The apartment consists of open plan kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms with shower and two spacious bedrooms. It is newly renovated and furnished with modern, minimalist style. The appliances are modern and are perfectly integrated into the design. The bedrooms are spacious and bright with double glazing. Beds are 150cm, Queen Size

The property is located a few meters from the most famous of the Spanish capital door as you leave the building, the legendary clock from Puerta del Sol is just few steps away

Bar areas, drinks, sightseeing, museums, all without car as being located in the heart of Madrid, communication is excellent and it is possible to perform by walking

From Airport or Train or bus station, you have Bus, Metro and Taxi, we can also send a car to pick you up, what a Taxi costs you € 30 and queues, we send you a car and we will wait, not you, We charge € 32 (the price varies depending on the car you may need). Contact us!!

Review

This property worked for a short stay. However, the bathrooms were not great. One shower did not drain, and the other bathroom’s toilet didn’t flush. Lacked several normal kitchen items like pans. Although, location was great and the beds were comfortable and clean.

Trip to Madrid

This property was very conveniently located. The building is nice and has an elevator. The apartment could use some upgraded furnishings, bed linens, and some kitchen wares. Instructions for using the washer/dryer would have been helpful. The water pressure in the showers was not ideal. The apartment needs a detailed, deep cleaning. Overall, I would stay again, hoping some of the upgrades are addressed.

Good location.

I’ll start by saying that the price is pretty good and the location is great. We were second floor in an outdoor mall - just above mango and Zara. I loved that part. It was very interesting, being in this shopping area, but I actually liked the energy. Second, I’ll say that the communication w the property manager was awful. We had to show up in Madrid just hoping to God that the apt was there and available, as no one ever sent info until the very last minute. It was so stressful that we booked a secondary hotel just in case there was a problem. We arrived in Madrid and found the apt without a problem. The building was nice and felt very safe. Inside, the smell was terrible and didn’t feel very clean at all, which I didn’t love. The beds aren’t comfortable but also not the worst I guess. They need to clean up and update the furniture if they want better reviews. The shower was not great, and each person is allotted only one bath towel for their whole stay. That’s it. If you want more towels, tough luck. They did have a washer dryer machine that helped us with washing our own linens but you definitely do not feel pampered whatsoever. I couldn’t wait to get back to my clean home and clean bed.

Location

The property is perfect location. Issues with hot water going from cold to hot while taking a shower. Pictures and blind fell while were sleeping. Contacted the host on these but no one showed up to help. Later I learned that the property overcharged us $131 with no invoice or explanation. Had to call VRBO to get this resolved.
