This is a modern 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, modern home in the tranquil La Quinta Cove. Less than 6 miles to Polo Grounds - Coachella, Stagecoach, 5 miles to Tennis Stadium and numerous award-winning golf courses. Close proximity to many equestrian events. Only 1 mile from Old Town La Quinta where you will find shopping, restaurants, farmers market, coffee, art festivals & much more!

Washer/dryer, fireplace, all the comforts of home! Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, large island with granite counter tops. The living room and master have flat screen / smart TVs with cable (all movie channels - HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, etc). You can easily access your personal accounts to watch movies/shows or play music.
We also have a 9ft shuffleboard table in the living room.

The two guest bedrooms are furnished with one queen bed in each room. The guest rooms are connected by a beautiful double vanity bathroom with bath tub and shower. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, walk in closet, spacious bathroom with large walk in shower. There is also a queen size air bed for use.

*Be sure to lower the umbrella. *Be sure all doors to the house are locked and windows secure (please leave metal pool gates unlocked).
*Tidy up and take the trash to the outside bin. *If you used the garage, please be sure the door opener is returned to the drawer.

Our family enjoys relaxing with friends and traveling near and far. (We just returned from our first trip to Ireland!) We enjoy hosting friends and family in Los Angeles and here in La Quinta. Hosting through AirBnB is new to us and we are excited to embark on this journey!

My husband and I work in the entertainment industry and, with that, enjoy having a home that is equipped with high speed internet, cable (all movie channels) and streaming access. When we aren't writing / brainstorming / working or watching sci-fi and animation (for research of course) we BBQ and relax in the pool and hot tub with a glass of wine.

We're still exploring all La Quinta has to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping. Chris plays golf every weekend and our daughter and I also try to get out from time to time. We all play instruments (or rather I can hold a guitar and strum a holiday tune or two) and enjoy listening to all types of music.

We love the calm of La Quinta (the sunsets and stars are amazing) as a juxtaposition to the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles life. We hope you will too!
