Acogedora cabaña familiar cerca de Diamond Peak, con Lovely Creek & Pool (verano)

Relájese y disfrute de su estadía en nuestra acogedora cabaña en una zona boscosa tranquila y pintoresca. Esta casa es un lugar ideal para explorar las famosas atracciones del lago Tahoe: playas, senderos, campos de golf, casino y esquí. ¡Todo esto está a minutos de distancia! El Chateau & Hyatt Resort y el Casino, lugares populares para bodas, se encuentran a 1-2 millas.

Esta cabaña familiar de dos pisos tiene 1,440 pies cuadrados y puede acomodar hasta 8 personas. Seguramente le gustará su ambiente acogedor, vecindario tranquilo y una PISCINA comunitaria climatizada durante el verano (por lo general, está abierto desde el fin de semana del Memorial hasta mediados de septiembre-octubre).

Con dos televisores (Dish Network), transmisión de Netflix, Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad, video y juegos de mesa, DVD, libros y juguetes, nadie se aburrirá aquí.

DISEÑO DE NUESTRA CASA
PISO DE ARRIBA:

DORMITORIO PRINCIPAL: una cama king size, un baño completo con ducha, TV y XBox 360.

DORMITORIO # 2: una cama queen.

DORMITORIO # 3: una cama litera doble sobre-llena con un nido extraíble.

Las habitaciones 2 y 3 comparten un baño completo (combinación de bañera / ducha).

Todas las camas tienen colchones de espuma viscoelástica, almohadas de calidad, mantas ligeras y edredones para un sueño reparador.

ABAJO:

La espaciosa sala de estar incluye dos sofás que se pueden convertir fácilmente en camas de tamaño completo, un televisor de 55 pulgadas con transmisión de Netflix, un televisor inteligente y un reproductor de DVD Blu-ray.
La chimenea de gas con termostato brinda la máxima comodidad y control de temperatura al alcance de la mano.
También hay una gran mesa de comedor para organizar grandes cenas.

La COCINA adyacente está totalmente equipada y tiene algunos condimentos, hierbas y especias de cortesía.

MEDIO BAÑO en el primer piso ubica una lavadora y secadora para sus necesidades de lavado.

En el verano, a nuestra familia le encanta pasar tiempo en la CUBIERTA que se abre a un hermoso bosque con un arroyo durante todo el año que brinda el sonido tranquilo del agua que fluye. Te invitamos a sentarte allí y relajarte, saboreando tu bebida favorita y escuchando la naturaleza. ¿Para barbacoa? Una parrilla de gas Weber, una mesa, sillas y un paraguas te están esperando.

Si viaja con niños pequeños, puede apreciar las puertas de la escalera, un corralito portátil con una cuna extraíble para bebés y una silla alta. También tenemos algunos platos y vasos de plástico.

¡Estacionar y descargar su automóvil es fácil! Hay dos ESPACIOS DE ESTACIONAMIENTO RESERVADOS justo en frente de la casa y un montón de estacionamiento adicional para visitantes.

La cabaña está cerca de playas, restaurantes, tiendas, un cine, una bolera y un centro de recreación con gimnasio y una piscina cubierta que puede usar por una tarifa diaria. La tienda de Raley está a menos de una milla de distancia. Cuenta con tiendas de comestibles, una cafetería con opciones atractivas, farmacia y ofrece ropa y juguetes de temporada.

Spacious & centrally located

The home was very spacious and had many little touches that made this listing stand out compared to many others we’ve been to. They had an Xbox with family friends games, lots of board games ranging from 4 y/o to adult, and a bin of toys our kiddo loved playing with. This space was clearly meant for families and easily held 5 of us. Only 15 minutes from king city beach, and within 5 minutes of multiple restaurants and beaches.

Perfect property in Incline Village

Stayed here for three nights and could have easily stayed a week. Very close to everything Tahoe has to offer. The Creek outback puts this place over the top. You cant duplicate that sort of ambient sound. Very relaxing

Perfect home for family vacation

Beautiful and spacious home for our family of 5 to relax in as we enjoyed the snow during spring break! Home included just about everything you could need, including baby items--the gates were super helpful for the stairs:) It was magical seeing the snow fall out on the deck and hearing the creek run at the same time. Definitely want to come back in warmer weather!

Peaceful Cabin

Was very family friendly with kids toys, the kids room, and the layout of the home. The amenities were well thought out, and it was really nice that there were some condiments in the kitchen for our use (sometimes it really is the little things) The home was clean and our toddler loved being on the back deck getting to see and hear the creek.

The house was very clean and well furnished. Owner communicated very well and the property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful surprise when we arrived with a personalized note and treat waiting for us. Comfortable beds and we are already looking to book the same place for next year!

Clean, Peaceful & Convenient

I visited Olga's place with my parents, and my mom, who is notoriously picky, absolutely loved the place and thought it was immaculate. Our favorite feature was the creek running in the back (best spot to have your coffee in the morning) and I appreciated that it was a 10-minute drive or less to groceries, several hikes, and Sand Harbor Beach. The proximity to Sand Harbor means that you'll have the best chance of getting a parking spot early in the morning! We didn't have kids with us, but the home is filled with everything you could think of to entertain people of all ages from video games, movies, and toys. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit.

Wonderful deck

Enjoyed our time spent at the property and in the area. The creek running behind the property was wonderful sitting on the deck and listening to. Property was well equipped and a minor problem was attended to immediately. We left early only because of Hurricane Hilary and we felt we needed to get home prior to it hitting. We made it just in time.

Lovely place for family vacation

The hosts were extremely helpful with communication. The place was great for a family, and had safety gates on the stairway which were perfect for us traveling with our toddler grandson. They easily accommodated us arriving a couple hours before check-in time, since the place was already cleaned and ready, which was much appreciated. Great location, beautiful sound of the stream in the backyard. Would definitely book here again!

Convenient location in Incline Village

Nicely placed in an isolated cul-de-sac with a raging river behind it. Very easy to find every thing in the house, which stayed cool even when it was hot outside. Facilities like the pool and laundry machine was much appreciated. Host was really easy to communicate with.

Perfect accommodation for our needs!

Having the creek outside was serene and a great noise buffer from neighbors (couldn’t hear anything). We ate all meals on the patio and loved being surrounded by nature. Well stocked house for young kids and they loved the pool and grassy area out front. Appreciate being able to use the private beach pass once too. Olga was super responsive and very helpful! Would definitely go back!

Cozy spot right on the creek

This is such a cozy place! Downstairs is a generous half-bath/utility room with washer & dryer, a (very) well-stocked kitchen, a generous dining table (great for 6 people, and will fit 8), and very comfortable living room opening onto the deck, which has a bench around the outside, a table and chairs, and a clean propane grill. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and two full baths, one attached to the main bedroom. Main bedroom: King bed; 2nd room: Queen; 3rd bed: Full+Single bunk; plus futon and pullout couch in living room. The back porch is right on the creek. During the summer with the snow melt, the soundscape is incredible! I thought we would be sharing walls with other units, but it's separated from neighbors by a few feet. Very clean community with a shared swimming pool and the gorgeous surroundings you'd expect in Tahoe. The owner, Olga, was in touch with us before, during, and after our stay, and very helpful. One thing not evident in the listing: There are at least 8 units side by side, and their porches are visible to each other. We only saw one neighbor, briefly, during our entire 4-day stay, so not a huge deal, but if you want seclusion, you'll want to open the back sliding door and hang out in the living room. Also, do not miss Sand Harbor Beach! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our family fell in love with Tahoe the first time we came here. Buying a condo in Incline Village was an exciting decision. We made our vacation home comfortable and enjoyable for all of us. Raising three boys, we like being outdoors and value the numerous fun-filled activities to be found near Incline Village during any season. We're happy to invite those who love the serenity of Lake Tahoe as much as we do to be our guests whenever the cabin is available.
