Beach Dance in Holmes Beach

Beach Dance is the perfect family home in a convenient location just steps to the Gulf, Restaurants, Shops and the Free Trolley! Not enough? Check out the view from the living area and the panoramic Beach views from the roof top deck! For our convenience there is an Elevator that takes you from the garage level to either of the living levels and a spiral staircase to the Roof Top Deck from the main living area!!
Built for rest and relaxation but meeting the very high standards that you would expect from a luxury home no detail has been over-looked from the stainless appliances, granite countertops, and contoured high ceilings to the long list of other amenities. Beach Dance includes a floor plan that lends itself to privacy for all but leaves plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy the home together.
Imagine waking up to the sound of the surf rolling in. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the deck as the sun comes up and the island comes to life. Spend the day on the beach, cool off in the pool, or walk to shops and restaurants. Gather around the dining room table for dinner with the sun setting over the Gulf as your backdrop.
With 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths and 2 half baths there is room for the whole family and everyone has their privacy and personal space. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and include 1 King in the master suite, 3 Queens Suites and a 5th Suite with 2 Twin bunk beds for up to 10 guests. The King Master Bath includes twin sinks, Jacuzzi Tub, Large Glass shower and one of two full size washer/dryer combos. The rest of the suites include full baths as well with either glass walk-in showers or shower/tub combinations.
Beach Dance is the ideal place to kick back and relax with all the comforts of home but if you must stay in touch with the real world there’s 55” flat screen TV’s in the Living Area and Pool Cabana as well as a 46” in the master and a 32” in the children’s room. High Speed Wi-Fi Internet access is of course provided.
There are pool and beach toys and chairs as well as a beach cart and a beach umbrella.

Well equipped included beach chairs, toys , coolers and easy walk to beach. Well equipped kitchen and bedrooms spacious and comfortable. Bungalow Bob was a pleasure to work with. Very accommodating. Great time had by all.

Wonderful time with family in sunny florida

We had a wonderful time at Beach Dance. The property was clean. Conveniently located within walking distance to stores and cafes for a quick bite in the mornings. The house was close to the beach. There were plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for our stay on the beach.

Happy Time on Holmes Beach

Our family of 5 siblings and our spouses just spent a wonderful week at Beach Dance and we look forward to returning next year. The house was perfect for our needs and convenient to the beach, Publix and anywhere else we wanted to go. We all had our own en-suite bath and there was plenty of room to spread out from the pool to the rooftop deck.The kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware, dishes and spices. The place was clean and well organized, and the manager responded quickly to our inquiries. We will definitely be staying there again. .

Great family vacation spot!

Our extended family had a great time in this comfortable, spacious house so very close to beach. Chairs, cart & beach toys were a bonus as were the stores in easy walking distance for anything we needed quickly. Island is wonderful too! Our host, Bob was super responsive & helpful too.

We loved this house! Perfectly designed for separate families to stay in with the en suite bathrooms. It was so spacious and clean with more than enough beach chairs, towels, and toys. I would definitely rebook this home if I have the opportunity!

The property was great for our family! The pool was a huge perk for little ones and so close to the beach. I can not say enough about Bob! He was incredibly easy to communicate with, so helpful with ALL of my questions. We will always book with him for our trips to Anna Maria!
