Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Please clean up after pet inside home vacuum and use of lint roller. Exterior please pick up droppings and wash urined areas with water
Please leave kitchen clean to include putting away of used dishes, microwave, clean and empty fridge, and stove . Please leave grill cleaned if used and also let us know if propane was left empty
Additional fees will apply if these rules are not followed after checking out
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Extra cleaning fee will apply to guests on extended stays of 10days or more plus base fee

Really cute property in close proximity to what we wanted to do. Check-in was a little rough because the lock for the door was not working. Reuben helped us figure out a solution. Couldn't find any towels and they were all in the dryer and damp. Overall a really great stay. Went from a rough start to a relaxing weekend.

Nice stay

This house was clean, very comfortable, close to everything. We really enjoyed staying there. Only regret we didn’t get to stay long enough. My grandson says it’s a 500 out of 100.

Loved this little condo. It was very spacious and seemed to be fairly clean. Host was upfront about preexisting damage from previous renters. We were only there for a night but it was a perfect cozy spot to stay. The decor was cute. The host was accommodating for an earlier check in and let me come back after checking out to grab items I forgot in the fridge. Loved having access to a little fenced yard. I would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay - the kitchen was perfect for our needs and the pool was very nice. The bbq grill required a bit of work and the propane was empty upon arrival, however Rueben promptly filled it up for us. A minor inconvenience is that there were no extra towels or washrags however as there is a washer and dryer we made due. Also the pool has no chairs or anything and there were no portable chairs or other pool items to use but we made due and enjoyed! I would definitely stay there again if I came back to Yuma.

Great spot for quiet getaway

Had a wonderful experience at this property. Clean and easy to access. Instructions were easy to follow and parking was convenient. Inside was cozy and quiet. Neighborhood was quiet. Stores and food super close by so a great location. Property manager was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!ccozy

Yuma Four Palms Condo #1

Condo was basically very good for 2 people. Extra bedrooms a plus for visiting guests. Some minor fixes needed; owner was quite reasonable to accommodate and amiable to meet requests. Grounds were clean and well maintained. Patio was quite private. Covered parking was good to have during warmer days. Unfortunately, pool wasn't heated or cleaned during the winter. The adjacent residents were quiet and friendly. Very good location to parks, recreation fields and bike paths. Easy access to Yuma Palms Shopping Regional Center. Just a mile from Historical Yuma area. Many good restaurants with a 2-mile radius.

As soon as you walk into that condo, it smells horrible. The sofa was full of crumbs, and we felt like the entire place was covered in dust. But the strangest thing was the window security—it consisted of nothing more than propping a stick against the side. We felt like we were staying at a Motel 6; I would never return to that place.
