Le Lodge - 6 chambre / salle de bain 7 Familiale Chambre avec vue sur le lac

Mise à jour chez amicale 3000 de la famille. Le premier étage a 2 chambres (chacune avec un lit queen et deux lits), salle de bain complète et walk-in, une tanière avec salle de bain complète et cuisine avec walk-in garde-manger et laveuse et sécheuse et un réfrigérateur supplémentaire. Dans le centre de la maison est une histoire en deux grande salle avec plusieurs canapés pour asseoir et jouer à des jeux ou lire et une grande table et chaises salle à manger. Le 2ème étage dispose de 4 chambres (2 avec un lit queen et lits jumeaux) et deux chambres sont superposés (double plus complet / gigognes Lit gigogne et un lit double). Tous ont pleins salles de bains et les placards sans rendez-vous. Toutes les chambres ont la télévision par câble et wifi est disponible. La maison dispose de 5 belles terrasses - une grande terrasse divertissant de la cuisine avec un barbecue à gaz et une table et des chaises, deux ponts 2e étage (on est clos et on a une belle vue sur le ciel la nuit) et deux couverts premières platines de sol - une avec une vue sur le lac. La cour est grande et a une balançoire (balançoires pour bébés disponibles) et un beau, grand, pierre foyer. La maison est sur la route du camp de la plage de sable de 300 pieds partagé avec une petite association. Un amarrage est disponible jusqu'à un bateau de 24 pieds.

Great Family Vacation

We are a multi generational family who love the outdoors playing together. The house and the location near the lake were perfect. We would like to rent it again real soon.

Sebago Anniversary

Excellent accommodations combining history, comfort and location. Enjoyed the roominess of the property and the location to the beach and lake. The neighbors were welcoming and friendly. Cannot wait until our next visit.

Family time

We are a repeat family at this property. Great kitchen and deck. Each bedroom has it own bath. Short walk across the street to a private beach where are left our stuff without any concern.

Everything about the house is fantastic- bring sheets and towels

We rented the place for a bachelor party and had a great time on the lake! We didn’t see on the page that you need sheets and towels so just remember to pack sheets and towels!

Wonderful stay!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 5 children under 10. We had room to spread out but thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the spacious yard. Kelly was great, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Neighbors were so friendly. Lovely, quiet location with very close access to the lake. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay

The house, one could even call it a hotel, worked beautifully for us. We had our 6 adult children and their 8 children. We rented a boat and kept it on the mooring buoy. That worked well. The neighbors were friendly - not always the case with other rentals. The owner was a pleasure to work with.

Rainy, but Wonderful Stay

This place was perfect for extended families to get together and make memories. It rained our entire stay, but all the kids are still talking about how much fun they had. Great fire pit for s’mores, a swing set, and large yard. Short walk to association beach. There were two separate seating areas with couches, so the kids had one room to play games in and the adults had another area to lounge. This vacation was so much more enjoyable than any hotel we’ve stayed at because of the ability to gather in common areas. What a great property!

The Lodge

Perfect spot for large family gatherings. Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms which made life so easy. We spent wonderful evenings talking on the deck. The living room couches are ready for updating. Really must have a boat to fully enjoy the lake. We rented two and had to keep one at the marina due to only one mooring. Kelly was easy to communicate with also. Don’t hesitate to rent if you have a large group!

Can't beat the location and great for kids!

This was a great place for our large group of friends for a relaxing lake weekend that included 2 toddlers. While the kitchen is fully stocked with every kind of cooking tool you might need, it is lacking in basics like toilet paper, soap and paper towels. It would be great to specify that on the listing so folks are prepared when they arrive. Some of the instructions were contradictory between what was posted in the house and what was communicated via VRBO/email such as how to get to the beach and whether or not to leave windows open on checkout. Some of the dinnerware and other kitchen supplies also definitely needed a wash before using. Overall, would recommend and might stay again!

Thank you for your review Meredith. At one point when we signed up with VRBO there was a document that stated what we provided, however, upon a search, I could not find it. I will make sure the document is updated. There were renters in before you and then the house was cleaned, so I'm not sure what needed to be washed. My note on the fridge and the agreement in VRBO does state to call me with any issue or questions - I did not hear from you. We want all of our renters to fill at home while they are on vacation. We hope you consider us again.

The Lodge was a really great place to stay at. I would definitely rent it again. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen had plenty of working space and we used the door out to the patio EXTREMELY frequently as there was tons of seating room out there and it was directly connected to the side yard with fire pit and grill. The backyard is perfect, we spent a lot of time in it. The beach was larger than I expected. We always had room for all 17 of us there. There was a raft for the kids to swim out to which was awesome! Things that need improvement: the screen door to the patio is soooo bad. None of us could close it properly as it doesn’t ride on its track and it’s bent and we used it constantly it needs to be replaced. You can’t leave it open either because of the flies that come in. Also so many door knobs are missing or broken. Four of us got stuck in the living room bathroom because the knob doesn’t turn. Not for long mind you, just long enough for you to start to panic haha. They sell mortise lock sets right at Home Depot so you can fix all these and keep the aesthetic of the old fashioned knobs with ease. I also wish there was more dining in the great room for us all to eat together inside…..but I get that there’s only so much room. Oh and the add should tell you there’s no toilet paper supplied. This is our first rental without tp supplied. We were unprepared. Towel rings in the bathrooms would be great too. There is no where to put a hand towel.

Nice rental

The location was great and the yard was much bigger than it looked online. Kitchen was perfect for the large group and they had so many dishes and kitchen items which most rentals do not have. Only drawback was not having basics like hand soap and paper towels. This was tough to procure coming from the Midwest.

Hope to stay again!

The space was perfect for our families (4 couples, 2 babies and a toddler). Each family had their own space and bathroom which was amazing. Large size rooms and large kitchen was key! Loving space was a good size with a nice large yard for the kids. There were 2 refrigerators which really helped with a large group to avoid additional grocery trips mid-week.

The Lodge

We always enjoy our stay . We appreciated the S.mores sticks and firewood. from the Haley’s. It’s a big place to clean in three hours .after we leave. We do some cleaning on our arrival and hopefully leave it cleaner on our departure.

My apologies if the house was not clean to your standards - we do have someone come in to clean every Saturday and she does her best to make sure the house is clean and our renters can get in the house by 1:30P rather than have them wait until the late afternoon. The Lodge is one of a kind

Finding a home that sleeps 4 families - or 17 people - is not easy. The Lodge is so great! Beds for everyone; fridge space for everyone; and we never ran out of hot water. Kelly is wonderful to work with - A+ communicator and responds so quickly to inquiries. We had a great week!

The short walk to the lake was a plus. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 adults plus kids. We appreciated the two refrigerators with such a large group. We spent lots of time on the back deck and around the firepit. It was a very enjoyable week!

Such a great place to vacation at.

Everything about our past vacation at the Lodge was incredible. The house was one of the best that I've rented in my 5 years of renting through Homeaway. It easily accommodated 12 of us. It was spacious and yet extremely comfortable. The upstairs deck that's screened in was our favorite nighttime hangout. Fresh air without the bugs. The kitchen is huge and having 2 refrigerators was ideal. The backyard was perfect for games or chilling out at the fire pit. It was a 2 minute walk to the lake which was very warm, clean, and just plain perfect. I've never rented from the same place 2 years in a row but my entire group agreed that we'd rent the Lodge again.

Fantastic home for 3 generation family

For three generations, the lodge was a perfect vacation home with its 6 bedrooms each with its private bath. Outdoor shower was utilized to remove dirt and sand from the little ones before entering the house. The kitchen was the gathering place for meals as well as board games on the large center island. kitchen was well equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, and baking pans. with 2 refrigerators, plenty of room for food and beverages. We had perfect weather all week so much time was spent at the beach, a minute walk from the house. We enjoyed family time and even though each bedroom had a TV we did not watch it for the entire week. Definitely will consider the lodge for another Sebago Lake vacation.

Great time with my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren!

We all had a great time, the Lodge was perfect for us. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was great! Nice large home, large yard plenty of parking, nice big fire pit and swing set for the little ones! A short walk to beautiful beach, the water was so clear and clean. The kids had a great time in the water. The only drawback was it was very humid and no A/C or fans, luckily each bedroom had a ceiling fan. Perfect vacation spot! Thank you Kelley for your help! Great house for multiple families

We stayed at "The Lodge" with 3 other families and had a fantastic week! It was great being together in the same place but all having our own space including private baths. The house had everything we needed for the week and it was so relaxing! The lake is only a very short walk and is absolutely beautiful. The kids were able to walk to the playground at the elementary school and we even had a multi-family kickball game at the field with celebratory ice cream sundaes after. There are some quaint country stores around the lake for last minute items and just to "poke around". The deck and yard are spacious and we relaxed around the fire pit every evening. The owners were great - answered all of our questions quickly and were very friendly and helped us enjoy our stay even more. I would highly recommend this for a multi-family vacation with kids young and old.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This property was built in 1945 and has such a wonderful history. Originally (in the 40's, 50's, 60's & 70's) it was part of the West Shore Motor Lodge - a vacation place for couples of families. The "Dining Room" was one of the big white houses that is on the water. When we purchased this house in 2009 we completely renovated the house (inside & out). Careful attention was made to keep the original charm to the house. The bedroom & bathroom doors & door knobs, showers, bathroom sinks, large wagon wheel light and some of the bathroom lights are original to the house. The wainscoting in the bedrooms was carefully removed from the Great Room during the renovation so it could be reused in the house. Although the doors may tend to stick from time to time, we feel keeping as much of the original fixtures as we did helped to maintain the charm.
