Modern Style Condo! Amazing view!!

Every room in this condo has modern decor. It has immaculate interior, modern touch, great location with a great view which will enhance your vacation stay!! All bedrooms are equipped with TV’s with cable. One king bed, one queen and one full size. You are sure to love your stay in this trendy place! The Ledges complex is located at the 20.5 mile marker and has a great view of both the main channel and the cove! There are two pools to chose from, one situated on the point looking at the main channel, a small swim beach and volleyball area, as well as a swim dock in the lake!

Girls’ Weekend Fun!

Condo was clean and very comfortable for three adults. Vicky was quick to respond to all of our questions. Location was convenient for shopping and getting to local restaurants. Kitchen has all the essentials we needed for the weekend., The deck had comfortable furniture for enjoying the lake! Thank you for sharing your condo and we look forward to visiting again soon.

Great Girls Weekend

Extremely clean condo, easy check in, and we had everything we needed! It was the perfect spot for our girls weekend. Within close driving distance to bars and restaurants on that side of the lake. We appreciate the Lantz’s allowing us to use their place! ❤️

Fun at the lake

We had a great time at this place. The condo was clean and up to date. We enjoyed the pools and the great views of the lake. This condo was centrally located near plenty of restaurants and bars on the lake. It is also close to Aqua Toy Rentals where we rented a pontoon for a day. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Perfect for our family!

The condo was clean and in perfect condition. The beds were comfortable and the showers had good pressure. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals while we were there. There is a HyVee grocery store 10 minutes away and plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. Parking was right out front and we had no problem finding a spot. We sat on the balcony for coffee every morning and again each night to watch the sunset. It was so quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view! If you want the perfect place to stay at Osage Beach, this is it!

Family time at the Lake

Perfect place for family. Location is close to everything. The condo is comfortable and roomy enough for the 4 adults and 2 kids. Deck was wonderful to sit and enjoy our beverages and watch the boats.

Condo cute as was represented in the ad. Nice location. Clean and neat and Owner was very easy to access. Only confusion was that we weren't sure about box to access the key (there were several). Only negative, if I need to find one, was not having access to closet space in the Master BR. Not a problem for us as there were only two of us and we had space both of two other bedrooms. We'll hopefully be back!

Great Getaway

Vicky was a great host and was always there to answer our questions. Even helped get us a boat slip. The condo was perfect for our group of six. Lots of room and very clean. Looking forward to coming back in the future!
