Beautiful and historic fully updated and renovated Key West style heated pool home with huge yard, fully updated pool/guest house, & in-law quarters. Home has 6 BR and 4.5 BA and new appliances. Sleeps up to 10. Library can be used as an extra bedroom. Ample parking BBQ grill, and three (3) outdoor seating areas. Master bedroom suite has beautiful new King size bed, large balcony with an adjustable awning for shade. Master bathroom has granite counter top, double sinks, shower and large jacuzzi tub. Elegant living room with floor to ceiling drapes, and stylish bar in the inviting dining room. Close to fine schools, beaches, restaurants and Brickell, downtown Grove, Coral Gables and Miami Beach. Northeast Coconut Grove location on the best street in the best part of Miami. Have the best outdoor pool party fun in Miami. We have four (4) great bikes for your use included!

Comfortable, clean & with loads of character- this house was a great spot for our family's spring break. Kitchen is fully stocked (even with some helpful pantry staples) and is spacious, reading nooks/cozy spots abound throughout the house, neighborhood is lovely and walkable. We especially loved the library and variety of books peppered throughout the house. Josh was an attentive host. Felt like we were staying in the home of old family friends.

Everything was great. the only feedback i would provide is the check in / check out times were slightly inconsistent between what was posted and what was messaged / shared directly from the host. Beautiful House - Great Hosts

Our stay was everything we hoped it would be. We were attending a wedding locally and it was the perfect place for my family to stay. Great location. The hosts personally met us upon our arrival and showed us around the property which made us feel quite welcome and comfortable with the house and it's amenities during our stay. Highly recommended.

The hosts were wonderful, greeted us when we arrived, showed us around and answered our questions. We were there for a family get together and the layout of the house and yard allowed us to eat and visit together, but also to have some private space. The neighborhood was nice to walk in and the pool was a refreshing respite from the summer heat. Some of our family are runners and they enjoyed the trails on Key Biscayne. It was just what we needed. Thank you.

We came to Miami to attend and celebrate our daughter graduating from medical school. Stunning home in a prestigious neighborhood. This home is warm and welcoming. We had a beautiful stay. Would highly recommend this home for any staying in Miami. Great location.

Historic Miami Home

Want to see a part of South Florida history that is quickly disappearing? Then stay in this beautiful historical home built in 1910 in the great neighborhood of Coconut Grove in Miami. Mature landscaping, pool and patio, plenty of rooms and warm hosts made this an excellent stay for our family get together. We would book again in a heartbeat.

Rebecca and her family were truly excellent (5 Star) guests who I fully and highly recommend to other hosts. They obviously enjoyed our property and, unlike some guests, did not require any "hand holding". The property was turned back to us, cleaner than when they checked in. We loved hosting Rebecca and her crew and certainly hope to do so again in the future. Wishing you (Rebecca) and yours all the best in the coming Holiday Season.

Graduation Weekend

We had a lovely stay with family for our daughter's graduation from the University of Miami this past weekend. Everything was just lovely and we especially enjoyed and took advantage of the great pool and yard. Beds were very comfortable, too! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful home and neighborhood with lots of room

We loved our stay and would definitely stay again! It was perfect for a large family with lots of room inside and out! It's an old house with steps so may not be best for young children and older persons. Josh and Roni were great hosts who greeted us when we arrived with goodies and hospitality, and always quick to respond!

Mark and family are the quintessential perfect, lovely, sweet and enjoyable guests. This all-American family communicated well when necessary and when they left, not crumb could be found anywhere. We would love to host Mark, et al. again, anytime!!!

My family and I had the opportunity to stay at the property in Coconut Grove, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The home is stately very comfortable with class and dignity. There are numerous books and periodic articles that a guest can review while visiting the premises.The pool area is very nice. There are two barbecues on the property.The location of the property is extremely convenient. Coconut Grove is a great area. We were able to use that as a destination for moving around Miami very seamlessly.When in a short distance, there is a nice park you can observe the yacht clubs and the boats we went down to Coconut walk was very nice area to have dinner. We went to Coral Gables, which is equivalent very nice very safe high-endThe particular property is an older home so you have to like older homes, but has all modern amenities televisions throughout the property with RokuGenerally, we had a very relaxing time and the host initials JM is a true gentleman and a pleasure to deal with

Great house for big family get-togethers

We rented this house for our kids, mother and sisters for spring break. The house is located in Northeast Coconut Grove, a beautiful neighborhood just south of Miami. We had easy access to Coconut Grove and its restaurants as well as Key Biscayne and all the usual Miami attractions. This 100 year old house house is large and well stocked (albeit a bit dated). The hosts Josh and Ronnie were lovely and highly responsive.

Lovely Home With Room for Everyone

We came in for the Miami Boatshow and needed a place for the whole crew to relax after long days. Josh was there to welcome us and made us feel at home. There was plenty of room for everyone. We were able to relax and cook great meals in a well appointed kitchen. The home is in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from downtown Coconut Grove where you can find loads of good restaurants. We will surely be back.

Lovely Home, Perfect For a large Group

We stayed here with a group that was in town for the Miami Boat Show. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after long days of selling. It is a classic old Florida home with unique charm - where lives have been lived. There are loaded book cases, a nice pool and a great private yard. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with all the essentials. The neighborhood is great - quiet and upscale with peacocks roaming around. It's just minutes from Downtown Coconut Grove and Downtown Miami.

A perfect place for our family celebration

The occasion was my son’s graduation from Vet school. The attendees were his siblings, their significant others a favorite aunt and uncle and myself- a diverse groups with varied interests. we all thought the home was perfect ! There was more than enough space to gather together or spread out if desired. The pool was much used and appreciated( as were the supplies to fend off mosquitoes). The gardens and the books were equally appreciated. It was a wonderful home to hold our celebration and the hosts did their part to make it easy. Thank you!
