Yuma Townhouse - Centrally Located!

Yuma is one of the best-kept secrets. There are many year-round activities to enjoy. During the winter months, we have beautiful cool sunny days. This townhouse is centrally located in Yuma. Only 20 minutes away from Los Algodones, Mexico. It’s always fun to visit. They have great tacos, shopping, and very inexpensive prescription drugs. It is also known as Molar City. It has the most dentists per capita than any town or city in the world. The nearby Colorado River is a great way to relax whether boating, floating down, or canoeing. The Imperial Sand Dunes is about a 20-minute drive. There are three local casinos to visit. If it is sight-seeing you like, Yuma is rich in history. Visit the Yuma Territorial Prison and the Yuma Quartermaster Depot State Historic Parks. The downtown area also is a great place to shop or visit the museum. It provides a great nightlife with restaurants and bars to visit.

This townhouse is a single-story, two-bedroom and two-bath home. It is clean, comfortable, and modern. This home sleeps up to four. It has a full kitchen with plenty of dishes and cookware. It has a dining area and a living room with a Smart TV with cable. The main bedroom has a king bed, cable TV, and a full bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and it is near the hall bathroom. This home comes with the Internet. There is a two-car garage for secure parking. The backyard is a relaxing area to barbeque and to practice your putting. Just down the street is the community pool.

All was great and super easy check-in! This is our 2nd visit and itsin a great location near Walmart, Chick-fil-A, In-N-Out, Olive Garden, and ofcourse the mall. We had a great visit and Karen was so accommodating from beginning to end. Definitely would consider keeping this gem on my Yuma itinerary.

Central to everything, clean and great layout

We used this house as our centerpoint to El Centro Naval Air Show, Center of the World (Felicity CA), Algodones, MX, and great restaurants in Yuma. Loved the putting greens in back! We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The premises was clean, our host was very responsive, and we felt like we had a home away from home (with the benefit of a putting green in the back yard(fun for a little friendly competition)). All in all well stocked, great shape, and conveniently (centrally) located.
