There is a boat lift of 1800 lb max weight allowance. 15-foot length restriction.

Here’s a polished rewrite of your review:---We had a wonderful stay at the Lake Livingston house. It was the perfect size for our group and had all the amenities we needed. Everything was very clean, and the host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The sunset views over the lake were stunning, and we really enjoyed fishing off the dock. The location was also great—close to restaurants and shops for anything we needed. We would definitely love to stay here again.

great family vacation

Had such a great time with our family at this lovely home. Perfect accommodations for everyone. Very roomy and nice backyard and dock for fishing or relaxing.

Cozy Weekend Getaway

Loved the waterfront view of this property and the backyard seating area is perfectly set up to grill and have dinner outside and watch the beautiful Lake Livingston sunsets. We loved the hammock as well and our pups enjoyed roaming in the backyard too. The property manager was friendly and responsive.

Sweet house and property. Management super responsive. Our only problem was nobody's fault. We caught a lot of fish, but the largest was an 8" croaker.

Lake Weekend

We had a great stay! Love the location right on the water. Swam off the doc, lounged in the hammock and swang on the rope swing. Kids and adults had a blast. Thanks!

All i can say is BEAUTIFUL SUNSET right there in your patio. House is clean, patio a little bit dusty, but inside is clean. Only problem is the A/C in the 2 guest room, but they said they'll fix it. If youre eating in, ask the host to make sure the dishwasher is working. . I love this place. Its perfect for just getaway. Very quiet. And oh, we feed the humming birds outside. THANKS PHILLIP for being there everytime i have question. We will be back soon!!!

Great Location

Our family enjoyed our two week stay on the lake. The boat lift was perfect to allow us to keep our boat out of the water at night without having to get it on the trailer every night. The fenced in yard worked really well for our dog to be able to hang out outside with us without a leash. The kids loved fishing off the dock and even caught some catfish to eat. The location made it easy to get in and out of the neighborhood without having to deal with windy roads. This was especially helpful because during the week my son was going to day camp at Cho Yeh and I was driving to the Woodlands for work. My husband got to work from the house and enjoy the lake view from the small table he used for a desk. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, especially on the weekends when we weren’t working. The house was just the right size for our extended time.

Great weekend getaway

We actually met the owners, who were extremely nice and helpful. The check in process was the only thing that was a little stressed. The property was very nice and clean. Lots of games for teens to play and pier/boathouse was great for swimming.

Father’s Day getaway

Overall the place is nice, great sunset views every night, comfortable beds. One of the main reasons we chose this place was the boat lift would make the weekend on the water very convenient. The hoist threw a belt the minute we tried to lift the boat on day one. I understand things happen, but the property manager could not resolve the issue during our stay and offered nothing to compensate for the inconvenience of having to make trips to the launch daily to trailer the boat and park in the yard because the driveway was too short to accommodate. We still made the best of it regardless and enjoyed our stay.
