The Main floor features Living room, Full Bath, Eat In Kitchen, New appliances, dishwasher, Wash Room. Master bedroom has queen bed. Second Bedroom has a full and two twin beds. Second Floor features 1 full bath, Bedroom with two twin beds. Sitting room with Futon that sleeps two. This is a Family friendly home and is close to all.

Comfortable and Relaxing Stay

We had a great time 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to the restaurants, modern kitchen, comfortable living room and bedrooms, the AC worked well.

Very nice beach cottage!

The house was a cute beach cottage, very comfortable and we loved the outdoor deck. I wish they had put more pics online cause it is such a nice space! Great location easy walking distance to all that OBP had to offer and easy enough to get to OB. The beach was beautiful. The place could have been a little cleaner but for our needs with kids it was fine!

Good location

It is unfortunate that VRBO does not have some guidelines for their postings, this house listed a hot tub, there is not a hot tub. The house is small but comfortable with fewer people than it sleeps.

There is no hot tub. Unfortunately Mother Nature was not in your favor so beach days were limited. Bedrooms and photos are as described and is more than accommodating for 2 adults and 3 teens. Thank you for visiting .

A lovely clean place near the beach.

A quiet place with a very nice deck. There’s plenty amenities. Although there is an air conditioner in the living room and one in the upstairs master room the three other bedrooms lack airconditioning.

Peaceful fire island!

We loved our stay. Location was perfect, not too far from the busy Ocean Beach but quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. Only issue was lack of AC in the small bedroom upstairs so the teens were hot! Also would appreciate a real bed in the adjacent room, rather than a futon. Otherwise, no complaints! Thank you, would love to be back.

Very nice house for Fire Island

This is one of the nicest houses I’ve stayed at in Fire Island. Good AC, water pressure, etc. It’s on the border with Seaview so it’s only a 10 minute walk to Ocean Beach but the address is technically OBP so you are free to bring food/drinks to the beach. Also only a 5 minute walk to the ferry. I would rent it again.

Quaint house by the beach, tennis and OB

Quaint and lovely house in a great location, next to tennis courts, down the road from the beach and walking distance to everything. The separate floors with bedrooms on each floor made it a very comfortable stay for our family. The outdoor shower is blissful especially in a heatwave. The air conditioning system could be upgraded, as could the bikes but none of this stopped us from having a splendid time.

Perfect family vacation home

This adorable home is even better in person. It is such an ideal location. Right off the bayside and quiet. The upstairs is perfect to put the tweens or teens. They have their own bathroom, bedroom and living area that sleeps even more if needed. The a/c up and down was great along with all the ceiling fans. Just got home and already dreaming of another stay there next year.
