This was our second stay at this property and I highly recommend it. The overall property is beautifully maintained and well equipped, making it easy to relax on the beach or fish. It is close to Sebastian Inlet for those who enjoy fishing and secluded so it’s easy to relax without neighbors being too close by. The owners, Gina and Rich, are super responsive to any needs. We will be visiting again in the future.

Beautiful, comfortable property and home.

Our large extended family with many children thoroughly enjoyed this property. The home actually had all of the items needed for a large group; lots of towels, large pots and pans for cooking, two refrigerators, outdoor toys and beach supplies, etc. The pictures and descriptions are very accurate. Excellent place to stay for those with a large group.

Great beach rental property

Great property right on the beach with comfortable furnishings and rooms. We rented both sides and it is well laid out for 8 couples to spend weekend with plenty of showers and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. Everyone commented on how great the house was for our weekend, no issues with anything other than we wish the propane fireplaces worked (although understand why they have been turned off).

Marvelous Melbourne Beach property

We had a perfectly wonderful stay at this large and luxurious beach home. It was even better than the pictures! The living room was comfortable with a wide open view of the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of dinnerware and pots and pans. The house was clean and well designed. And the owner/property manager was so kind and responsive. Wish we could have stayed longer!

House and grounds were clean and attractive. One minor issue was a foul fish smell in one of the refrigerators but the owner took care of it immediately. Just one note: the inside closet door knob in the primary closet was parted for the door. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing!!!

It was perfect for our family - large enough to spread out and plenty of room to all be together also. Great beach supplies. The owners were so helpful with immediate communication and "hands-on" help! The beach is just down the steps which is super private. (The only warning is the no-see-um bugs - must have been their season - not the owners fault at all (even the exterminators said there is nothing to get rid of them) - just a warning to be prepared with some Skin So Soft - about the only thing we found to repel them.) We would definitely go back!

Great getaway spot

The house and location were perfect for our recent family reunion. The house is huge with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and well equipped so everyone could relax. We spent much of the week fishing off the beach, enjoying most of the beach to ourselves all week. We will be back soon!

Perfect Location for a Perfect Vacation!

Our family of 8 adults and 9 children, aged 3 weeks to 7 years, enjoyed both sides of this property for a week in June. It was great having two kitchens and 2 living spaces for our group. The house is well equipped with everything you need including beach towels, plenty of comfortable beach chairs, and toys for the kids.

Family Wedding

Beautiful house and location! This house walks out to a quiet private beach. The house was plenty big for our large group of 12 adults. The lower level bedroom was perfect for my older parents. It was very easy to access both sides of the property and loved having two kitchens. The house was very clean and had plenty of towels, and cooking supplies. Gina was so helpful and answered all questions promptly. We would love to have another family gathering at this house again!!

House exceeded our expectations

This property was perfect in every way. It was immaculate and beautifully situated on the Atlantic Ocean. We were able to view a lunar eclipse and a satellite launched from Cape Canaveral. The owner went out of her way to supply us with everything we needed to make our stay exceptional.

Great for a group

Had a group of friends stay for a wedding in the area and the house was clean and beautiful! Gina helped to get me checked in early and was easy to get in touch with. The house was stocked with the basics but no toiletries in bathrooms so make sure you come with all your bath items! Really enjoyed the stay!
