Huge Wrigleyville Beauty -10 beds and 5 baths in the heart of it all!!

Come Enjoy Chicago's best rental property. We really have it all and we are in a perfect location, you won't have more fun anywhere in the city! Our building offers a stately layout with all the modern upgrades.

We have a 2 huge living rooms with a flat screen TVs and comfy brand new couches. Either of the two formal dining rooms are perfect for large gatherings, the expandable dining tables can seat up to 12 comfortably for large dinner parties. The brand new large chefs kitchens are perfect for cooking up that big dinner, or for hanging out at the breakfast bar. 3 Bedrooms, a work desk (hopefully you don't need to use it) and a renovated bathroom round out the first level. The downstairs is where the real fun can be found. We have a huge, wide open rec room with an 8ft Pool table, a card table, a sitting area and a bar with 6 stools with a fridge. You'll never want to leave!! There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on this level too. The top floor offers 4 bedrooms, 2 brand new bathrooms, another dining room, another kitchen, amazing views and a balcony. The outside features an expansive private patio with a table for 6 and a grill. You can sit and watch as the city life goes by while you relax and enjoy a cocktail. All this, and we are in the best location in Chicago, 1 block to Wrigley field, 3 blocks to the Redline 'El' train, 2 blocks to the Southport Neighborhood and 3 blocks to all of Lakeview / Boystown / Halsted. With over 100 restaurants and 80 bars within half a mile, you will need to come back year after year to see just that. Come check out all of the festivals, shows at Metro, Cubs games all summer, Pride Weekend, and the general fun that is this vibrant part of the city.

We used the house for our family to stay for the funeral of our sister. It was a great place to stay and the multiple gathering spaces were great. The kitchens were well supplied and the large dining tables were perfect for us. We enjoyed our stay here.

Hosted my friends for my Bachelor Party here. Was able to comfortably sleep 15 guys and had plenty of room for everyone to hang around. Best location to ask for if you are looking to go to cubs games, bars, restaurants with a large group. Had a great time and glad we were able to stay here.

Our overall experience wasn't perfect but was close. I'd rent it again for our party of 15 ranging in age from 5 to mid-80s. The building is well maintained and decor ranges from acceptable to attractive depending on which room you are describing. Cleanliness is excellent, kitchen appliances are sufficient and in good working order, and the kitchen is large enough to permit several people to work there. The AC is great: temps on arrival day were in the middle 90s but the building was comfortably cool. Parking is as advertised: three vehicles in the driveway, a fourth behind the exterior staircase.With the Cubs out of town, the neighborhood was uncongested and quiet enough for any city dweller. A homestand likely changes that.The beds were adequate. The first-floor bathroom was reasonably sized and the shower worked very effectively. I remained on the first floor but was told by others that the second-floor bedrooms' bed allocations did not fully match the listing.Shortcomings: The first-floor living room's ceiling fixture (fan and light) lacked working bulbs; we had to remove the globe to find the on/off cord. With no other lamp in that room, we faced a dark LR after sundown. A housekeeper brought a pole lamp as well as bulbs for the ceiling fixture.The listing ought to mention the extreme steepness of staircases, starting with the front steps and including the stairway to the second floor, the rear stairways, and the basement staircase.

The house was great for our family of 17, ranging in age from 75 to 5 years old. The owner was great and was available for all of our questions. We had bad plumbing issues and several bathrooms were down overnight. Not so good when we had Mexican food for dinner!Small things could have made it so much better. Weeds pulled in the front and trash nd cigarette butts picked up in the back.

Numerous problems that owner tried to fix-no wi-fi, no ac, broken upstairs dishwasher, basement flooded when we used downstairs washing machine. Place had not been cleaned prior to check in, trash sack in entry way, litter on floor, mop on back steps. Great location.

We take all less than perfect reviews extremely seriously and aim to never have one again. This was an extraordinarily bad set of circumstances which we have never experienced before and hope never to again. Our cleaning crew made a mistake on move in time and had not finished when guests arrived. They finished up as quickly as possible. The AC was fixed within hours, as was the Internet. All of the issues that arose were fixed before guests left, so future renters have no need to worry about these issues in the future. We do pride ourselves on giving our guests the absolute highest quality experience when staying in our home, and we are so sorry that we were not able to do so for this guest.

Wonderful multigenerational vacation!

We had a very nice time staying in Chicago and this home was a big part of it! We are a 3 generational family and there was so much space for the kids to play and run around. The rooms worked out really well so that we put the kids down to bed and still had room for the adults to talk, catch up and have a few cocktails in the basement or on the wonderful patio without bothering them. The owner, Steve allowed us to arrive early and drop off our luggage while the cleaning crew was finishing up- they were great to deal with and Claudia (head cleaning person) was super proffessional and even gave us her cell number. The location was great with tons of restaurants to walk to, A nice park up the street, a large super market a few blocks away and a convenient store across the street - not to mention a nice brewery!!! We enjoyed spending time with our kids and grandkids in a clean safe place. It took a lot of planning to put the trip together, but Steve helped us, and all the planning really paid off. Very large clean home. Lots of living space

Our extended family had a lovely Christmas in this home. Its actually 2 separate apartments, but it flowed together very well. There was so much space for our family to converse, hang out, play with the kids and have a drink or two in the evening. It was very clean, the owner was very helpful and even set top a Christmas tree for us before we arrived. If there was a downside, some of the bedrooms are pretty small, but we expected that in the big city. thank you for a wonderful Christmas with our family.

Very nice, great size for our group

This property met and exceeded our expectations. It was clean, easy walk to public trans, and it fit our group very well without feeling like we were all over each other. There are 10 bedrooms, not all are very large, but I think only 1 has a bunk bed, so we all had privacy and really enjoyed it. Our group is a lot of couples and singles in thir 50's, so we were so pleased to find a place that didn't make us live like we were in the dorms again. It was very well maintained and everything in the listing was absolutely accurate.

Large, clean and close to Wrigley

We were in Chicago for a Bachelor party and Cubs home opener. It was a great spot. We had all the space we needed with different areas to hang out. The lower level Wirth the pool table and bar was perfect for relaxing. The owner was very helpful before our stay and we really appreciated his advice as to where to go to dinners, etc. He went above and beyond. Killer rental, I highly recommend it.

Why they chose this property

I love taking beautiful old buildings and restoring them to modern elegance that people can really enjoy. When I found this place, I knew it was going to need some work, so we kept the stately old features and gave it modern features. We did this project specifically with a vacation rental in mind, so we focused on creating large communal gathering spaces for our guests to enjoy when they aren't out taking in this amazing part of the city.
