In 2012, that dream became a reality with the purchase of our condo at Pelican Isle. My wife, daughter, and I live in Mandeville, Louisiana, just over three hours away, and we make the trip to the coast about six times a year. Every trip to the beach is pure joy—and the moment we leave, we’re already counting the days until we can return to our little slice of paradise.

As proud owners, we go above and beyond to ensure your stay is just as memorable as ours. Whether you're here for a romantic escape, a family vacation, or simply a break from the everyday, we've designed the space with your comfort and enjoyment in mind.

And if you're craving mountain air after your time at the beach, we also own six cozy cabins in the Smoky Mountains—perfect for your next adventure.

The main TV also includes a Blu-Ray player for cozy movie nights. The living area is furnished with a recliner, a swivel chair, and a plush sofa sleeper purchased in 2025. In the hallway, you’ll find two built-in bunk beds, making the space perfect for sleeping up to six guests comfortably.
