Le Disney Vacation Home est vraiment bien situé: le complexe est l'un des plus proches des entrées des parcs. À 10 minutes d'Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios et à 25 minutes d'Universal Studios, Island of Adventure et Volcano Bay. Avec un accès facile à l'aéroport (US 192, FL 417 et routes I-4), au centre-ville d'Orlando, à Miami et à toutes les attractions du centre de la Floride (Daytona Beach, Clearwater et St. Pétersbourg).

La maison est entièrement rénovée et dispose de la climatisation et du wi-fi haut débit.

La maison dispose de trois chambres avec SMARTV, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et d'une piscine chauffée (sur demande et 15 $ / jour). Le salon a une table pour 6 personnes et un comptoir pour 3 personnes.

Le complexe est sûr et fermé. Il dispose d'un grand espace de loisirs pour les enfants, avec une piscine extérieure, un espace splash, deux toboggans aquatiques, un SPA, un court de tennis, un putting-green, un centre de fitness et un théâtre. House is wonderful, pool and condo amenities are fantastic! Very nice location, close to Disney parks but yet had a cozy feel. Close to shopping and restaurants. We had another great time as our second stay and we would highly recommend this home!

The rental is well located to proximity of resort pool and clubhouse. There were a few issues but the owner was quick to respond. Would recommend this place

We really enjoyed our stay!! The property is amazing, well located, condo with great amenities, and house equipped with everything we needed. My kids simply loved the 5 nights we stayed there.. Perfect Property for our Vacation

Luciano was really quick to answer any questions I had. Everything was clean and organized. We really enjoyed having our own little pool and being within walking distance of the main pool. Getting to Disney or Sea World was a quick drive away.

Everything was clean and organized. I appreciate that this property doesn’t have a lot of unnecessary decorations that take up valuable space. I did not have to move large floral arrangements to make space in the master bathroom or an remove an onslaught of decorative pillows from the beds. I’d definitely rent here again.

Fall Break Getaway

Stayed here with my 13 yo daughter for her Fall Break. Went to Disney and Universal Studios. Close to Magic Kingdom (~15 minutes) and Universal Studios (~30 minutes). The private pool was perfect to relax in, and the water was warm! We did not check out the clubhouse, pool, movie theater or other amenities, so cannot speak to that. But overall the property was clean, nicely appointed for meals, and the neighborhood was quiet. Luciano was attentive, quick and accommodating. He's first rate! I would stay here again!

Terrific house and loved our visit.

Overall experience was fantastic! Few items that would take it over the top-get the entry gate security on same page (originally gave us a paper to scan each time coming in, then got mad because we used what they provided and said we must enter thru the quest side. We were fine with that but make up you mind on what you want) and please provide salt and pepper. For the master downstairs, either put a smaller bed frame or bed; restroom door does not open all the way and hits the bed. Other than those we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend and give this place a 5-star!!! Thank you again for letting us stay at your home.

My birthday celebration.

First I want to start off by saying Luciano was amazing. Very responsive for any questions we had. He was the most accommodating host we have ever had. The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean and up to date. The kids loved the splash pool in the back yard. The only con I would say about our whole stay was that the Community pool didn’t go real deep. It was great for my 5 year old but my older kids mentioned it would of been cool if that pool did. But nonetheless they still had a ball at the pool. I can’t say enough good things about this stay. Definitely will be booking here again.

Great place with nice updates

We always stay in Windsor hills when we go to Disney for cheer every year. Love the neighborhood and close to parks etc. I have stayed in townhouses and houses for the past 10 years. This is one of the nicest. Its very updated with everything you could want. Super comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable...a little soft for me but worked for our trip. Owner was easy to communicate with. Recommend for sure. Thanks for a great trip!

Wonderful experience

Modern, Clean and very comfy.

Home was clean and comfortable. And had more then enough space for our family of 6. Only negative was that I would have appreciated having a dresser in all the bedrooms - as there was only one in the Master. But otherwise - everything was great. Highly recommend adding the pool heat in cooler months. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the warm pool even on some of the chilly nights. Home owner was quick and accurate with responses and ensured we had everything we needed. If we stay in the area again we will absolutely check to see if this unit is available first.

Disney World Vacation

We generally stay in Windsor Hills on our trips to Disney. First time at this property. We spent 8 nights and it was great having a property to cook breakfast, relax in the evenings after the parks, and enjoy the heated pool. Large kitchen with everything we needed. Only downside was no dresser/chest of drawers in two of the bedrooms, This made it slightly difficult for such a long stay but we managed.

A Modern Townhouse Close to Disney

The townhouse was clean and nicely updated compared to the other townhouses we have stayed in at Windsor Hills. The pool area was pretty clean and there are smart TVs in every bedroom. However, the bedroom adjacent to the master bedroom did not have cable. We would definitely consider using this home again when we return to Kissimmee for our annual Disney trip.

Five star townhouse with great amenities and close to Disney

We stayed at Luciano’s house for 7 nights and truly enjoyed our stay there. The townhouse is fully renovated and everything is brand new. Kitchen has everything you need and more, rooms are very spacious, beds are comfortable, and the entire home decor is beautiful! Private pool was amazing, and the kids enjoyed all the amenities the community offers including the water slides and water park. We were very impressed by the house, exceeded our expectations, and will definitely rent it again if we go back to Orlando. Thank you Luciano for everything, fast responses to our questions, and for being a great host! Could not have asked for a better experience!
