Update: carpet replaced throughout , quartz counters in kitchen, backsplash, dining room table , side tables in both living room and bedroom , coffee table, new mattress in master bedroom (Nov/22) . Wonderful, SKI IN and SKI OUT, Two bedroom, Two Bath, end unit condominium in Stone's Throw very near orient and also near Mount Morrisey chairlift. Views of both Mount Tod and Morrisey from very bright and sunny living room. Sliding doors from bedroom and living room to private hot tub 25 feet above road with spectacular views. SONY SMART TV/Blueray DVD above fireplace in living room. Also 32 inch LCD TV and DVD in second bedroom. New large U sectional wiith sofa bed in living room.
Very well equipped kitchen is a dream to cook in, with view window. Even views from second bedroom! Imagine putting the children to bed in the bedroom and enjoying the six person hot tub! Washer and dryer in unit. Outside entry/exit. Two underground parking spots. Nine minute walk to village along scenic creekside trail.

Cozy ski vacation
This Stone’s Throw condo is perfectly situated for easy access to downhill lifts and Nordic tracks. It has a well appointed kitchen, cozy fireplace, and a hot tub with a view! The property manager is responsive and accommodating. Sun Peaks is a lovely and welcoming village - a perfect location for a ski get away!

We arrived early with our gear and provisions due to a change in our flights. Brain the property manager was gracious and let us drop our stuff off which was great. Small issue with the hot tub but that was also fixed asap for us. Location to ski in ski out was fabulous. Overall a great week at ST 19.

Perfect ski vacation
The suite is wonderful. It has just been renovated with a very impressive kitchen and new carpeting throughout. The couch and chairs are super comfortable for coming in and relaxing after skiing, watching a movie, conversing. The location of this unit is ideal. So easy to ski and and ski out. Being an end unit it is brightly lit and roomy. The owner's communication is fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. Soooooo wonderful!!!

Great place with a nice hot tub. Ski out to 2 lifts and to the nordic centre. Lots of room for our family of 4. We’d stay here again if it’s available.

Great, Convenient Accommodation
Our stay at this property at Sun Peaks resort was great! We enjoyed the accessibility to the ski lifts and the views from the property were great too. A 10 minute walk to the town was easy and there's a shuttle that stops right outside! Recommend this property highly.

Great spot for a ski vacation at Sun Peaks
Had a great time staying at this location. There are two issues with the stay: 1) the bed in the second bedroom needs to be changed, the mattress is old and extremely uncomfortable and the bed creaks every time you move. 2) Owner told us there would be some xmas decoration, small Christmas tree, but there wasn't. If renting over a holiday season, I would highly recommend to make it a little more festive.

Beautiful spot with private hot tub and great layout.
We really enjoyed the weather and excellent terrain at sun peaks. The condo was perfect for our family of four. Kitchen had everything we needed - even a coffee grinder! Will definitely be back!

Perfect Family Unit
This unit had more than enough room for our family of five. It had everything we needed to cook and clean and the ski in and out was awesome. The hot tub was smoking hot and a fabulous way to end a day on the slopes.

Perfect ski in ski out condo
The condo was spacious with heated floors in the entry, Kitchen and both bathrooms. The entry lock is a little sticky but once you remember the easy “Trick” wasn’t an issue. The foyer has a perfect location for removing and storing all your ski gear at the end of the day. Perfectly accommodated kitchen used for cooking breakfasts every morning. Full fridge, toaster and coffee maker. Large dinning table, comfortable living room with cable T.V and the abilities to DVR shows you wish to watch while your out. In my case was able to record the Daytona 500 and watch the race after a full day of skiing. Both bedrooms were large and the master bath had a jetted tub, We didn’t use the jetted tub beacause the hot tub on the deck was amazing with stunning views of Mt. Morreseyand the lifts. The condo was well lit with natural light and great views from all parts. Ski in and ski out, parked my truck in the heated underground parking garage on our arrival Saturday night and didn’t see it again until we loaded up to leave a week later. The owner was very attentive and responded immediately when I had an issue with the aforementioned front lock which was a very minor issue. Can’t wait to stay here again.....first class accomadation.

Just like a second home. Great location. Easy, sunny, warm and comfortable.
A brilliant home away from home. Fantastic location. So much snow we could ski in right to the front steps. Well appointed kitchen with plenty of home comforts throughput. Excellent large private spa. This is the third time we have stayed here and will be rebooking again. We usuallly stay for two weeks so need a place that is big enough and homely enough for us and our three teenage children. This fits all our needs.

Wonderful, just like a home away from home.
Loved the private hot tub on the deck to enjoy after skiing. We had a wonderful time skiing and were able to easily ski back to the Condo. Skiing out was just an easy walk across the street and put skies on. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen appliances - everything I needed to make dinner was available. Everything you needed was available in the condo, including plenty of space. Thank-you!

Great property
My family and I loved the location and the home was very comfortable. Nice touch on having everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again especially during the ski season. Sun peaks in the summer was a pleasant surprise. Owner John was very helpful and meticulous in our dealings.

Beautiful unit . Everything was laid out for us . The owner definitely cared that we had a good time . Sun peaks has everything at arm's reach . We forgot a watch behind and the owner sent it to us right away. Worth every penny .

Had a bit of trouble locating the door as numbers not in order but after that, it was all good!
Very cozy and comfortable home. Perfect for our family of five. Great bath in the master BR, lots of room and of course, the hot tub was amazing. Beautiful views. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and set up!
Fantastic condo located seconds from the Morrissey lift. Underground, heated parking, and simple access to the slopes. Walk out and ski from 50metres away. The condo is warm and homely, well outfitted and the owner was accessible (minor key issue) within seconds by text and call. The issue was immediately resolved and couldn't have been foreseen. I highly recommend this condo for families with young kids as it has a sled hill right across the street as well. This was our second stay in this unit and we will be back next year for sure! Thanks John, your hospitality is always fantastic.

It was a comfortable place and good location. Enjoyed our stay! Well equipped.
The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The condo was a bit dusty and the master bedroom could use some new bedding and bunk bed was rather "creaky". Some of the hot tub jets are not working. Overall a great stay.

Great location!
This place was perfect for what we needed. Unfortunately, we had a lot of trouble getting in when we arrived. Check in was 4:00, but we didn't receive the welcome email until 4:15. We arrived about 4:30. More unfortunately, the email did not contain the code to get into the unit. We called the cell # given and had to leave a message. Then called the management co, and were told (not so politely) that they don't manage the property anymore and couldn't help. Several phone calls to VRBO and anyone else we could think of and two hours later we finally tried the cell # again and got the owner this time. He was very nice, asked us why we hadn't called before (!) and gave us the code. The condo itself had several niggly issues: broken light switch in the master bathroom, no shampoo or soap, and we ran out of toilet paper and dish soap. A call to the cell # and the owner sent the cleaning company with the missing items. In the second bedroom, the curtains hang down on the baseboard heater. There are clear burn marks on the bottom of the curtains, indicating a fire hazard. I'd say this place needs a new manager. Too bad, because it's actually a great place.

Great Place
We spent the weekend here and really enjoyed it. Family of 4, very comfortable and everything was great. Check in information was perfect , wifi worked, hot tub was great for after skiing and good location for ski in/out. Would recommend this place.

I started going to Sun Peaks to teach my family to ski, and quickly fell in love
with Sun Peaks. The hotel stays were getting longer and longer, time to buy a condo!
No regrets, still love it up here, it is wonderful.

What makes this property unique

The enjoyment of a absolutely wonderful mountain and village, PLUS some of the friendliest
people you could ever meet. Add to that the great winter climate (lots of sun and dry snow),
and the beautiful views from the condo and hot tub - a great place to spend time with your
loved ones, relax, and enjoy the outdoors.
