Wonderful

We stayed for a long weekend while attending a cheer competition at ESPN, the condo was absolutely perfect. It was spacious with a great layout and plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. Check and check out was seamless and we had zero issues throughout our day. The pool area is a big hit especially the waterpark we all enjoyed. Highly recommended.

Property was great! The keypad’s batteries were low and they had someone out to fix it immediately! Very god communication!

Nice Apartment, very family friendly

Apartment is clean and inviting, kitchen is pretty stocked, and basic necessities are provided. A/C did not work excellent during our stay, but it wasn't bad. Beds are pretty soft, bedding is mediocre. Hosts are awesome and communicate very well and promptly. Pool and water park area is really fun for the kids, thats why we booked this place, and we did enjoy it! Most restaurants etc are at least 15 minutes away.

Beautiful place and very homey.

We really enjoyed the house as well as the resort amenities. The house was very relaxing and spacious for my whole family. The only parts that we wish were a little different, but not game changers - the kids bunk room had white thin curtains that let in a lot of light. My toddlers sleep around 7pm and the room was so bright they couldn't sleep. It wasn't until around 9pm that the room got dark enough they would finally fall asleep. The master had the dark blackout curtains. The other was no fan in the master bedroom and the shower head being so tiny. A nice rainfall shower head would be perfect for a beautiful bathroom like that. Like I said, no game changers, just things that would've been nice to have. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend and return.

Wow! What an amazing place with a fabulous host.

We had the most amazing family holiday staying in this apartment. So many wonderful memories made. Hernan was a superb host- accommodating our every need and request. He really went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. Communication was exceptional - we really didn’t want for anything. The communal pool is an amazing space for all ages and we enjoyed our down days from Disney here. The apartment was lovely and clean and the facilities/amenities were excellent. We made full use of the washing machine and dryer and are returning to the UK washing free! We will definitely be returning and will make sure to pass our excellent experience on to our friends and family back home. Thank you so much, Hernan, you made our holiday perfect.

Great stay

Unit was perfect for our short stay, we had everything we needed. Our first night there one of the smoke detector started a low battery chirp. Maintenance was out within 5 mins of contacting property manager. Communication with Scott was always timely and every question answered. We will be booking with him again in the future.

Stop scrolling and BOOK IT!!

I have visited Walt Disney World for 25+ years and have always stayed “on property”. This year we decided to try staying “off property” but still wanted to be close. This is THE place and we will be booking again for our next trip! The apartment was perfection. The location of Storey Lake was literally minutes from the parks! We were a family of 5 and had more than enough space. The convenience of having a full kitchen and washer/dryer was so much better than staying a week in a hotel room. Book it, you will not regret it!

Easy drive to anywhere! And super clean!

Our family stayed at this amazing condo for 10 days, and it was definitely a great spot to return to after busy days at theme parks. We never had to drive more than 20 minutes to anywhere we were going. There is SO much close by. Target and Starbucks were a five minute drive. It was clean, and felt brand new. It is beautifully decorated, and everything the listing said that it was. We used the pool right across from us multiple times, and we went to the rec centre a few times. It was nice to have a great home base to relax in between the hectic schedule of Disney and Universal. We would definitely recommend, and hope to stay here again.

Great place to stay!

My family and I stayed on this property for 7 days. Overall we had a really good time! It was nice having access to so many pools to keep our young kids busy. One of the pools would get very crowded but the newer one was more peaceful and we were always able to grab a chair no matter what time of day we showed up. The condo itself was in good condition. Since we were there for 7 days we did run out of TP, laundry detergent, etc. which the amount of supplies was stated in the description, but it would have been nice to have additional supplies to accommodate our length of stay. The kitchen skillets could also use an upgrade as the food stuck easily even being greased. Communication with the owner was great - they were very responsive and overall we had a really great time!

Great place to escape winter and visit "The Mouse"

This is a lovely place to stay to escape winter and visit the Orlando theme parks. A very easy drive to all that is Disney and about 20 minutes (in reasonable traffic) from Universal. Grocery stories, shopping and good places to eat all very close by. Would highly recommend the "club" if you have kids. The pool with lazy river, mini-golf, beach volleyball and basketball courts looked really great. Scott, the host was amazing. We had a small issue in the unit and he was actually on site in less than 15 minutes. Fixed it and all was well. Can't say I have ever experienced that level of attention at any of the other VRBO's we have stayed at. Great customer service!!! Would highly recommend considering this as your choice!

Overall Decent Unit, Cleanliness could improve

There was great communication from the owner prior to check in. We did have have one night where guests on the 4 th floor were playing loud music until almost 1am which was very disruptive for my 4 yr old. The baseboards were filthy- hair and dirt covering them and dirt on the tiles in the master bathroom. The rest of the unit was clean and very nicely decorated as pictured. The beds were comfortable. There was also an issue with elevator which seemed to be resolved within a day. Passes for entering in and out of the complex did not work however someone was always at the main gate and very friendly. Ideally a credit should have been offered for the unit being dirty but only an apology was received. I was also not thrilled about the cleaning company waiting outside the unit at 1030am on the day of check out- felt as though we were being rushed. Things could improve but we would give this unit a second chance.

Great place

Beautiful and clean property! The beds are very comfortable. The king bed room has a dresser but the other two do not which I was surprised but not a big deal. The place is close to the pool and a short walk to the main pool with water park. Great location close to everything! Would definitely recommend this property

Great location

We love this location for ESPN center. Never any traffic, easy to get to. This unit was very well equipped for a 4 day stay. Would definitely stay here again.
