This luxurious, spacious 3 bedroom 2 storey condo, is ideally located in exclusive Mountain Walk development, with ground floor walk-out access to the Village, Silver Bullet ski chairlift, and Monterra golf course.

This stunning property is ideal for a larger family or two families / couples / groups and makes a perfect spot for a ski, spa or golf vacation. Extensive living space includes a large living room with wood burning fireplace and large screen TV; a large dining area that comfortably seats 10; and a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen with large island/eating area for 5. Lots of light, all the amenities and plenty of seating for those memorable dinners and get togethers with family and friends.

The main floor includes 2 large bedrooms and a full bathroom. First bedroom includes queen bed and TV; second bedroom includes 2 sets of bunk beds. A pull-out sofa in the living room offers additional sleeping space.

The second floor master retreat includes queen bed, electric fireplace, large screen TV and a newly renovated en-suite oasis with Jacuzzi tub.

This fully furnished condo includes upgraded appliances, hardwood and marble floors, granite countertops and has all the comforts of home including upgraded mattresses, bed linens and towels, as well as gas forced-air heating (not electric baseboards) in the winter and central air conditioning in the summer. Upgraded electronics include large flat screen TVs, HD cable and high-speed internet service, SMART devices for NetFlix, and Bluetooth speakers for endless entertainment. The unit also includes a private ground floor patio with BBQ and picnic table.

All required bed linens and towels are provided. Free parking is available on site and internet/wi-fi access is included. Walking distance to everything, you can enjoy all that Blue Mountain has to offer and retreat to your quiet, private escape in just 2 minutes!

Wonderful stay at Blue Mountain - 6 Adults and 3 Children

Very clean, comfortable, modern and well-situated minutes from the Village. Well stocked with linens, towels and with a well-equipped kitchen. Had a few questions on arrival so contacted owner who responded almost immediately. Highly recommend property to large groups/families because of its location, size and numerous updates (speedy Wi-Fi, large screen TV with numerous stations).

Great getaway at Blue Mountain Resort

This Mountain Walk unit was great! It was very clean, (including all of the appliances and bathrooms), nicely decorated and furnished and appeared to be well cared for. Booking was fairly straightforward with VRBO. Check in/Check out was a breeze. There was plenty of parking every day we were there. Amir has prepared an extensive and clear set of instructions for just about anything you can think of regarding the unit and your stay. He was very quick to respond when we had questions or needed something. We had no real issues with the property. The sliding door screen was torn and the BBQ was a bit dirty but these were very minor issues that didn’t negatively affect our stay. We’re a bit heavy on dish cloth use so we had to contact Amir a couple times for more. If you’re going to stay for more than a few days like we did, you may want to grab a few extra from the dollar store or bring some from home. The unit itself is literally a walk across the street to The Village and the Base Camp activities which was great. As an on-site unit, you are eligible for some discounts for some of the activities which is very nice. You also get access to the private Blue Mountain Resort beach which is a short shuttle ride (better than driving...not much parking). That beach is great...small, but I prefer it to Wasaga which is way to crowded for my tastes. Besides that you can rent canoes and kayaks at a fair price. In summary, this was a real nice rental, no negative surprises and a hospitable and accommodating owner. We all had a great time and would definitely consider staying at this unit again. Great location and well maintained

Proximity to the Village is awesome, chalet is very well maintained, owner makes it a point to follow up, Guests should be aware there are no laundry facilities at the chalet, and none in the village, not an issue of course for short term stays. Kitchen well equipped for a rental, dining room table is great for multi families. Very minor suggestion for the owner Amir, if it were my chalet I would put hooks on the back of bathroom and bedroom doors, to hang towels, bathrobes etc.

All and all s bit pricey but met/exceeded our needs!
