principal de Cala d'Or est à seulement 350 mètres. Le centre offre de nombreux restaurants, magasins, bars, supermarchés, banques, pharmacie et médecins.
Cet appartement confortable au design minimaliste est accessible à quelques pas de la rue et offre: entrée avec cuisine, toilettes invités, grand salon / salle à manger avec télévision connectée (vous pouvez utiliser YouTube ou votre compte Netflix, ou configurer un essai gratuit ). Les portes-fenêtres à double vitrage donnant accès à une grande terrasse avec 2 auvents, table de terrasse avec 4 chaises confortables et 1 transat. De la terrasse, vous pouvez accéder au jardin commun pour aller à la plage. L'appartement bénéficie également de 2 grandes chambres avec douche attenante. Une des chambres a accès à la terrasse. Une buanderie privée est située juste devant la porte d'entrée. Cet endroit est juste le lieu de vacances idéal pour les familles, les couples et les amis. L'appartement et la piscine commune sont dans une communauté calme et fermée où vous pourrez vous détendre et profiter de l'atmosphère méditerranéenne.

Fantastic week away

Great apartment in probably the best location in resort. Straight onto the beach and a very short (5mins) walk to the centre of restaurant/ supermarket etc. Lovely pool with sunbeds and shade. Only down sides is there is only one toilet which to be honest didn’t bother us and car parking can be a bit tricky when resort is busy. Great bathrooms with strong showers and plenty of hot water - a bit tick for our family. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Nice apparment in the center of Cala D’or

Very nice and clean apparment, so close to everything (beach, shopping, restaurants, grocery). The terrace is big, and with sunbed, the table and chairs was a worn out. The kitchen is very functional, could just have hoped for some more dishes. But in general a very nice place that we would recommend.

Excellent Stay

Really enjoyed our stay here. Good sized bedrooms and living area, air conditioning was very welcome in the July heat! Great location, just a few steps to the pool and a few more to Cala Gran.

Wohnung und Ort schön. Einzig: Adresse erfährt man(n)/frau relativ spät. Zudem verfügt die Wohnung nicht über einen eigenen Parkplatz. In dee Hochsaison ist es anscheinend sehr schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Mit Mietauto leider ein No-Go!

great apartment close to beach and town centre and perfect for families with small children or teenagers looking for some fun in the evening.. rather noisy with all night with beach parties, so if you’re looking for peace and quiet perhaps not for you!

Wonderful location

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The property was spacious, comfortable and had everything that we need. The air con worked very well and was located in the living room, and bedrooms. The kitchen had some essential items in already which was nice. The beds were fairly comfortable and the showers were nice and powerful. Lots of storage for clothes which was great also. It would have been even better if there had been a mirror in the WC and better lighting in the bathrooms, but that is just a minor thing. The access to the pool was fairly close, although I would have liked the gates that accessed the pool to be serviced as they did slam shut very fast, so potential risk to children if they were trying to open them. Great access to the beach also, and even when the beach was busy there was always a space. The sea was lovely and warm and the beach had great facilities. There were some inflatables etc in the laundry room too which was great. Would have been great to have some cleaning products like a surface spray for day to day cleaning. Loads of great restaurants nearby too. Any niggles we had were sorted out quickly and professionally also. thank you so much! We would love to come back :)

Looked great but requires some updating .when we had a problem it was dealt with quickly. T.v new but no channels only Netflix. If you have on your phone

Tolles Apartment in Cala d'Or

Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr freundlich und gut. Es wurde sogar ein bezahlter Transport vom und zum Flughafen für uns organisiert. Das Objekt selbst ist modern eingerichtet, verfügt über Fenster mit Moskitonetzen, sowie zwei Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern. Das Apartment ist erstaunlich ruhig und sehr nah am Strand gelegen. Auch bis zu den Restaurants und Bars ist es nicht weit. Die Betten könnten etwas besser und länger sein. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!
