Disfrute de sus vacaciones familiares o grupales a solo unos pasos de la hermosa y soleada Ocean Park Beach (la mejor de San Juan) en esta casa recientemente renovada. Con 5 habitaciones (2 habitaciones principales con baño en suite y camas king size, 2 habitaciones con camas queen size que puede salir directamente a la piscina y otra habitación extremadamente acogedora con 2 camas queen), TV por cable y WiFi, Casa Seaesta tiene todo lo que necesitas para relajarte y sentirte cómodo.

Hermosa piscina con solárium, parrilla de barbacoa, cómodos sofás de patio en una terraza exterior muy agradable te están esperando para disfrutar. Cocina totalmente equipada, que incluye lavavajillas (¡nadie debe lavar los platos mientras está de vacaciones!), linda sala familiar con TV y sistema estéreo, un amplio comedor con capacidad para 12 personas, será increíble para que todo su grupo se reúna durante un tiempo de inactividad. Y cuando decida caminar dos minutos hasta la playa, también lo cubriremos: encontrará sillas de playa, toallas de playa y un refrigerador para que su cerveza vaya y se divierta bajo el sol del Caribe.

The host and their team did an excellent job communicating with us both before and throughout our stay. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and given a thorough tour of the home. The house is in a fantastic location—quiet, walkable, and very safe. We appreciated the security at the neighborhood entrance as well as the gated access to the home itself.Everyone in our family had their own space, which made the stay especially comfortable. It was wonderful to wake up and walk straight out to the pool, and we also loved that the hostess provided beach necessities. The only minor drawback was the water pressure and temperature in the showers, but aside from that, it truly was the perfect home away from home.

What a great fund this home is! The house manager meets you to give you a tour which we really appreciated. We had 7 adults stay here over the Thanksgiving week. There is plenty of room for everyone. We loved playing games around the dining table at night. The beach is only a few blocks away. Loved the beach chairs that were included at the home. Lots of great restaurants and stores within walking distance. We did not rent a car and just used Uber and Lyft to get everywhere and this was very easy to do and very affordable. Highly recommend staying at this property.

The house was perfect for our family reunion. the location was perfect, close to the beach and close to restaurants. The neighborhood was very safe as well.We each had our own space, as well as a lovely shared space.

This is a convenient location for many things (e.g. Isla Verde, Old San Juan, Pinones, Airport, etc.). The house was great and accommodated our groups 4 couples very nicely. Having 8 nice beach chairs and a small cooler came in very handy.

We had a great time. Fully stocked appreciate the amenities such as beach chairs. Mayra met us at check in to give full walk thru. Even came back with a new bag of dish pods. A bit disappointed the dryer broke prior to our stay so we had to hang dry clothes. The house was very clean. Other then a few ants in the back bedroom. Which Mayra brought us spray for. Please note the king large bedroom is detached you will need to walk across the 3 pool planks outside. This can be challenging with younger kids or during the frequent PR random rain storms. The pool planks and trim are very slippery when wet. There should be signage. I slipped and fell during my stay felt the owners response should have been more attentive rather “then they have been weather tested & no one had fell is 8 years” Other then this all was well. Great walking to bakery, other restaurants, beach etc.

We had a great stay, location was perfect! The house was great for 10 people, the house definitely needs a bit of updating but nothing that would deter us from staying again. Mayra was very responsive & met us at the house for an earlier check in. Would definitely recommend this house.

The place it’s great, the owner it’s very attentive and responsive. There was a water issue in the island and he did the best he could to accommodate our needs and solve the problem.The house is in great conditions, it has everything you need to stay with a big group. The beds are super comfortable. The location is very convenient, there’s a lot of restaurants in walking distance. I would say if you are staying with kids have in mind the beach nearby is not as kid friendly, the waves are quite strong.

Great for a group of 8-10! Beautiful, Spacious, Close to the Beach and restaurants

We celebrated my boyfriend's birthday in Puerto Rico for 4 nights. Mayra, met us at the VRBO upon arrival and walked us through the house explaining all the things we needed in the house. She was so warm, welcoming, inviting and gave us great recommendations! The pool area was clean and refreshing. Please do not worry about being too warm, the whole house was the perfect temperature and each room its own air conditioner. The guest house was perfect, if you want your own private quarters. Coffee shops, great restaurants and neighborhood bars were less than a 6-8 minute walk and the grocery store (SuperMax) was a 15 minute walk. BUT.. the beach was really 3 minutes away. There was security on the beach and it was never too crowded. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood late at night.If you are going on excursions, please please connect with Sergio who manages the tours. He and his team were great communicators. Our only complaint was the neighbor next door who asked our group to be quiet at 6pm. This only happened once but it was a bit of a vibe kill. I would 10/10 recommend to groups and families! We will be back soon!

Our family of 5 adults and 2 small children were very comfortable at Casa Seasta. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all a nice size and there was a big common area with the living room, dining room, and outdoor space. The location was perfect for our first time in Puerto Rico--a short walk to the beach (even with two toddlers) and many restaurants. We enjoyed a different walkable cafe each day for our morning coffee. We loved living in a neighborhood like a local, but if you want resort life, buy a pool pass for a day and return to this cozy home for a moonlit night swim.
We all fit around the dining table and appreciated the toddler seat and highchair.

All around winner

The home is well designed and attractively appointed. Layout is great for groups and families. Location close to awesome beach is huge plus and gated community is also a nice bonus. Hosts are awesome - great communication and responsive!! Highly recommend.

Plenty of space

Everything was wonderful. We had plenty of room and resources available to us. It was a pleasure being greeted and toured by an owner of the property. We will be staying again in the future when we come back to San Juan.

Exactly right for a family vacation

Well appointed house. Terrific location 2 blocks from the main beach (which was beautiful).Inside Ocean Park, which is a gated neighborhood which has limited access from 6pm to 6am. A mild inconvenience, but probably worth it.A couple of nits: mattresses need to be replaced, so if you have a bad back (like me) then a potential concern. We experienced PR's recent island wide blackout (2 days). Generator works so no issues with power at the house. But it's loud and there is minimal sound insulation, so if you're a light sleeper then that could disrupt sleep (especially in the cabana bedroom (which is also the largest).Mayra and John are highly communicative and take good care of their place.But despite these small things, it's a lovely place - perfect for a large family.

Great pool & location

We experienced a few minor maintenance issues during our stay (towel bar fell off wall, some water leaks from heavy rain, trash not picked up) but overall it's a wonderful property and a great space for a large group. The pool is awesome, and the location is super convenient to both the beach and to Calle Loiza with bars, shopping, restaurants, etc. just a couple of blocks away. It's also only about 10 minutes by car to the airport and 15 minutes to Old San Juan. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Good location

Clean property and everything was as listed. However after check out maintenance staff stated that one of the rooms smelled of smoke when no one smoked inside of the property. When I tried to explain this I received no answer. I feel a little ripped off, but otherwise things were fine.

Great location and hospitality

We loved being able to walk to the beach and to several great restaurants. The home was great for our family. The pool was perfect to dip into to cool off. We very much enjoyed our trip and the hospitality.

College reunion girlfriends trip

Six of us gathered for a long weekend. The house was a couple blocks from the beach and a block from the main drag, perfectly situated. Bedrooms were good size, two large main suites, a bed for everyone. There were some water temp challenges in the bathroom shower off the kitchen. Pool was nice, limited sun exposure, however is pleasant. Access to main bedroom And backyard deck is a fun skip across some pool platforms. And two rooms open onto the pool too! Well secured and equipped with all the needs.We really enjoyed it and recommend it to groups and families!!

BEST LOCATION IN SAN JUAN!

This property is exactly as advertised! The house is fully stocked with linens and toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The decor is modern/tropical and the beds are especially comfortable!Having the pool and outdoor oasis in the middle of the city is an extra treat and it was so nice for our group to spend time together in the open floor plan. The absolute best part is that the location is really ideal - quick walk to the beach and many restaurants/cafe's along Calle Loiza, Old San Juan was about a 15 min drive and ubers were relatively inexpensive and about 10 mins to the airport. The area felt very safe and the community is actually secured via electronic gates after 6pm for additional safety.John and Mayra were very responsive to any questions we had and they were even able to get us in touch with a tour company to help plan some of our group excursions.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend for large groups wanting to be in the ideal San Juan location!
