Captivating and breathtaking villa with 360 degree view overlooking the ocean

Wonderful Caribbean Villa that takes advantage of all Providenciales has to offer. Set on one of the highest points of the islands Sunrise Ridge Villa has some of the best views on the island of the Turquoise waters of the Caicos banks and the Ocean. In addition to the incredible views the house is perfectly positioned to get the best of the cooling breezes all year round. With a large pool, water slide and outside covered hammock and furniture Sunrise Ridge Villa is the perfect place to relax and soak in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Sunrise Ridge consists of 3 Bedrooms/3.5 Bathrooms
* Master with a King Bed, 2 walk in closets, private balcony and large bathroom.
* 2nd room downstairs - Queen Bed with full private bathroom and large outdoor shower
* 3rd room downstairs - Queen Bed with full private bathroom and large outdoor shower.

There is a large open plan dining room/living room adjacent to a gourmet kitchen which is full equipped with everything you need to prepare fantastic meals. This is not a typical vacation rental but a place we vacation in too and as a result is very well equipped. There is a 52 inch smart TV.

The swimming pool is over 35 feet in length. It also has a nice large shallow part good for kids or just chilling in the water.

Please note that every room in the house has a door that leads onto the central courtyard and you do have to go outside to go between rooms (except for the kitchen and dining room). It is the epitome of fresh air outside living! The pool is in the central courtyard and is not fenced off. As a result this property may be unsuitable for young children or children who cannot swim.

Please note : A/C use is generally not needed since we have such great breezes. A/C usage IS INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY but is metered and guests can be charged for excess usage (leaving on throughout the day when not in unit/ leaving on when doors and windows are opened etc..)

Located just off Ocean Drive it is a quiet, safe neighborhood of beautiful homes and open spaces. Yet it is less than 5 minutes drive to the Leeward Highway from where all of Providenciales is within easy reach.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We also have pool toys you are welcome to use. However, please note that the pool is 6 feet deep in at the deep end.
Children should be confident swimmers or supervised continuously. It is NOT possible to separate or lock off the pool area from the rest of the house.

We had an amazing trip to Turks and Caicos! This house is wonderful! The house is gorgeous and has all the amenities as described! The house is fixed on top of a hill with the best views! The infinity pool is a perfect ending to your day after you’ve been at the beach all day! The rooms cool down quickly and the breeze flowing throughout the house is perfect. Highly recommend!

We stayed for a week with close friends. The listing is very accurate. Great house, location, and views. Had a small issue with one of the AC’c which was handled immediately.Nice breeze the whole week to help with the bugs and heat. Highly recommend !

Dream Villa on Turtle Tail

Stayed with my family for 6 nights. Everyone loved the house. Kids loved the pool. Beautiful sunrise view in the morning. Close to amazing Hidden Beach. Wish we could have stayed longer and can't wait to go back.

Location is amazing, away from everything but you can get anywhere you want to go in 20 minutes or less. Pool is great for kids with a shallower part plus the slide.

We have 4 college and high school age children. The house was a perfect set up and well-equipped for our needs. Loved snorkeling at Smith's Beach and a day trip to the North Island. Mudjin Harbor is extraordinary. The hosts were responsive to our needs (though we really had none).

The views from this house are amazing. It offers elevated views that are just beautiful. Bedrooms were situated well, with master upstairs and 2BR 2 bath (can be attached) downstairs. We absolutely loved it, would return to this house, and would recommend anyone to stay here.

Perfect Turks retreat

Beautiful villa with picturesque views of the ocean. Spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Lots of space to spread out in the family room, dining and kitchen with laundry. Tons of beautiful outdoor space to truly relax. 10-15 minutes drive to beaches and tourist areas. We rented a car and it was easy to navigate and explore different areas of Turks.

Most beautiful views of the entire island. We stayed in August which was very hot The living area has no A/C but with thr ceiling fans, fans borrowed from the bedrooms, and the breezes we were fine. Everything needed was provided.

Fabulous vacation

This was one of our best vacations as a family. Venetian road villa was all we could have asked for and more. The pictures are excellent but it is even better in person. The open air living quarters were comfortable and really allowed you to enjoy the fabulous surroundings at all times. The views were spectacular and the pool and outdoor lounging areas were such an incredible place to spend our days. The whole family cannot wait to come back!

Phenomenal stay

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. The views are breathtaking. We loved the kitchen as well as the outdoor grill and space to enjoy our morning coffee and grill our fresh fish caught on our charter. We loved stopping by Bob’s on our way home. This home is located on a road with beautiful properties. We loved the private beach which we drove to below the home. Hope to be back soon!!!

Home in Paradise

We loved our stay at Sunrise Ridge. The view is as advertised…just breathtaking. The pool was just the right temp, the outdoor areas are great. Lots of time lounging in the hammock. Great kitchen, and outdoor cooking area too. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Alison and Teri were very attentive and helpful too.

Originally from Liverpool, England, I have lived and worked on Providenciales for 29 years. I am the owner of Provo Primary and Middle School, the largest private school on Providenciales, and I love to enjoy the surrounding ocean and wild life whenever I get the chance. Snorkeling with dolphins and whales is a dream come true for me. I have one son, Josh, who is 24 years old. Josh grew up in the islands, but attended high school in The U.S and played Junior Ice Hockey in the EHL. He returned home to Turks and Caicos in 2014. Josh’s love for boats and oceanlife, soon replaced his love for hockey which led him to start his own boat company, Okeanos Charters. Okeanos, means Ocean in Greek; (we have family in Greece and frequent the Greek islands regularly). Okeanos Charters offer private boat charters on a luxury boat called Ikigai. (Meaning true passion). Both Josh and I believe you should follow your passion, whatever it is. Ours is the ocean and helping others to appreciate and explore it. What better place to do so, than Turks and Caicos!

Why they chose this property

Apart from the views and the breeze, we really felt this house maximized the outdoors nature of the island and the Caribbean as a whole. You can be outside almost all the time in this house, even when you are inside!

What makes this property unique

Even when there is little to no wind on the rest of the island, we have a nice breeze on the top of the hill in Turtle Tail. Also this house is our home so it has all the comforts you would expect and is a wonderful place to relax after a day of watersports and beach fun.
