From a Walk to the bay one block and a half to see the sunset, or enjoy a picnic in a park... It is close to fantastic restaurants and shops, boating fishing trips, Sailing and most water sports, within a short ride to Brickell, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach, airport and Port of Miami. Special amenities are freshly provided from Quality Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash soap as to the essentials to make your best morning coffee, teas Provided with Stevia, Brown Sugar as to some cooking and refrigerator must haves. Great house in the Grove

Enjoyed your stay at this property. Bedrooms were spacious, shower in the upstairs bathroom was great! The location was ideal, nice quiet street, walkable to the water and Monty's. Would definitely stay here again.

Regatta stay

We were in town for a regatta at Coral Reef Yacht Club the house was the perfect location in walking distance. Worked out perfect for us will definitely book it again in the future.

Nice apartment in nice location

I enjoyed this part of Miami much more than downtown. The house is in a quiet and very pretty neighborhood and not far (by car) from good restaurants and the U Miami campus. I would come back and recommend to friends and family.

Lovely Stay in Miami

I booked this house for one of my clients while he was working on a project in Miami. He loved the setup and location of the house, and would have loved to stay longer if he could! Federico was so nice and helpful, and made the check in and out process super easy. Would definitely recommend this place!

Good value

A safe and quiet neighborhood. Place was a comfortable bungalow. Firm beds, nice bathrooms, functional living area. Outdoor space was small but cozy enough for an outdoor drink - as long as you park on the adjacent street (which was easy and reliable) as any car takes up the entire space.

Warm weather break

Went to Coconut Grove for two weeks to escape the frigid weather up north. The weather was perfect and so was the house. Great location, about 1 1/2 miles from downtown CG. It was an easy walk but if you don't like walking, the free trolley will take you and the stop is about a 2 min walk from the house. The trolley takes you to Brickell as well where you can link to the People Mover or more trolley lines. The house was very clean and well stocked. All in all a great experience. Would stay again.

Beautiful stay in old Spanish cottage

This spot was so quiet & comfortable to stay. Located on a very peaceful street, surrounding by lush tropical trees. Federico was quick to respond to any needs & offered help with anything needed. He left snacks, dinner options drinks. Everything was very thoughtful to environment of the guests stay. We will definitely rebook next time we are in the Coconut Grove area. Beautiful neighborhood to enjoy walks. Great with kids!

Comforting, Inviting and Conveniently Located

What a wonderful find in Coconut Grove! Privately tucked away, the cottage is a convenient walk or bike ride away from markets, restaurants...and coffee! From booking through check-out, Federico could not have been a more accessible and gracious host. The welcome basket was an appreciated surprise after a day of travel. Well-appointed and clean with modern appliances, shared cooking staples and superior amenities, Federico’s cottage is delightful. The outdoor seating area offered a nice respite after a long day, and the grill was a welcomed sight. We would not hesitate to stay here again! Stop your search, and book this place!

Fantastic Casita

Beautiful and private. Decor was fun and upscale creative. We had great response from hosts when necessary. Location is central and peacocks like to cruise around the neighborhood. We had 28yr olds and a 12yr old. It was perfect for our family. Younger kids might have a challenge with the stairs. But I saw a crib and giant closet that could be a nursery in a pinch. Very thoughtful space. We will stay again if we can!

very cozy cottage; well appointed

This is a very nice and cozy cottage in Coconut grove. It is very clean and well appointed with plenty of nice linens, good toiletries and a well-stocked kitchen. the owner is very pleasant to deal with and answers any questions promptly. While cozy, there is ample space to hang out in the downstairs area. The kitchen, while slightly cramped, is very well stocked and has nice appliances. There is a small patio area where you could park a smaller car, but it's probably best to park on the street and sit/grill out. The owner even supplies charcoal. the cottage is in a residential area, however it is close to groceries and things to do. It offers a nice place to relax in the evenings after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, the experience was excellent and I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Great little casita, wonderfully responsive owners.

We loved our time in this coconut Grove Spanish revival Cottage. The owners were exceptionally responsive with any needs that we had and unfortunately, we did have a few. My only concerns were during the check in process- -there’s very little parking and it’s not well marked.Where to park. And you do end up parking on the street in front of the owners home, and blocking the owners driveway and gate somewhat. Our car was a larger SUV and stuck out into the road. If we had several cars, we’d have been in trouble. The parking challeges are not clear in the description. The 2nd issue was trying to check in once you parked. The entrance is thru a side gate, not the main house gate, and it’s not well marked. It has a digital lock which worked fine, and also a knob at top of gate that you have to pull at same time. I’m 5’6” tall and could barely reach it on my tip toes. It also occasionally sticks, so I had trouble opening it. A shorter person might not be able to reach it. We notified the owners that f the difficulty and they immediately sent a repair man out to fix it. Unfortunately the fix was a rope tied to knob with a stick on it to pull the knob up. This didn’t really work. But once I knew I just had to pull knob several times hard enough to release, we were fine. Otherwise the house is very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were great. And the owners were super helpful to provide a crib and high chair for our ten month old grandson.

First time in Miami

We were two adults and three teens bringing a daughter to start university at UMiami. It was my first time in Miami and we did a lot of driving around sightseeing and shopping to get her set up. This property is an ideal, central location but in a quiet, beautiful neighbourhood. It is a beautiful cottage that had a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and conveniently two full bathrooms. A variety of board games and access to a Netflix account on the TV was super lovely. In house laundry also awesome after a day at the beach! The host Federico was friendly, very helpful, and prompt to respond to any communications. Looking forward to staying here again!

Quiet Oasis Just a Short Drive from Busy Grove

Spacious and very comfortable spot to relax at end of busy days touring Miami area. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything necessary for preparing meals and our gracious host even stocked bottled water, wine, and light snacks for our arrival. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and attractively appointed. It's a bit of a walk to parks, marinas, and shopping/restaurant area, but Lyft drivers found us easily and we found the quiet locale a fair trade.

Homeaway’s equivalent to the Ritz Carlton!

Federico and Bin are the best hosts! The house is immaculate, full of amenities like shampoo, snacks, even wine! Lucates in Coconut Grove, there is no better place to stay in Miami. I recommend it a 100% and will definitely be back. It is certainly home away from home!

A spacious and gorgious heaven in the Grove ! Not to miss

Federico and Bin have given us a very friendly and personal welcome with a lot of attention. They were very helpful during our stay to meet our needs as communication was fast and easy. The house is spacious and tastefully decorated. Sheets, towels and toiletries are of quality. Fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer. Terrace available. Very good atmosphere in the house and in a nice quiet area and well located in coconut grove to access different part of the city.
