This beautiful renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bath lake house is located on Lake Lanier, on the South end of the Lake in Buford, Georgia, just off of Buford Dam Road 30 minutes from 285.

This property is friendly to all ages and It is perfectly located with an easy level walk to the lake with amazing sunset views from the dock. It is at the south end of the lake in a no-wake zone, but minutes to Lake Lanier Island and Margaritaville by boat or by car, restaurants, marinas, golf, tennis, jet-ski rentals, Lake Lanier Island Waterpark, hiking areas, and much more.

It has a large deck and patio that runs the full length of the house with ample seating. This dock is wonderful for sunbathing, relaxing, or just watching the amazing views and sunsets!

Each bedroom in this property is set up in separate corners of the house.

On the main level you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 baths; a beautiful open gourmet kitchen; a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and dining room. The center of the house features an entire wall of sliding glass doors to enjoy the views of the backyard and surrounding area. The main doors lead out to a large deck with outdoor dining

On the terrace level you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bath; a large den with wood burning fireplace; laundry area; Bar and Kitchenette with additional dining table. Also, another full wall of sliding glass doors leads to an outdoor patio featuring a ping pong table and lounge seating.
