This well-appointed completely renovated home completed in May of 2015, professionally designed 3 bedroom (the bunk bedroom is small - 10.5 x 10.5, best suited for kids or teenagers), 2 bathroom home boasts incredible ocean views from almost every room with private 20' x 30' custom dock house (no floating dock) completed in 2017, plush bedroom suites, gourmet kitchen, four flat screen televisions, Wi-Fi, and the best sunset views on Tybee Island. Only 1 of 3 homes with a private dock on Tybee Island with beach access directly in front of the home. All Tybee beach areas are public including the beach in front of my home. Expect beachgoers and beach crowds to be on the beach directly in front of my home. Enjoy your choice of three outdoor porches, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine and watching the sunset. Best location on Tybee for sunbathing, kayaking, fishing, and paddle boarding. A true island getaway that’s literally steps away from the sandy beach.

Perfect location. Pier is a great spot to hang out, listen to music, wonderful sunset views and saw dolphins daily. House was clean and updated. Staying at the house was better than any excursions we took. Easy walk to the south beach. Able to get food delivered from many places. Chris provided helpful information and recommendations about Tybee. We had a wonderful time!

Prefect location for our “staycation” on Tybee. We would stay here again. Walk out the back door and you are on the beach. The home had plenty of beach chairs and any accessories you would need. The dock was wonderful for watching the sunset and enjoying a glass of wine.

We would absolutely recommend this property for a Tybee Island stay. It is every bit as nice as the photos, and between the space, comfort, outdoor areas, dock, and entertainment setup, it worked extremely well for our group.The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space. The master bedroom is very spacious, and the other two bedrooms are a good average size. The beds were comfortable, and one nice surprise was that the bunk beds actually have full-size mattresses instead of the typical twins, so you can comfortably fit several people in the bunk room.One of our favorite features was the Sonos sound system throughout the property. It has multiple zones covering the dock, porch, game area downstairs, and living room, which was awesome for entertaining and having music playing throughout the house and outdoor spaces.Chris, the property owner, was great to work with. He was very detailed with information about the property and consistently responded through the Vrbo app within a couple of hours or less whenever we had a question.We also rented a golf cart from Hawg Powersports out of Savannah. They delivered it directly to the house and picked it up when we were finished, which made the whole process extremely easy and worked out really well for getting around Tybee.The only minor thing we noticed is that the TVs in the bedrooms could probably use an update to newer smart TVs. That said, you’re at the beach, so we weren’t spending much time watching TV in th

A great place right on the back river with the most incredible view! I cant begin to imagine how many hours we spent on the porch, reading, talking, and just hanging with the family!Our host was most accommodating. Weve stayed in a few other places on the backriver of Tybee, and this was by far our favorite!

Everything was perfect . Beautiful, completely stocked and comfortable. Shabby chic luxury on the sand . This is a quiet ocean inlet . Waves of the Atlantic can be viewed from the perfect private dock on the property. We watched dolphins play with our morning coffee . A short walk from restaurants and pier side shopping

Each sunset was magnificent! The rocking chairs on the porch, the pier, the well equipped kitchen, the great restaurant recommendations, as well as the owner’s quick responses to my questions all made our stay memorable. Once I booked this property, I felt like the vacation had begun, stress-free. We arrived with high anticipation, and we were not disappointed, not even for a second. The owner and his property delivered a perfect beach experience and my family is already talking about our next visit.

What a wonderful place! Very well kept property. Location right on the beach was awesome. You know it is a good spot when people come to the beach your on to watch the sunset. The home was super clean. Likely the cleanest I have stayed in. Host was great with communication. The kitchen was well equipped. Our family of 4 had a lovely stay despite the cold weather.

The location was perfect! House was beautifully decorated. Plenty of seating for everyone. Morning coffee on the front porch watching dolphins play in the bay. Beaching it all day. Evenings on the dock watching the sunset. Walked to dining and shopping. Five minute walk to the oceanside beach. The property had everything we needed and some! Family of 5 Spring Break. Everyone was sad to leave and looking forward to coming back again.

We booked a last minute stay here while our daughter was competing in a gymnastics competition in Savannah. It was our first time on the island & we loved this location. Many restaurants and shops close by but home sits right on the water. We were able to see dolphins & just enjoy the sunsets, boats going by & peaceful sound of the water. The house is very charming & beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfy & our kids loved the bunk beds with their own lights. Chris was wonderful to work with & gave recommendations for food & activities on the island. We hope that we can come back for a longer stay sometime in the future!

This house was wonderfully located in a calm bay on the back river on the South side of Tybee. We loved walking the beach, sitting out on the private dock and watching the dolphins (so many dolphins), right from our chairs! Location is great to walk to town, 7-10 mins. And you have your pick of many spots to eat, shop have a cocktail. Our host was great about communication and we can’t wait till we can return!

This was our second stay here. It was again a great place to create family memories. Our kids lived the bunk beds and sand toys to make sand castles near the house. We saw the dolphins a couple times this trip which we all loved. We love staying here and it is such a relaxing, peaceful place to enjoy with our kids. Christopher does a great job communicating ahead of time do we knew everything we needed and extra information about the island which was helpful.
