Totalmente amueblado 3bed / 2bath A Frame en tranquila cala de aguas profundas con muelle.
Nivel Básico
Cuenta con una cocina recientemente renovada y una gran sala (con centro de entretenimiento), ambas con excelentes vistas del lago y el muelle. Las grandes puertas conducen a una cubierta completa con parrilla y una amplia área de descanso. También en este nivel están el baño completo y la habitación de matrimonio.
Nivel de Porche
Cuenta con dormitorio principal y baño, con grandes puertas que dan a un porche con mosquitero con hermosas vistas del lago y el muelle. Se proporcionan un par de mecedoras, mesa y sillas, y una hamaca para su disfrute. También en este nivel se encuentran la sala de lavandería y una "sala de bonificación" con camas nido. El jacuzzi en la cubierta a nivel del porche con vista al lago es una de nuestras comodidades favoritas.
Piso de arriba
Un dormitorio más pequeño con 2 camas individuales es perfecto para los niños. Las puertas corredizas de vidrio conducen al porche con vista al jardín en el lado de entrada de la casa.
Muelle
Un muelle doble de 32'x32 'se encuentra a poca distancia de la casa y tiene amarre disponible para su bote o pwc. Está convenientemente ubicado cerca de las rampas para botes y es fácil de encontrar desde el lago. Hay muchas sillas y mesas plegables y de salón, escalera de baño y columpio, cañas de pescar y chalecos salvavidas, etc. Como siempre, nuestras canoas, bote de remos y John Boat están incluidos en el alquiler. Los botes motorizados pueden estar disponibles por acuerdo separado. El muelle y el camino están iluminados para actividades después del anochecer.

We came to Gainesville for a family wedding and wanted to make the most of our long weekend. Dan’s home is lovely. It's spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for two couples or a family. Everything was clean and thoughtfully maintained, and we enjoyed sipping coffee in the mornings overlooking the lake and watching the beautiful sunsets in the evenings.We experienced an issue during our stay that we ultimately resolved with VRBO’s support team. I believe both we and the host learned from the experience, and we're glad the situation was eventually addressed. We hope future guests have a smooth and relaxing experience and are able to make the most of all that the property has to offer.

Great place to relax and enjoy the lake

My stay was great. The owner met me at arrival and showed me all the amenities and how things worked. The home was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was spotless. The view of the lake and the deck area is outstanding

Lovely and relaxing get away

This is a lovely property with a really fun dock! The owner has all the things you need to have a fun week on the lake, SUP boards, paddle boats, canoes, fishing rods, life jackets, and you can even rent his personal boat! The owner is very kind and helpful and will be there for anything you need. We had a wonderful week at the lake with my family and a few friends. Memories that will last a lifetime. My only complaint is that the dishes and silverware are pretty old and some of it falling apart. Other than that you’ll find a perfect lake vacation!!

Perfect!

What a perfect weekend! It was everything we wanted! The house was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy hanging out, watching football, and cooking meals. The huge plus was the ability to rent the owner’s boat. The house sits right on the lake, and that’s where we spent most of our time. It was exactly what we wanted! Have to mention the hot tub too, if you enjoy that kind of relaxation. My kids loved it!! Can’t say enough good things about Dan’s place... I really wish it was mine!!

We really enjoyed our time on the Lake. The boat rental is extra, but well worth the reasonable price. Owner is a pleasure to work with. Will come again!!!

Vacation 2018

Had a great time with my friends in July.What a wonderful property. So close to everything. The cabin was nice and the lake is beautiful. The owner Dan was very helpful and was always available to answer any questions. I rented his boat and it was absolutely amazing. I loved My vaxation here and I will be back!

Charming A-frame house with multi-level wrap-around decks overlooking the lake.

We had everything we needed inside the house and on the dock to fully enjoy our getaway to the lake. We especially loved the large dock and the private hot tub. Dan was easy to communicate with and was extremely accommodating. He went out of his way to ensure our complete satisfaction. It was a perfect location, less than an hour from Atlanta, but it felt like a world away. Thank you, Dan!

Great vacation spot on Lake Lanier

Dan's place is great, a perfect size for our group of 6. The outdoor amenities are incredible--the dock is brand new and huge and the decks are great spots to hang outside. We had a great time for our long weekend!

Best vacation home on Lake Lanier

My wife and I just spent an 11 day vacation with our 3 adult children at Dan's lakefront house. The experience couldn't have been any better. The house has everything you could possibly need and is situated on the lake at a very good location. The dock is one the best I've seen with lots of room with table and chairs etc. There is a ski boat and wave runners available for renting which is difficult to find anywhere. Dan was very helpful and accessible if we were to need anything. Looking forward to doing it again.

Easy location, great view, very helpful homeowner

My family stayed for a long weekend. It was easy to find. Very spacious for the 3 of us. Could comfortably fit 7 maybe 8. The home was clean and represented well by the photos. The homeowner was extremely helpful and readily available to answer questions. He even accommodated our last minute request to use his home. We loved the dock and the beautiful view of the lake! Will definitely visit again!

Great family getaway to the perfect lake house!!!

My kids and I loved this property. It was a charming lake house on a quiet cove of Lake Lanier. The house is located just minutes from Gainesville. Which is perfect if you want to have civilization nearby but still stay in a place that feels secluded as well. The house is an older house that has been well kept and the owner is fantastic. He was there when we arrived and gave us a tour of the house. The dock is very large and new. Plus the house comes with a Jon boat, canoes and a paddle boat free for use. The fishing is excellent in this area of the lake. My family and I will make this an annual vacation spot and will continue to rent this house.

Loved it!

The house is exceptionally clean and has everything you might need from pots and pans to trash bags. The layout of the house provides privacy. There's a paddleboat, a canoe, a jon boat and you can swim off the dock. Dan met us with all of the instructions we needed, from where he keeps the minnow bucket and to where the best bait store was. It has a narrow driveway, ok for my van but don't drive a bus or RV. There are places to eat, a WalMart, Dicks, etc within a few miles. The one and only problem we had was the walk up from the dock. It's far too steep for the elderly or people who have health problems. If not for that walk up I'd be happy to stay here again. It was well worth the money!

We had a great time at the lake and the house was all that we needed. The kids loved swimming in the lake by the dock. It was very quiet the whole time that we were there. The hot tub was great! The house was very clean and well kept.

Fall Break

We live nearby and thought that spending time at the lake for our fall break would be a great way to relax. We booked this home and were pleased with the decision. My husband met the owner in the afternoon and got a run down on the home, location of items in the home, and some information about nearby places to eat. The home was easy to find both from the street and the lake. By the time I arrived with the kids my husband had started unpacking and had our boat at the dock (normally kept at Port Royale). The dock was large enough to accommodate the owners boat (which is kept there) and our 21ft ski boat. Our daughter loved riding in the paddle boat, and our son enjoyed using the canoe. There were also several lounge chairs on deck if you like to catch some rays. If you need a life jacket you can probably find one in your size (they had lots) we have our own. We also enjoyed the hot tub every night that we were there- It was CLEAN and sanitary. The home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes. We enjoyed our meals on the deck overlooking the lake. They also had plenty of towels and extra blankets if needed. The driveway is steep but not too bad. The home is not new, but is not showing its age in a bad way. It was nice, comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect lake location for relaxation and fun

We loved the location. Jet ski, hot tub and WIFI was great. Nice tri-level provided private bedrooms for everyone. There were games, fishing, tubing, etc.... Owner was very friendly and helpful. Great location for dining out, shopping and exploring nearby Lumpkin County.We did not see a single bug. The place was clean and the kitchen provided everything that we needed. We would love to rent this nice home again.

Long weekend rental

We rented the cabin for a long weekend, and we were pleased with the accommodations. The place was clean and we had no issues with bugs in the cabin. The hot tub worked fine and we used it on several nights. We enjoyed spending time at the dock, swimming and fishing.We rented the jet ski and even though it was an older model, it worked fine. We had a great time cruising around tubing. The owner provided good service, meeting us at the agreed upon time to check in, and promptly refunding our deposit after our stay. I would rent this cabin again, and I would recommend it a friend.

Horrible Stay

My family and I rented this property and was very dissapointed; needless to say i should have followed my first mind. The pictures alone were very discouraging. However, there were no other properties available during the weekend we rented this property therefore, we settled. The home was beyond filthy and smelled like it had been closed up for a year. We immediately opened the living room patio glass doors just so that the "basememt" smell could air out. The furniture was filthy as if the cloth, dated couches, have never been steam cleamed. Bugs were all over the place. I get that its a "cabin" or "hut" as i would call it, but the bugs were as if the home had never been exterminated. The bed and bedding was cheap and dated, the kitchen was the size of a closet and the the kitchen drawers had food left over from a previous stay-absolutely gross. The owner stalked the home as if it were a mansion, and the outdated, half-functioning hot tub should be removed from the advertisement. The owner will tell you that he has a ton of "lake" activities for your enjoyment but will either want to charge and (not refund) your money or forget to tell you that the John Boat and paddle boat looks as if they were purchased from a garage sale and would serve better in the trash. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! Trust me, there are a lot of other properties you should consider that will be well worth your time, effort and money. Let the owner keep using this filthy home for him and his family- spare yours!

Summer Vacation 2011

Our summer vacation at this cabin was excellent. Our family and my brother's family with kids from age 7 thru 20 had lots of fun swimming and fishing from the dock. We also rented the jet ski and had a blast tubing and knee boarding. The jet ski rental was resonable compared to what other places on the lake charge. We had no problems with any of the provided boat, canoe, or paddle boat. We brought kayaks with us, but the kids really enjoyed the paddle boat. As far as bugs, and wasps, I think it's a little crazy not to expect to run into a few when staying in a cabin on a lake in the woods. Everyone had such a great time that we have booked this summers family vacation here again. This year we are staying longer, because it was so hard to leave last year.

I was very disappointed with our stay. There was problems with the master bathroom and it took several days for the owner to get back to us. There were alot of bugs- we were constantly spraying the house. We rented the jet ski's from the owner for $150.00 and we used it for maybe 5 minutes and the owner WOULD NOT work with us about getting some of our money back. There was a huge wasp nest on the roof. The house was dirty and I had to clean when we arrived. I left the house cleaner than when we got there. The boats and jet ski's are not registered so we could not go far and the row boat had a hole so we could not use it. I will not be coming back to this house ever again or recommend it to anyone. Someone should of told us that the driveway to the house was VERY steep. Yes the house had a hot tub but it did not work properly. The jets did not work. We went with the more expensive place because of the hot tub, boats, jet ski's, and paddle boat.

Great Family Time

My family had a great time. We wanted to be able to spend time with our children and grand children. There was plenty of room for everyone and the bedroom were perfect. The lake was just a few steps from the house and the views were unbelievable. We are looking forward to many more trips and plan on staying there again.
