Beachfront access so nice!

Loved our stay! Near coligny square which was great for walking to lunch after a few hours at the beach. Condo was clean and just as described. Ocean view was just as pictured.

The location was excellent. The pool and the the area surrounding was nice and clean. It was nice to sit on the balcony in the morning and evening and watch the sun rise and set. The air conditioner worked great and we were glad for that! The size of the place was much smaller than described. I could not imagine having more than two people in the space. We were tripping over each other in the "bedroom" area and the bathroom. Also the laundry area is not easy to find. We ended up just taking our dirty clothes with us to our next location and wash them there. Overall I would stay here again as long as I was with someone I don't mind being in close quarters with or was by myself.

Great getaway!

Everything you need for a nice getaway. It’s a small space, but will meet your needs if you plan to spend most of your time on the beach or exploring the island. We loved that it was beachfront and also walking distance to Coligny.

Getaway for one

Took a “me time “ getaway for my birthday. Great location! Office staff was friendly. Bed and pillows a bit uncomfortable but overall it worked for just me. My 6’4 husband couldn’t have shared the bedroom space.

Relaxing and Comfortable

Our family had a wonderful stay in Hilton Head! Perfect location and plenty of room for our family in the condo. Kitchen is a bit small, but not a problem. Central Air is a plus. Definitely will stay here next visit. Thank you for sharing your condo with our family.

Absolutely love it!

We absolutely love this place, we have been coming here for the past 8 to 10 years, always clean steps from the beach and awesome view, the central air is the best part about it nice and cool thru out the condo, never had any problems here ,will be back again next year!

Short Memorial Day trip

The villa was very clean. We were in a great location right on the beach. I do recommend more towels and more information regarding laundry facilities, etc. be provided in email when booking and/or in villa upon arrival. Other than not knowing where anything was located for housekeeping the stay was great!

Enjoyed our stay!!!!

The villa was perfect for two people! It was clean and comfortable. The villa was as described but a little smaller than expected. Beautiful view of the ocean!! The kitchen was well stocked. The central air conditioner was an added plus. Many stores and restaurants in walking distance. We appreciated the gated entrance and exit.

Horrible bed

The bed felt like a piece of foam on a sheet of plywood. There was a dip on my husbands side. The couch cushions are worn down so much that when you sit on it, you can feel the bed in the couch. It was clean. The location is great. The couch and bed are the reason why I will not rent here again.

Location, location... in the heart of Hilton Head!

We loved the convenience of this property! Not only were we steps from being on the beach, but walking distance to the restaurants, shops and park at Coligny Circle. This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island and we had an enjoyable stay. The condo was in a quiet location yet close to many activities. It was comfortable for the 2 of us. Clean overall and well equipped kitchen. We were disappointed that the pool at the complex was not heated, so were unable to swim due to the cold water. We would definitely stay here again. Good value for the money!

Very Basic

Safe place to stay in close proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants. No frills here, must bring everything you would want/need for the beach. Zero beach cart, toys, umbrellas, etc. which I haven’t encountered in the past while renting a vacation home/condo. Internet didn’t work a majority of the time and the TV takes a genius to figure out, even with the host’s instructions for use. In the future we will make sure to select a place that lists out all the extras to maximize our outdoor time while on vacation.

It's was OK

It is a super small condo with one closet. The central heating and air is on the balcony, so it blows hot air and that made the balcony useless. I enjoy being outside with the ocean breeze but this made it impossible to sit on the balcony.

Nice remodeled ocean front condo

Check in was fine - the key didn't work so I had to call the prop mgr and they brought the right key. The keypad didn't work so I had to wait around one day until the maintenance person could look at it. He couldn't fix it so that was kind of a waste of time. PROS - The unit was recently remodeled. It was very small, but I was expecting that. I wasn't expecting the bedroom to be the first thing you saw when you walked through the front door. Overall, the location was awesome. Right at the beach and there were plenty of businesses around (eating, shops, etc). Parking was fine, if you were lucky to get a spot under the condos. The condo was well stocked with plenty of towels, considering there wasn't a washer dryer in the unit. CONS - It had a harsh, chemical smell upon entering. Not sure if it was from the cleaners or something else. The sofa was a bit tired and could probably use a replacement. The bathroom was tiny. This condo is really good for one maybe two people but any more than that and I would say you would be tripping over each other. The bedroom was so small that the queen bed barely fit into it. It was just fine for what I needed and I would recommend it. Just be aware that it isn't large and you won't have a ton of space. But who stays in their ocean front condo all day anyway??

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was wonderful, the condo smaller than it looked in photos, but that was ok. But small roaches at night running around kind of freaked me out. It was surface clean but did not seem deep down clean. Definitely needs fresh paint at the very least.

Always Dependable!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visit Hilton Head Island several times a year from middle Georgia. It has become our “go to” get away for long weekends and short stays. Vacation Time of Hilton Head makes it very easy, because they always have a good place close to the plaza, which is where we like to stay. And it’s very easy to book with them. There are always other options such as VRBO or other Realty companies, but they have treated us so well, that we feel a certain security in renting through them. They don’t know us, but we really feel like they are family friends. The rooms are always dependable and consistent. Thanks!!!!!!!!
