Venga a disfrutar de la mejor propiedad de alquiler de Chicago. Realmente lo tenemos todo y estamos en una ubicación perfecta, ¡no te divertirás más en ninguna parte de la ciudad! Nuestro edificio ofrece un diseño majestuoso con todas las actualizaciones modernas. Tomamos un hermoso Chicago Brownstone de 1890 y lo renovamos por completo en 2015 sin ahorrar gastos.

Esta es una combinación de vrbo # 682966 y vrbo # 685840. Entonces obtienes dos de todo y más, todo bajo un mismo techo.

Tenemos 2 salas de estar enormes con televisores de pantalla plana y cómodos sofás nuevos. Cualquiera de los dos comedores formales son perfectos para grandes reuniones, las mesas de comedor expandibles pueden acomodar hasta 12 cómodamente para grandes cenas. Las nuevas cocinas de chefs grandes son perfectas para cocinar esa gran cena o para pasar el rato en la barra de desayuno. 3 dormitorios, un escritorio de trabajo (con suerte no necesitará usarlo) y un baño renovado completan el primer nivel. El exterior cuenta con un amplio patio privado con una mesa para 6 y una parrilla. Puedes sentarte y observar la vida de la ciudad mientras te relajas y disfrutas de un cóctel. Todo esto, y estamos en la mejor ubicación en Chicago, a 1 cuadra del campo Wrigley, a 3 cuadras del tren Redline 'El', a 2 cuadras del vecindario de Southport y a 3 cuadras de todo Lakeview / Boystown / Halsted. The house was great for our family of 17, ranging in age from 75 to 5 years old. The owner was great and was available for all of our questions. We had bad plumbing issues and several bathrooms were down overnight. Not so good when we had Mexican food for dinner!Small things could have made it so much better. Weeds pulled in the front and trash nd cigarette butts picked up in the back.

Contact owner to make sure problems fixed

Numerous problems that owner tried to fix-no wi-fi, no ac, broken upstairs dishwasher, basement flooded when we used downstairs washing machine. Place had not been cleaned prior to check in, trash sack in entry way, litter on floor, mop on back steps. Great location.

Wonderful multigenerational vacation!

We had a very nice time staying in Chicago and this home was a big part of it! We are a 3 generational family and there was so much space for the kids to play and run around. The rooms worked out really well so that we put the kids down to bed and still had room for the adults to talk, catch up and have a few cocktails in the basement or on the wonderful patio without bothering them. The owner, Steve allowed us to arrive early and drop off our luggage while the cleaning crew was finishing up- they were great to deal with and Claudia (head cleaning person) was super proffessional and even gave us her cell number. The location was great with tons of restaurants to walk to, A nice park up the street, a large super market a few blocks away and a convenient store across the street - not to mention a nice brewery!!! We enjoyed spending time with our kids and grandkids in a clean safe place. It took a lot of planning to put the trip together, but Steve helped us, and all the planning really paid off. Thank you for providing such a great spot for us! Donna

Very large clean home. Lots of living space

Our extended family had a lovely Christmas in this home. Its actually 2 separate apartments, but it flowed together very well. There was so much space for our family to converse, hang out, play with the kids and have a drink or two in the evening. It was very clean, the owner was very helpful and even set top a Christmas tree for us before we arrived. If there was a downside, some of the bedrooms are pretty small, but we expected that in the big city. thank you for a wonderful Christmas with our family.

Great home- very spacious and clean

The home is clean, comfortable, in a great location and held a large group of 12 people easily. Owner responded to all of our questions and came over to help when we couldn't figure out the TV. I highly recommend this property.

Very nice, great size for our group

This property met and exceeded our expectations. It was clean, easy walk to public trans, and it fit our group very well without feeling like we were all over each other. There are 10 bedrooms, not all are very large, but I think only 1 has a bunk bed, so we all had privacy and really enjoyed it. Our group is a lot of couples and singles in thir 50's, so we were so pleased to find a place that didn't make us live like we were in the dorms again. It was very well maintained and everything in the listing was absolutely accurate.

Large, clean and close to Wrigley

We were in Chicago for a Bachelor party and Cubs home opener. It was a great spot. We had all the space we needed with different areas to hang out. The lower level Wirth the pool table and bar was perfect for relaxing. The owner was very helpful before our stay and we really appreciated his advice as to where to go to dinners, etc. He went above and beyond. Killer rental, I highly recommend it.

Amazing place to stay with the whole family

Wow, what an amazing place to stay! My whole family got together for a family reunion, and it was wonderful that all of us could be together under the same roof. It was very clean and the kitchen space was great. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

OUTSTANDING!! LOVED IT!!

This was the perfect setting for our annual girls trip. We are 17 college friends in our 40's and we gather once a year to spend some quality time reminiscing, drinking wine and checking out a fun city. We always do it in early April, and would have come to Chicago years ago, but the weather always scared us off. It turned out to be pretty gross outside all weekend, but because of this spacious home it didn't really matter. There were so many areas for us to congregate and chat, and the dining area was just b huge, we actually all fit at the table- which has never happened!!! The place was well maintained and very clean. It was much nicer than we expected in a big expensive city like Chicago. Location is great, you can walk to restaurants, shops Wrigley Field and all of the nightlife. Also worth noting- We were able to park 5 cars (Steve only claims it fits 4, but we made them fit). We put 2 on the street also with no trouble. Steve mentioned this would be tough if there was a cubs game, but we missed that- Maybe next time. Thank you to Steve and Claudia for having us, we loved it!

Perfect for our large get together

This house was such lucky find for our family. The owner, Steve was really responsive and super helpful. He even sent us restaurant recommendations and helped us get a table at a really cool spot- Altiro. Location is great, just up the street from Wrigley, but not loud at all. We spent a long 4 day weekend and loved every minute. The cleaners were still working as Steve was kind enough to let us check in early, and she was great too. Book this gem with confidence, we've never repeated this yearly trip in any city, but we are seriously considering coming back in 2020! Thank you!!

Tired Property -- Great Location, but in need of a Facelift

My family (14 adults and teens) stayed here in June 2018 for a family wedding. The house is in a great location; everything we wanted was within walking distance and getting around was easy. The off-street parking was good to have (although a bit of a squeeze with two cars). The owner, Steve, was accommodating, but the property is outdated and definitely in need of some TLC and more amenities. There was not one hanger in most of the closets or an iron (Steve brought us some upon request), and there were no dressers, so we had to live out of our suitcases. Several lights in the bedrooms did not work or were too far from the (strangely placed) outlets to plug in, and the furniture, bedding and carpeting were all tired. The shades in the bedrooms were not functional and flimsy. The lower level (pool room and a few bedrooms) had an awful smell from dampness and mildew. The windows were dirty. The kitchens were the only part of the house that appeared to have been renovated. They were nice and functional, although we hardly used them. All in all, we managed -- thankfully, we were out of the house more than we were there. The house was livable but not a great value -- steep price for what we got. Definitely more like a frat house for young folks in for a weekend series at Wrigley Field. If you are looking for an old house to cram a lot of young people in to for a fun party weekend, then this would fit the bill. It is definitely in need of a facelift in order to make it a good option for anything but that.

Great large family gathering place

The large number of bedrooms between the upstairs and downstairs combined properties provides a great space for large families to get together. We cooked a Thanksgiving meal for a family of 15 and used both kitchens. The owner was pleasantly accommodating through messaging. Some rooms were relatively small but serviceable. Only complaint from some of the group was that some of the mattresses sagged and the pillows were a bit thin (only reason to not to go with full 5 *s). I would bring some pillows with you if it matters to you and test out the beds before choosing. Some steps were a bit steep at some of the entrances for some of the elderly, but it worked out fine. We had a great time cooking, playing some family games, watching some sports TV, playing some pool, and Ubering conveniently to downtown Chicago for performances and shopping. Despite the seasonal cold, we felt comfortable walking around the area in daytime and overall had a great time. The main rooms are open and feel spacious, but used which is not a bad thing for a large families. Great way for a family to gather in Chicago. I recommend it.

Not bad but not great

Overall the property worked for our needs. Some of the rooms are incredibly small.... basically the size of a closet. The property is in an awesome location So if you want to be in that part of town and you have a big group it’s not a bad choice. Management is definitely not interested in a high level of customer service. It is what it is. There are rules and requirements listed in virtually every common space. I give it a solid three stars as there was nothing warm and friendly about the place, Furniture was on and very basic, the rooms were very small but again the location is awesome and the property can accommodate a large group.

Great place to spend time in chicago

We had both units for a business trip for a trade show that was a week long. A group of about 16 adult men stayed comfortably in this spacious clean house. The pool was nice to have. Location is great. Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance and the guys who drove in had a safe place to park.

Perfect for our group

Everything was great! It was more than enough room for our group of 12. Easy walk to Wrigley Field. Also plenty of pizza places and bars all over the place. Very nice neighborhood. The bedrooms and kitchens were all very clean. Free parking on site worked perfectly for our oversized school van + normal van. If we really pushed it we probably could have fit in a third vehicle there, but we only had two. Once we were there we had no need to drive anywhere. Thank you!

Perfect spot, easy access to all of the northside

Great spot for a big group. We had 8-10 guys staying here over 4 days and never felt cramped. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a big space to house work teams, friends or large family gatherings.

Great space for our Sales Kickoff

This apartment was perfect for our team of 12. The rooms were comfortable, common spaces had everything we needed, and the location was great. We were able to walk to Wrigley to take the team to a Cubs game which was a blast. Also, the owner was very flexible and helpful to our group. Would highly recommend.

Great location and space!

This house was perfect for our needs -- 8 adults gathering in the city for a team retreat. We were all able to comfortably sit around the dining table for a meal one night. The beds were comfortable and clean, as was the rest of the house. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and Steve was quite responsive to my many questions prior to our stay. Would definitely recommend!

I love taking beautiful old buildings and restoring them to modern elegance that people can really enjoy. When I found this place, I knew it was going to need some work, so we kept the stately old features and gave it modern features. We did this project specifically with a vacation rental in mind, so we focused on creating large communal gathering spaces for our guests to enjoy when they aren't out taking in this amazing part of the city.
