Este condominio incluye pases de playa gratuitos, que le dan derecho a elegir 2 sillas de playa y 1 sombrilla o una cabaña, un gran ahorro para los huéspedes. ¡Ubicados a menos de 3 horas de distancia de Disney World, disfruta de unas excelentes vacaciones de verano en nuestras playas y detente a ver a Mickey en el camino! This place exceeded my expectations. It was in a quiet community. Extremely close to Atlantic Avenue and the beach- both very walkable. It was very clean, had nice linens, and was directly in front of a nice little patio with a grill- we enjoyed our 5-night stay and would absolutely book again-

Nice Place Great Location

Property was well kept and the unit tastefully furnished. Added amenities beach towels, chairs and cabana excess a bonus. Ideal location for walking everywhere. We were group of 4 adults and unit was spacious enough for the week. Recommend this unit and will definitely rent again.

Best place to stay

This was our second time staying at this location, but first in this property. By far our favorite!! Location is everything, the unit was so cute and functional. Had everything we needed and the beach chairs were amazing!! We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything

Perfect location near food, shopping & beach

The most beautiful beach 2 blocks away- perfectly clear water and clean! Easy walk to food and coffee. Fun surf shops nearby, too. Condo is cute, comfy bed and pillow. Our daughter stated 1 night and enjoyed the 2nd bedroom as well.

Location, location, location

We've stayed at this complex before and love the proximity to the beach and Atlantic Ave. If you are traveling with kid's, it's a good option to have 2 bed/2bath. Just know the primary has a bath with no door. The kitchen is updated nicely and suited our needs to make our coffee and breakfast in the morning. The back door leads to the grill patio, if you'd like to cook outside. We appreciated the beach pass for 1 set up. The pool needs a little updating and is in the parking lot. Overall, this is a quaint little complex, nicely landscaped and close to everything.

Great place to stay!

Unit is super clean thanks to Jackie, whom we actually met upon check-in. Kitchen and master bath have recently been remodeled, so everything is new and fresh. The location could not be better, as it’s a block from the beach and within walking distance of the main drag and all the eateries and shops, an added bonus is use of the chairs umbrella at the beach. I was surprised to see that although the bathroom connected to the master bedroom around the corner, there actually isn’t a door, which some people might prefer to know ahead of time. We had a phenomenal stay and were so happy to see the place provided everything we needed and was so clean! Looking forward to staying again !

Coconut Grove

We have stayed in different units in Coconut Grove and this one was by far the nicest! It is within walking distance to everything. The beach pass is a definite bonus, less items you have to lug down to the beach. Everyone was so nice and easy to deal with. Diane was super helpful with everything! Will stay here again!

Great location in Delray Beach, apartment with minor issues

First of all the property is in a prime location. It’s a 2 minute walk to East Atlantic Avenue where you can find all the shops and restaurants. The beach is only a block away. The condo complex itself was very quiet when we stayed there. The host Diane gave great check in and check out instructions and was very quick responding to my text messages. Double thumbs up for Diane and the location. The apartment itself is big enough for 2 adults. The kitchen is a bit dated but has everything (and more) one could ever need. The specific unit we rented had no dish washer, but that was no problem at all. The 2 issues we had were that the blue painted bedroom has an AC unit inside the bedroom itself. Since it was very hot in July, we had to keep the AC running during the night which unfortunately was too loud for us in order to use the bedroom after the first night. The humming was too loud and every 20-30 minutes the AC made a noise which sounded like receiving a fax on an old fashioned fax machine. One of us moved on to sleep on the couch in the living room, which was actually very comfortable. The second issue was the bathroom adjacent to the yellow painted bedroom. The shower faucet was dripping constantly, and there was a rattling noise in the wall which came from the laundry room next door. The host wants to investigate, and hopes that the owner fixes the bathroom by end of the year. If you are not a light sleeper, the apartment is great.

Central A/C unit is steps to heated pool. Seasonal rentals. Small pet allowed. Free WiFi & parking. fine dining and shopping within walking distance. There are also washers and dryers available next door to this unit for your convenience.
Like to play golf? There are several world-class golf courses are just a short drive away. Tennis tournaments 1/2 mile away. Garlic Fest every year. Delray Affair in April. Our 4th of July celebration is amazing! Delray is amazing!
