Overall we had a very peaceful stay. The house itself was very clean. The back deck off the house is the greatest. Plenty of room to sit and relax to watch the sunrise.

We had a wonderful stay at Big Bay in Brewerton! The place was perfect for our group of 7 and comfortably accommodated everyone, including our dog. We loved being right on the water with easy lake access—it made for such a relaxing getaway. The neighbors were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. It was the perfect place to unwind, enjoy the water, and spend quality time together. We would definitely stay here again!

Well maintained property at the perfect location for the wedding we attended. Host was very available and helpful with any questions. Pet and family friendly. If we weren't so busy, we would've enjoyed the lake more.

Beautiful as described, host was easily available and attentive. The lake was gorgeous. The outside space was spacious comfortable everything you need. Walmart was not far another stores. I would recommend stay here and would stay again.

Plenty of room for a big family. Everything's clean and the property is really nice and we had so much fun fishing. There was a nice l-shaped dock with a boat winch for our 14 ft Jon boat. Great fishing from shore and the lake was just incredible. What an awesome lake to fish at, even with a little colder weather than we planned. It still ended up being a lot of fun. Michael was really nice and he stayed in touch and answered all my questions very quickly so that was a big plus. Definitely look forward to staying there again very soon.

Quick fishing trip

Place was perfect for our quick fishing trip. Micheal was very quick to respond and very helpful. Location was perfect. Close to a launch, fit two boats on dock easy (one on boat lift), and beautiful views. We will definitely be back.

Relaxing week

Mike has a nice place with beautiful sunrises! Enjoyed a relaxing week. Marina very close to house. Lake had a lot of weeds around dock for October.

Perfect with a boat.

This was our second time staying at Mike’s place. It was ideal for our fisherman to launch the boat just a few minutes away and keep it at the dock the rest of our stay. Mike was extremely responsive, helpful and understanding when we had our own difficulties. I highly recommend Mike’s place for a lakefront getaway!

Exceeded expectations

Clean and supplied just about everything you would need. Dock fit my 19ft Bayliner but water is shallow by dock. The Canoe provided by owner is great and kids loved it. 6 people slept comfortably.

Summer Fishing Trip

The boys and I had an amazing time. House has excellent access to the west bay, dock was perfect for fishing and a small boat. Sunrises off the dock were amazing every day with fish surfacing everywhere. We fished from kayaks mostly but did very well on bass and pike, even off the dock. Communication and help from Mike was outstanding. Already thinking about next summer.
