Hi Jade. As shown in photos, the yard looks right out to the beach. Our property is no more than a two minute walk to the beach.

We booked the house for 4 - 5 people and were looking forward to a 4-day stay. Unfortunately, the object does not fulfil the advertised and expected claims in any way. Due to the very unclean condition of the house and pool as well as the many damages, we ended our stay after 1 night. Examples: The pool was only half full with dirty water; the barbecue is rusted and therefore not usable; AC worked only in 1 of 4 rooms; TV or remote control does not work; furniture and lamps are partly defective; cables protrude uninsulated from the sockets, appliances and installations are also defective, very dirty and not cleared of private utensils. Kitchen (fridge half full), laundry room (dirty clothes of residents) bathroom (toothbrushes, used shower products), pans etc. sticky and in containers partly dead vermin. In short, the house and surroundings are in very poor condition and the price is massively inflated; the property is not worthy of being advertised on VRBO or Expedia.

We had a lovely stay communication was great with Alexsandra We did have a few people that would just walk into the garden down to the beach would be better if the front gate could be locked Also on the day of check out Christina just came into the house at 7.45 while we were trying to clean and pack up which wasn’t good as we weren’t due to check out until 11.00
