Perfect for a group, would definitely recommend

We had a few issues but Fred was very responsive and on top of it to get them resolved. Very beautiful place, we felt very safe there. Plenty of room and privacy for everyone. My least favorite room was the queen bedroom downstairs, you just could hear as soon as the people above's feet hit the floor. Had everything we needed. Vtw we loved the hot tub once we figured out how to use it. Would definitely recommend for a large group.

Perfect stay

An excellent place to stay! Our whole family slept well each night and enjoyed having so many rooms to spread out. All was clean and comfortable, not to mention, a safe location.

My Birthday Vacation

I had an amazing time a wonderful stay with my family The house was beautiful. Everything was comfortable and and in place and convenient, my family had a wonderful time. They were so amazed by the beautiful house and they really enjoyed the pool. Everything was wonderful.

We had a great stay at the home and the Clubhouse pool was fantastic for the kids. We had an issue with the pool and Fred responded within minutes and saved the day. We would definitely stay again. Paul

Finney Vacay

Really enjoyed staying here...home great. No probkems getting in or out of gated community. Loved the downstairs bedroom for my older guest. Had one concern with pool screenings and was addressed by grounds keeper immediately. Would recommend this property to others.

Resort close to Disney attractions

The resort had great amenities and very nice size house to fit our two families. Very close to Disney and Walmart and other restaurants.

Amazing

We loved staying in this beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable home. We were so close to Disney that we had very little traffic to deal with and Fred was very helpful. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Amazing

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and sooooo close to Disney parks that we had very little traffic to deal with. Fred was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect For Our Multigenerational Trip

We stayed here with our two kids (6 & 8) plus grandparents. The house had plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and have privacy. The house was very clean and well maintained. Some furniture and accessories had been updated from the pictures when I originally booked, a nice surprise. Would stay here again.

Great Location & resort

We had a great time at this property. We enjoyed the pool and resort facilities. The hot tub at the home is not a hot tub. It is a whirpool with luke warm water. But this was perfect for us after a warm day. Communication was great and our local resource was extremely responsive. Property was very close to restaurants and groceries.

Great house!

We had a great time at this house! The address was tricky to find in the beginning but was easily found. The only drawback was the very limited amount of paper products/ laundry soap. I had to buy both for only one or two that we needed. I also wish the heating of the hot tub and pool was included in the rental cost but other than those things the house was perfect for us.

Could of been cleaner

Had an issue with the code when we arrived, but Fred took care of it for us right away. The bathrooms and furniture by the pool had lots of mold . There was just enough toilet paper for a day and no paper towels, kitchen towels or any kind of spray cleaner. The bedroom were large and spacious. The house was conveniently located to all parks.

Disappointing

The property was fine but the security on site were very unhelpful. We didn’t want to hire cars but the security made our stay very difficult by not issuing a pass code that we could use to enter and leave the resort by taxi.

We were so impressed with this property! It was exactly as listed. We loved having our own pool in the back, after long days at Disney we didn't have to worry about sharing or being around other people, we could just relax on our own. We didn't pay to have it heated, at least in June it got warm enough during the day that it was perfect. We had 9 of us that stayed at the house and had extra space! We never felt crowded, there was enough space in the living room and kitchen for us all to hang out together but then we also had our own rooms for when we needed a break. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is close to all the Disney parks as well as Walmart and tons of restaurants and gift shops. It was nice to have a short drive to get everywhere, especially after such long days. We didn't have to contact the owner about anything, but had information in case we needed to. We would 100% stay at this property again.

Smelled of smoke and needs deep cleaning.

We arrived to a smoke scented home. The property manager mentioned that the guest before us trashed the place, not our fault, but nevertheless we were forced to stay in a non-smoking home that smelt like smoke mixed with scented deodorizers trying to mask the smell, yuck. The home hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. There was a layer of dust on the windows (where you open them) and on the baseboards, both which looked like it had been accumulating for sometime. Normally this wouldn't bother us, but in a COVID world, it felt unclean. As far as being surface cleaned, the place missed the mark for us on this as well. It sounded like the last tenants left the place in bad shape which required a tremendous amount of the property managers attention. We assume because of this, that there was a lack of attention to detail when it came to general cleaning. This is hard to do when one guest checks out at 10am and the next check in at 4pm. So much for sanitizing It didn't appear that the pool had been cleaned when we arrived, a few of the doors and windows were broke, there were stains on the walls, and doors (that were wiped away with a Clorox rag, by us, so not attended to by the cleaning crew), there were food remnants from the previous guests outside in the pool area, the tops of the outdoor tables hadn't been wiped down (think dried food), there was a dead cockroach in the game room, that would have been found, had it been properly swept, a chewed apple in the storage room where the brooms were kept and chewed gum on the floor by the trash can in the kids room. Based on the property description and the cleaning fee charged, we assumed it would be cleaned better, but we didn't feel it was COVID safe. We felt uneasy staying the first night, and spent our first full day, cleaning the place, on our dime. The beds in the the kids rooms felt like the springs were ready to pop, they were very hard and loud. The carpet was stained, there were stains on the walls, some of the stains on the bathroom walls looked like blood, there was mildew in the bathrooms, the rugs were stained, basically the place needs some work. At a minimum, a crew should come in to clean the carpets and wipe down the walls every once in awhile. Be ready to bring your own trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. Also, be ready to pay to have the hot tub heated. The pool isn't heated unless you pay for it, and the hot tub is the same way. Enjoy.
