Great Cocoa Beach Location!

This condo was great for our family of 5. It had fun style and was equipped with everything we needed. The location was great near the pier, several restraunts and the grocery.

Wonderful Condo right on the beach

Cocoa Beach Towers is a fantastic place to stay in Cocoa Beach. Close to the pier, beautiful sunrises, and the spectacular beach. The condo is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The large balcony with views of the ocean was a highlight!

Space Coast Family Reunion

We had an amazing time in Cocoa Beach. We were there to visit family who lives in the area and were lucky to find such perfect accommodations. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing, stress free trip and we had a great view of the Space X launch from the beach.We appreciated the beach chairs and towels that were provided so we didn’t have to lug all of that from home. The area was quiet, the grounds were well kept, the condo was a great size. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

Snowbird beach trip

This unit was perfect for our family – me, my wife, and our teenage daughters – for a short beach stay. It was clean and equipped with all the amenities you need for a vacation, unlike a typical hotel. The pool was large and refreshing, and the beach was just a short walk away. The unit is the last corner one, furthest from the pool and beach, and overlooks the Best Western parking lot. The view shown in the pictures is accurate, so if you’re okay with that, don’t hesitate to book.

Condo unit was just as described and pictured. Cute and comfortable. Loved the scenery, direct access to beach, quiet & not crowded beach area to enjoy. Many places in walking distance. Condo manager Zareh is very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful with the area, he made us feel very welcomed. Highly recommend!

Price , communication and location are wonderful

Outstanding communication! Very nice and helpful! Location was great! My only complaint was mattresses are terrible in all rooms. Big talk at the pool so all rooms lol. I would really love to stay her again if they changed mattresses out.

The location to the pool and beach are great. We had family who also stayed on the property it was a nice way to be together. Our condo was very clean and had basic amenities. Property is well kept. I wouldn’t advertise as oceanfront as it is barely ocean view. Check out time is too early. We had a great time!

Clean, Large Condo

My family has been renting from Cocoa Beach Towers since the mid-90's. I hadn't been back since 2004, and there have been major updates. Still a relaxing atmosphere, with large condos and great view of the ocean. Still feels like a second home, much like it did 20+ years ago. Love that there is a laundry unit in the condo now - it came in very handy traveling with kids. Hope to be back soon and continue the tradition with my kids. Communication with the property manager was great as well.

Cozy Condo, comfortable, nice beach access, would stay again

Although weather was cool, we enjoyed our time in Cocoa Beach at David's condo. It is spacious and clean with ample sleep space for 6 in beds (and 1 on a couch if needed). Beds were comfortable. View of Ocean is at a 45 deg angle as the building is angled 45 deg relative to the beach. Pool was clean but a little on the cool side for January - I might suggest to David to discuss with Condo Corp about increasing temp during cold months. Beach was the highlight for our two kids 2 & 3. Very close to the Pier. Direct access from the condo grounds. Would stay again!

Family get away

Overall a fairly nice experience. The neighborhood was not as nice as we’d hoped. The Beach had a warning against swimming for to fecal bacterial contamination. During the night we were woken by someone squealing tires and revving engines up and down the street. The goods provided in the condo were absolutely minimal.

How lucky we were to find this condo. We have rented in Florida for 15 years or more and this is undoubtedly the best we have come across. Spotlessly clean, and close to everything: shops, the beach, the Pier, restaurants, bars -- all within walking distance. And the Orlando attractions are only an hour or so away, via a first-class freeway. Our sons particularly enjoyed the surfing and our grandsons loved building sandcastles and trying to race the waves back to shore. And of course, the pool: heated to 86 degrees and comfortable even on a coolish day. We were lucky to see a rocket lift-off from Cape Canaveral, watching from the beach in front of the condo. We heartily recommend this condo and we hope to return.

Clean, but not family oriented as described.

Pool closed at dusk not even dark. I feel property description was misleading as a family place. These condos are controlled by seniors who expect zero noise or fun but expect you to enjoy the malodorous smell of cigars in and out of the condo. With an October stay means pool closes even before dinner time. As for the condo itself, it was nice and very clean

Coolest Beach Vibes

Where do I start? The service was incredible right from booking. Zarek was so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information needed for a great stay. The condo was awesome and quite comfortable. All the linens provided and plenty of supplies. The unit is an end unit, so we liked the privacy, and it is steps away from the heated and very well-maintained pool and beach. This condo is tucked off a side street, so it is quiet but very close to restaurants, shopping and activities for the family. Cocoa Beach was one of the coolest beaches we have visited, a step back in time and everyone is so pleasant. We will definitely be back. Thank you for hosting us. Our family had an unforgettable time!

Great Cocoa Beach condo

Our family of 7 had a great week staying in this condo on Cocoa Beach. We loved the location! it was great to be able to just walk out to the beach each day. We also loved that it was so close to a grocery store and other restaurants and shops. It is also north of the pier, and for some reason the beach was much less crowded than it was on the south, so that was nice. We were so happy to have the closet with all the beach toys, umbrellas and chairs for us to use, thank you!! Having "gear" for the beach makes such a difference. This really is a great condo. The grounds are very well maintained and clean. There is a great spot to rinse off all your gear and feet before entering the grounds. That was so nice and kept most of the sand out of the condo, which was great. This condo unit is the back corner, which was nice, but it mostly faces the Best Western across the street. The pull out bed is not too comfortable, but most aren't. Other than that it was just great. Thank you.

Great Location!

Condo was very spacious and clean for the 6 of us! Very accommodating to include short walk to the beach and short walk to Fish Camp. We will definitely stay here again!
