New Beach House with Pond View, Pool, Near Beach and Town, 4 Beds/3.5 Baths!

"Sea Foam" Is the Perfect Family Beach House - Sleeps 12 Comfortably + Kid-Friendly

Relax in style in this perfect family beach house conveniently located on Eleventh Street. Very close to the beach, local stores and restaurants. Brand new house with all new furniture in the Ocean Village community! Patio deck overlooks a beautiful private pond.

Large open concept living, dining and kitchen has plenty of comfortable seating, 10-seat dining table, breakfast counter with 4 additional stools, sitting area, foosball table and large screen TV.

Four bedrooms leave plenty of space to rest after long days in the sun, including 2 king sized beds, 2 twin bunk beds, and 1 twin over full bed plus a trundle bed. All beds have new, quality mattresses and bed linens provided. TV in every room with built-in DVD player. The 2 master bedrooms have patio doors out to the rear balcony.

3 full bathrooms in the house and additional half bath downstairs by the garage.

Ocean Village pond offers catch and release fishing just steps away from our house. Enjoy bird watching, turtles and even kites from the comfort of our upper deck. The community swimming pool is just right around the corner. Have your morning coffee on the patio with the sound of seagulls around you.

Other amenities include: an outdoor shower, towel hooks, BBQ grill, picnic table (*NOTE - Picnic table currently unavailable due to hurricane, we will replace it soon), a half bathroom beside the BBQ area and extra outdoor chairs. Lots of space for parking.

Looking for Dog-friendly? Some dogs are welcome. Please speak with us about your pet first.

Want to ditch your car? There are many golf cart rentals available in town, and you can even walk to several local spots.

There is a 2-night minimum in winter/low season and 3-night minimum stay for summer weekends and holidays. Some popular holidays may have a longer stay minimum. We do not accept long-term stays during the busy season of spring and summer months; discounts for monthly stays do not apply in the spring/summer season.

*Some starter supplies are provided in bathrooms. Guests are responsible to bring or purchase additional paper products or trash bags if needed.

Great place to stay! Our family had everything we needed at the house. 5 min drive to beach. Kids loved the foosball table! Appreciated the beach towels provided in the house. Plenty of pots, pans and utensils to cook meals at the house if preferred. We didn’t get a chance to fish in the catch and release pond but saw others fishing on and off during our stay. We had a good view of the pond from the porch and enjoyed watching the turtles swimming with their babies. So cute!! Would definitely stay at this house again in the future.

First Family trip....VERY MEMORABLE!!!

AWESOME STAY!!! My family and I had such a great time and enjoyed the Sea Foam Beach House! Highly recommended!!! Plenty of room, plenty of parking close to the beach, stores and restaurants!! No one every fought for the TV remote, every room has a TV! Buggy rental right across the street!! Look forward to our next stay at the Sea Foam Beach House!!!

Fantastic getaway

First, let me say the property was exceptionally clean and well put together- plenty of space for everyone in our group of 3 kids and 6 adults. Having the deck looking out at the pond was wonderful! We had some issues with the AC, but the owners were very responsive and got it handled quick! My only real suggestion would be to look at internet speed improvements- we were only able to have 1 tv streaming at a time.

Very Nice Property

this property was perfect for our men's fishing trip. It had plenty of space for everyone not just for sleeping but for relaxing as well. The pool was a nice touch.

Such a great place to stay! House was spacious, beds were comfortable, showers were hot..had an outdoor shower for when we came back from the beach. Nice little grill that we used for fajitas. Double bonus on the foosball table, kids loved it and kept them off their phones. Bring some fishing poles, kids had a great time fishing in the evening - caught perch and did some turtle watching. Just a great place to stay and the owners replied quickly and were easy to work with. My out of town family absolutely loved it and they’re ready to book another trip. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Home was AWESOME!

This home was exactly as described. We never did find a short route to the beach, but we rented a golf cart, so it all worked out! It’s beautifully decorated and there was PLENTY of sleeping room! Plan to purchase your own paper goods (coffee filters, paper towels & extra toilet paper, any baggies/foil you may need for the kitchen) we we’re very pleased overall & would book again in the future!

Clean house that accommodated two families easily

This was a great property. Located 5 minutes to the Port Aransas beach (by car), it was a great place to stay. I especially appreciated that it was very little kid friendly and I had no issues staying there with my toddler. The owners were quick to email back to my questions. All in all a very good place to stay with your family for the beach!

Great place for a get together!

Beautiful Place, Very comfortable for our group. Clean, friendly nice beach atmosphere. Very spacious. The place was very nice after a long day of fishing, and even nicer after being out on the beach. Relaxing with everything you need to chill.

Nice spot

The house was really nice inside. We enjoyed the extra beds and bathrooms! Unfortunately, sheets were microfiber, of which I’m not a fan. The pond and pool were decent, but only a small corner of it meets with the pond. There is beach access very close by, which was handy. Overall, a lovely time had by all.

Great and Relaxing Stay

Impressive and efficient open floor plan with a Foosball table for some additional fun and entertainment. Balcony overlooking the community pond was relaxing when we weren't at the beach. Also there is a community pool a short walk from the house, if your in the mood for some fresh water wading.

The house was amazing and looked exactly like the photos. We assumed the beach access was closer, but it is a mile walk from the house. It's not far unless you are carrying a lot of 'beach stuff'. Ray and Jackie were very quick to answer questions.

Good Family Getaway

The property had plenty of room for our family of 12. Was very clean, except for grill & downstairs bath. Kids loved the foosball-did have a few issues with it, but overall all it was fun. Neighborhood Area was a little rowdy during our visit, which was during the week, but still very enjoyable. We all loved the beach!

Why they chose this property

This home is a special place for us to share the beach, the sun, golf and fishing with our children. It is less than 5 minutes to almost anything in Port Aransas, and a short drive from Corpus Christi or Austin.

What makes this property unique

Fishing right off the patio and plenty of seating. Not your typical beach house with very large and open living/dining/kitchen area for family gathering.
