WELCOME TO our MAIN LEVEL 2 BR 2 BA condo in the lush tropical gated community of Falling Waters. NO STAIRS to climb and Its an EASY 5 MINUTE STROLL under the palm trees to the largest heated SALT WATER free form pool in Naples! Our condo is clean and bright, featuring a fully equipped kitchen complete with new coffee maker and blender, crock pot, electric grill, toaster, etc. You can find a huge variety of fresh fruits & vegetables from the convenient Publix supermarket just down the street on Davis Boulevard, or try out the many outstanding restaurants for which Naples is known!

The spacious master suite offers a queen bed, large walk-in closet, new Samsung TV, and a remodeled master bath with granite counters & a new walk-in shower. Twin beds in 2nd BR and Corian countertop and tub/shower in 2nd bath. Pass-thru bar with 3 swivel stools, the round dining table seats 4, another new flatscreen TV & DVD player (cable TV service included), a Tommy Bahama writing desk with Wi-Fi included and a washer & dryer, iron & ironing board. There are some tennis racquets and beach chairs in the hall closet, along with an umbrella for the unexpected occasional tropical shower. The covered carport is located through a lush garden just steps away from the front door.

My favorite spot to relax is the screened lanai overlooking a private pond, a private tropical island and a mesmerizing fountain which lights up after dark for your evening enjoyment. Walk across the bridge to the private island, and you will find brick walking paths and a shady bench perfect for reading or just enjoying the solitude and fresh air.

Perfectly located on Davis Blvd , this private paradise is just minutes by car to the white sandy beaches of Naples and world class shopping, restaurants and nite life on Fifth Avenue in Old Naples. However, if you never want to leave this serene oasis of calm, and you may not, everything is within walking distance of this condo. The heart of the community is a fabulous 13,000 sq. ft. free form pool, said to be the largest and most beautiful in Southwest Florida. There you can soak in the warm Florida sunshine, go for a dip or get to know your neighbors and make new friends with people from all over the world!

There are two clay tennis courts (racquets and balls stored in the hall closet for your use), shaded bocce courts, a putting green and a walking/biking path. The spacious club house offers a well stocked library, Wi-Fi, ongoing fitness classes, card games, dances and social activities throughout the year. You'll enjoy meeting the year-round residents and guests who are both helpful and friendly. The Naples championship pickle ball complex is located an easy 10 minute drive away, or head for the fabulous sandy Naples beaches.

It is paradise

Second time and even better

It was good, but it's even better. This is the second time we have rent this condo because the owners are very nice. This year, they made several renovations (mattress, interior and exterior furniture... No more carpets. This condo is on the first floor, which is rarely the case for a rental condo. Loved Falling Waters!

What a wonderful vacation we had staying in your condo in Falling Waters! We spent time at the beautiful white sand beaches, we attended some wonderful theater performances (The Odd Couple, Phantom of the Opera and Oklahoma), and hung out at the marvelous Falling Waters swimming pool where we soaked up some sunshine and met some interesting people from other parts of the country. Your condo was just as you described: clean, bright and user friendly. The kitchen was complete, the beds were comfortable, the laundry room came in handy and the new TV’s gave us a chance to catch up on the world news in-between our outings. We especially enjoyed the back lanai overlooking the lake and little Isabel couldn’t wait to go explore on the private island. We had a ball and can’t wait to return next year! Steer clear of this property

Condo was dirty, bedding and towels need replacing. Kitchen pans were dirty as was the stove. Electrical cables hanging down from tv were dangerous. Took 7 days to get tv reception. Had to get pest control in kitchen to get rid of roaches. Had cleaners in to clean floors and windows and ceiling fans. Mould in showers and on windows. Condo needs a thorough clean and make over before renting again. Glass top tables were dangerous for children as no anti slip pads on legs. After cleaners and pest control had been it was just acceptable or we would have demanded a refund and left.

Falling Waters Condo with Great location

The condo we rented in March, 2018 was great. It had a lanai on each end of the unit, which was nice. The furniture was very comfortable. The condo was very close walking distance to the fabulous pool. The location of Falling Waters is very convenient to downtown Naples and great beaches. Jackie was very nice and very helpful with any questions or concerns that we had. We highly recommend this unit and would return.

Amazing!

Jackie is an amazing home owner...the home was as described. We had a great Christmas break! The pool was nice and relaxing, and very clean. Most of the gate guards were very friendly, my only real issue was with Melanie in the clubhouse. She triple charged me for a keycard, and gate sticker for my car. After literally explaining to her 12 times...literally, I am not exaggerating, my mom even tried to explain to her 5 times, she just didn't get it, and is really not pleasant to deal with, she finally issued a refund for the over charge. Highly recommend this property. Thank you so much Jackie!

Fantastic Falling Waters

We enjoyed our month at Falling Waters. It is a very friendly and beautifully landscaped community. Our condo was very clean, brightly decorated, and comfortably furnished. The master suite has a queen bed, lots of dresser and storage space, and a very nice master bath. The second bedroom has twin beds and a convenient bath just outside the bedroom door. The kitchen has a small dining table which was nice for the two of us. However, we appreciated the large diningroom table which was great for games and entertaining friends. The location of the condo is very convenient. It is within easy walking distance of the absolutely fantastic salt water pool and club house. There are also tennis courts nearby. Thank-you, Jackie, for sharing your home with us.

beautiful and relaxing place!

we stayed december 2016 for 3 weeks in this very clean and nice condo, from the first day we know that we made a good choice to stay our 3 weeks in Florida. the resort is nice and quiet and close to the center of Naples and shopping malls.. we hope to go back there once! and the owner is very Helpfull and friendly.

Water is gold...although all 4 seasons are beautiful, we can't wait for spring to get our hands in the dirt and grow whatever has a will to survive! We are semi-retired business people with backgrounds in construction, management, real estate and sales. We have strong roots in Montana/Wyoming, so owning a condo in Florida is a whole new adventure!

When I entered the gates, I thought I'd found Paradise! Water everywhere, beautiful tropical plants, towering palm trees, lush landscaping, winding roads , warm sunshine and an amazing swimming pool ...Are you kidding me?! To top it off, just a short drive and you can be sitting on a sandy beach watching the waves lap against the shore. . .Who could ask for anything more!

What makes this property unique

CONVENIENT & WORRY FREE! Just bring your toothbrush and a swimming suit --everything is provided for you! The pool is kept a just right temp--& there's always plenty of lounge chairs, the floors in the condo are tile so no worries there -- the kitchen is fully equipped with easy to wipe down Corian tops and stainless steel appliances. There are extra bath towels, sheets & blankets, a blow dryer and laundry soap.
Convenience! The supermarket, drugstore, filling station and beauty salon are close by, the pier and beaches are within 10 minutes and live entertainment and shopping galore are a straight shot down Davis Blvd to 5th Avenue South. You can enjoy the serenity of a nature lover's paradise one minute and drive through the gates to a bustling cosmopolitan city the next. With 90 golf courses in the Naples area, you can always find a different green to test your skills --not to mention the chartered fishing boats or the huge pickle ball complex 10 minutes away.
