Great property. Would definitely rent again. Very convenient to everything. Large stores and dining are right around the corner. Easy access to I-4. Sam’s Club and a real nice Walmart are just a few minutes away.

The unit itself was clean and functional and quiet. The parking is tight for bigger vehicles. Living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable but the beds were just fine. Fan in master room only had one speed, fast and made it a bit chilly. Didn’t bother asking how to lower the speed though so it could have been changed if we asked how. Plenty of dishes, silverware, towels etc. Not sure if it was in the discretion but the water park area is across the street a short walk but not in the area the townhouse is. All and all it was not a bad stay for the price. It is close to Old Town and I-4.

This was our second spring break staying there and with an 11 and 13-year-old boy it was perfect! Easy access to anywhere we wanted to go and they love the pool and lazy river and all the good snacks offered at the bar and Grill. Good communication with the owner and very accommodating with whatever we needed.

We love this location! There is so much to do in this area. The pool and water park are a fantastic amenity for this condo. The kitchen and condo is clean and well stocked, and was perfect for our stay. Parking is also very convenient. We arrived late, and had a minor issue with the door code, but owner was immediately responsive, even late at night. Highly recommend!
