Note, this home is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home but one bedroom is set up as a den with a desk. There is a pull out sofa that opens to a single size bed.
House will sleep 5 comfortably.

Very close to Sebastian and all it offers! We are East of I-95.
The property’s address is Vero Beach although it is located very close to Sebastian..Enjoy both beautiful coastal towns and relax on the gorgeous sands of the vast beachfront this area offers. Peaceful retreat with natural tropical landscape surrounding you. The home is a very calm and comfortable space. The Master Bedroom is split in between the kitchen & living room and 2 guest bedrooms.

There is a fully stocked kitchen to cook meals while visiting or enjoy the grill in the backyard for a nice BBQ. Guests are welcome to use the Washer and Dryer located inside the home. There are TV's in each bedroom to enjoy. The house has a water filtration system providing exceptional drinking water to our guests. We are located East of I-95 Highway close to the Beaches. The beach is not walking distance but it's only a short 12-15 minute drive, as this is a very natural area still with preserves and natural habitat on the way. We call this Natural "Old Florida" which is the beauty of the area. The house sits on a road that is not paved tar but is pressed gravel and sand- which is very clean and well kept. All of the main roads to town and the beaches are of course paved tar. There is plenty of parking at the house. Even room for a boat or trailer for those bringing one on their vacation. This location is perfect for those coming to explore Vero Beaches and State Parks, Eat all the Seafood you can imagine, Skydive in Sebastian, hit the State reserve parks, kayaking, canoeing, boating, fishing, Shopping in Melbourne and Vero, Seafood feasting on the water etc. Looking forward to hosting you soon! Coastal Living Magazine voted Vero Beach, FL as one of the top 10 Happiest Beach Towns in the US (2017) Sebastian, Indian River and the ocean is very close.

Our March trip...

This property was in a good location to visit the local beaches. Wabasso Beach and Golden Sands Park were our favorite spots. We also found some good restaurants in Sebastian such as Squid Lips and Giuseppe's Pizzeria. Publix grocery store is close by. The property was in a quiet neighborhood.

Great place to stay!

We found this property well furnished inside and out. Bedrooms/bath were clean and comfortable with amenities provided. The kitchen was well equipped and essential pantry items provided. Household cleaning items were also provided. The owner was very accommodating making our first VRBO experience enjoyable!

Would use this home again

Very comfortable there. This home was perfectly located near my sons home and we were able to go back and forth within minutes over 3 days. We traveled to the beach for breakfast and that was a 15 minute ride .. PERFECT....The home had everything we needed for our stay. This was my 6th VRBO rental and have never had an issue.

Fully Stocked!

After years of renting homes that claim the kitchen is fully stocked only to discover it being far from the truth, this home had it all. Very clean, quiet neighborhood and just an easy 17 minute drive to some of the best beaches on the east coast.

Welcoming Vaca Home

This home is lovely with a beautiful private yard. The beds are very comfortable, the living and dining areas great for TV, games, meals & socializing. Barbara is a wonderful host who thinks of f everything & stayed in contact throughout our stay. She was compassionate and thoughtful when things didn’t go as planned. I definitely recommend this property if you’re visiting the Vero Beach or Sebastian area

Very Nice and well maintained

The house was just what I was looking for. It is located in VLE a housing subdivision closer to Sebastian then Vero but almost right in the middle. The house was clean and ready when we got there. Nice rear patio with seating and a gas grill. The owner was there when we checked in to answer any questions. This is a house that I would definitely rent again and again.

Great home close to beaches and all amenities!

Barbara's home is nicely furnished with everything needed to feel at home. The beaches are close by and all were nice and uncrowded. Barbara answered any questions we had and provided information about the area. The beds were comfortable and our girls loved having their own room. Great Vero getaway

I have rented houses before and this one was fully stocked with sanitary needs/cleaning supplies/pots pans(if you like to cook), foil, film wrap, ziplocks for leftovers, napkins, coffee maker (the pods), etc. Very responsive hosts!!!! 👍 Pets are allowed, fenced back yard and that's what I needed. I highly recommend this house, the host and family are top notch! 💯 I will rent this again if I go back to Vero.

Quiet Stay

This property was very nice, very quiet getaway. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard. Stores and restaurants about 10-15 minutes away. Beaches about 20 plus minutes. Nice spot if you love the beach, trails and fishing other than that it’s pretty laid back. Restaurants and stores close early so bring cards, puzzles etc.

Just like home!

Lovely home—just as comfortable as our own—in some ways better—the beds were super-comfy! We did lots of cooking and found that the kitchen lacked for nothing. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood—lots of undeveloped property —great for nature lovers. Lovely secluded backyard. Close to supermarkets and other shops but away from tourists—which we preferred. Barbara was very responsive—when we had a tv issue, she sent someone right over. In short, we heartily recommend this property and would happily stay there again.

Propre mais loin de tout et vieux. J’avais l’impression d’être chez ma grand-mère. L’eau est jaune et j’ai perdue tout mes vêtements blancs car ils sont tachés jaune-brun…cela ne part plus. Il n’y a pas de feu extérieur et pas de chaises extérieures non plus comme sur les photos. Ce serait bien d’avoir une table et chaises extérieures pour manger. Les 2 présentes étaient sales et ont taché mes pantalons. Le bbq était vide et très vieux, j’avais l’impression qu’il allait briser juste à le regarder. Une piscine serait un très bon atout.

Located close to our favorite park - St Sebastian River State Preserve, and an easy drive to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
