Come enjoy this relaxing beach bungalow located 2 blocks from the Bay. Quick access to the pristine beaches perfect for sunbathing, swimming and surf fishing. The property is a short walk to Harpoons on the Bay, a laid back Key West style restaurant featuring the best sunset views and live entertainment.

The bungalow has been recently renovated with bamboo flooring, new appliances and updated kitchen for the ultimate beachy feel. Multiple ceiling fans and a wall of windows looking into the backyard provide refreshing bay breezes. Kick your feet up and relax in the living room and watch the cardinals and blue jays in the backyard. High quality white leather wrap around couch and oversized chair and ottoman make this home an ideal get away.

Living room features wall mounted 50" HD TV with Comcast cable.

Outdoor entertaining in the backyard with a walk out deck, paved patio, and privacy fencing all around. Weber Genesis gas grill and Weber charcoal grill, outdoor table with chairs and umbrella ensure it's safe for children and pets. After a sun filled day at the beach cool off with an outdoor shower. Landscaped backyard provides shade and beautiful blooming trees.

You will have access to the attached shed and beach items. Beach chairs, fishing and snorkeling equipment, large cooler on wheels, small cooler, picnic basket with wine glasses and plates for a visit to a local winery or picnic at the beach. Beach toys, sand bucket, garden hose, sprinkler, etc.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach bungalow! The location is great, very walkable to the beach and to Harpoons. Everything you need is on one floor with a great backyard and a hot tub! Even better it is pet friendly with a fenced backyard so we could bring our dog. I only wish our stay was longer!

Bungalow was very cute It was dirty when we arrived but owner had the cleaning team out immediately The cleaning crew needs to do a better job Detail to behind tables, corners, appliances, under side of glass tables, windows and dryer vent were missed I reported this to owner hopefully he gets a cleaning crew with more integrity Bungalow hot tub location were excellent

Great spot. Walking distance to beach/bay and great food. Hot tub, propane grill, charcoal grill, beach gear, private backyard, etc.. What more could you ask for? Was only able to get maybe 30minutes total in at the beach, but what do you expect with a 5 month old haha. Thanks again Brian!

Perfect beach getaway

Perfect location, cute lil home! Would def rent again. Would recommend getting linen service next time though. All in all any issues were addressed immediately. Owners were very accommodating. Home is well maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Family getaway

The house is in a perfect location less than 5 minutes walk to the North Cape May beaches and a 10 mins drive to Cape May. The house is lovely with a holiday feel and hot tub. We took our Labrador with us and she loved her stay too.It was nice to be in a quieter neighborhood rather than the centre of Cape May and for the kids being able to walk to and from easily was perfect.Host was responsive and very helpful and flexible. We had a great time!

Although the Home is in a great location and has a great backyard, the inside of the home was very disappointing. The house is in a desperate need of a very deep clean. The rug needs to be removed if you’re going to rent to people with dogs. The pictures are not an accurate representation of the home, it seems like they were taken a long time ago.

I was so happy I was able to find a pet friendly place on such short notice. I orginally wasn't going to come down on account of the place I usually stay doesn't allow dogs and my poor pup had a horrible boarding experience a few weeks ago so I couldn't leave him behind. I found this gem and am grateful I did! The fenced in yard was perfect for the pup and it was 2 blocks from the beach and Harpoons (which is a huge win because the food there is great and they are pet friendly as well!). We arrived to a super clean accommodation and aside from bringing our own sheets and towels we didn't need anything else! The hot tub was also a bonus! Huge thank you from Melissa and Lesnar!

Wonderful stay!

The house was exactly what we were hoping for - a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to everything else we wanted to see. Our dogs loved taking walks on the nearby beach. And we all loved eating dinner in the beautiful backyard at night. The host was great with communication and very thoughtful. We're already looking at booking another stay.

Great Family Vacation

Excellent location and home. Neighborhood was quiet. Short walk to the beach and a great restaurant. Beach sunsets were amazing. House had everything we needed and a bonus with the jacuzzi. Appreciated the beach supplies available. Great fenced in yard for our small dog. Communication was excellent with the owner. This was our first time to the Cape May area, we will definitely be staying again in the future.

Perfect for us!

We wanted to introduce our dog to the beach for the first time and this house was perfect for us! The fenced in backyard and short walk to the bay was just what we were looking for. The house was clean and included everything we could want/need. With just a short drive to Cape May beaches, this was the perfect location. The hot tub was an added bonus as well. We are already talking about making another trip.

Wonderful vacation spot for our family

First vacation with our 2 one year old pups. They had a blast walking and swimming in the bay. Perfect location. We also visited Higbee Beach a few times. The house was perfect for our needs. Thus was our first time staying in Cape May and will definitely be back again. Everyone loved Harpoons as well, even the pups. Communicating with the owner was excellent, quick replies to any questions I had. I will definitely recommend to others.

Shore vacation

The house was in a great location in a nice residential area. The walk to the bay was short and it’s a very nice family oriented beach area other local beaches were just a short drive away we really loved Poverty Beach. Some suggestions I would recommend for the house would be a few more usable cooking utensils, having the grass cut especially with the allowance of dogs, maybe a second television in the master bedroom, and more kitchen/dining seating with a little more comfort. We had a great stay overall and the fenced yard was perfect for our furry family members.

Great place but needs a lot of attention

Overall, we did enjoy our stay at the Browning Bungalow (mostly for the amazing location) and would love to return if more attention would be paid to the property. The owners were very prompt and helpful in resolving issues that we brought up to them: there was virtually no toilet paper, paper towels, or kleenex in the house, and they had a neighbor bring us over some that evening. We also noticed that the hot tub had a ring of brown residue and brown foam when turned on. They sent the chemical guy the next morning to address it. However, we still had some brown foam appearing over the filter and when investigated, we found a brownish-gray glob stuck in the filter. Along this theme, the outside was full of dry dead pine needles that we had to sweep in order to be able to use the outside without dragging pine needles all over the place. The gas grill was rusting out, unsafe to light, which it did only partially, and was virtually unusable. The cooler on wheels was broken and filled with dirty water and the wheels on the cart were flat with no tire pump to fill them. Inside, the house seemed like it didn't have a decent cleaning in a while. The knife block had crud all over the front of it, the insides of garbage/drawers/appliances were lined with splatters/grime, and along with the shower, bath/kitchen mats, etc., all seemed to have been ignored/not cleaned/not replaced for some time. It's really a lovely property with an amazing location, but it sorely needs some attention.

Great Place and Owned

Wonderful stay with my family and dogs. Clean, close to all attractions, zoo, Wildwood boardwalk, excellent restaurants, and 2 walkable blocks from the beach. I would recommend this home for anyone looking to get away and enjoy some nice, quiet family time.
