Miami visit

Cute cottage in an excellent location. We’d happily return in the future. Well stocked kitchen (including plastic plates and cups for kids), nice backyard, plenty of towels. Easy access for driving, as well as within easy walking distance to many good restaurants. Thanks for a great stay in Miami.

Great stay

We are a regular Airbnb travelers and would rate this place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to restaurants, and the beaches Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful home.My children enjoy their stay loved backyard and pool this was perfect for a family vacation stay.

Clean and cozy

I could not be happier with this rental. Owners were available for questions and answered quickly. Very close to Miami Beach. We did not have a gathering but the back yard would be perfect for it. I would definitely recommend this home.

Perfect location

You are no more than 30 minutes from great amenities. Neighborhood was quiet, felt very safe. The cottage is so welcoming, feels like home away from home. My 16 year old granddaughter loved the pool experiance and I loved being able to relax in the back yard with her searching on my computer or listening to audible books. We enjoyed this vacation so much. You don't have to remember anything, they have everything noted for you, internet password, things to be mindful of, near by fast food menus, etc. Wonderful experiance!!!!

Great house & great neighborhood!

We spent our spring break in this house and loved it! The house has a lot of charm and is very comfortable for a family of 4. Well stocked with the basics (toilet paper, dish soap, etc.), and plenty of towels, blankets, etc. The pool wasn’t heated, so my boys couldn’t swim quite as much as they would have liked, but I’m sure it’s perfect later in the summer. Lots of great, unique restaurants in the neighborhood (2 that we loved were Doggi’s Arepas and Moshi Moshi sushi). And easy driving from there to other areas we wanted to see. Would definitely recommend this house or stay again if we ever come back to Miami!

Top Notch Vacay Rental

My family & I absolutely loved this house! Huge yard for the kids to run around in & we all enjoyed the pool daily. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean, and every amenity we could’ve needed was there. The kitchen is Fully stocked. They thought of everything here! Sam & Andy were great hosts. Quick responses & super helpful. We were able to walk to local parks and restaurants. It was so close to everything, we’ll definitely be staying here agian whenever we’re in Miami!

Close to all that Miami offers

Cute property. The property is close to the beach, Wynwood, Arts district and many other things. The house is well stocked. Plenty of towels, toiletries and kitchen supplies. Walking distance to restaurants. The backyard has a small above ground pool and outdoor area. I’m a Floridian and used to mosquitoes. My out of state family was bothered by them. Nothing that repellent couldn’t solve. The property would be amazing with a screened lanai. Overall we liked the property and would rent again.

Perfect Winter Home

The location was very good- convenient for shopping, dining, the beach and occasional trips to Hard Rock Casino and Hotel just a few miles north on I-95. Soumare and Andy were available within the day of hearing any issue. They are both wonderful, accommodating 'landlords.,' If I could give one word of caution, it would be that two seniors had difficulty using the "A"-type ladder for the above ground pool. We did, however, enjoy the fresh avocados that fell regularly! Thank you, Sam & Andy

The Stay Made our Vacation

My kids are very young and the best thing for them to do in Miami was hang out at this property. They loved running around the backyard, swimming in the pool and watching their own tv. We grilled out and enjoyed the summer weather in the shade which was very comfortable. The location is convenient to us visiting family but also has lots of food options. I highly recommend! The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. The property was very well stocked and we had everything we could’ve needed.

Quiet and private area. Within reasonable distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Walkable neighborhood. Easy in and out. Host were great and quick to respond. Great place all round. Me and my 3 kids.

Our "home" in Miami

Hosts Sam and Andy made us feel welcome and were very responsive to our needs. The house is perfect for us -- older, super clean, lots of upgrades, washer and dryer, off-street parking, private backyard. Location is good -- short drive to downtown, Miami Beach, and the airport. The hosts have added many lovely touches to make the cottage attractive and welcoming. We will recommend this one to our friends.
