Great large 3 bedroom condo with in condo private hot tub sleeps 8. Two king beds, full size/twin bunk bed and sofa sleeper. Full kitchen, outdoor deck with gas grill and viewing the cove. Quite cove side condo. Complex has indoor pool, outdoor pool , indoor tennis courts, outdoor tennis courts, basketball court, swim dock and game room. Beautiful property with plenty of large trees for shading.

Beautiful condo in a great location. Communication with the owner was excellent! The condo was clean and cozy. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. I definitely would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a quiet spot to relax. I definitely will be staying there again.

We had an amazing stay at this Knolls condo. Very clean and spacious and having a hot tub was the best. Hosts were very nice and informative and made the process smooth for us. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful condo for a family! Right on the lake with lots of fishing opportunity and turtle watching right below the balcony! Our kids loved counting the turtles and ducks every day. The swimming dock is a short walk away with stroller access around the marina and was never crowded during our stay. Bruce was very responsive to anything we needed. We all loved the hot tub (with a view!). We will definitely be returning to this gem of a condo right on the beautiful lake!

We had a wonderful stay at Bruce’s property at the Lake of the Ozarks. The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.Unfortunately, there was an unexpected power outage during our stay that was completely out of Bruce’s control. Even with the inconvenience, Bruce went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about our experience. When we had to leave earlier than planned because of the outage, he was very accommodating and handled the situation with kindness and professionalism.It’s easy to see that Bruce takes pride in being an exceptional host and truly values his guests. We greatly appreciated his communication, understanding, and generosity throughout the entire experience. We would absolutely recommend staying at his property and wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again. Thank you, Bruce, for your outstanding hospitality!

Great summer getaway!

The condo worked out great for a little summer getaway. We enjoyed the bonus of the hot tub room while watching July 4th fireworks out the Lake-facing windows.

Great place!

We enjoyed every day of our two week stay in this lovely condo. The indoor hot tub was a terrific amenity. The place was very clean and everything was there and in order just like the online listing.Bruce weas an attentive, generous and thoughtful host. We've already booked the place to come back next year!
