I'm sorry that my vacation rental didn't meet with your expectations. Although you are very nice both myself and my handyman could never please you. Eg the wood shutters had one vane that turned the other way. A very easy fix, but you insisted that my handyman do it, which of course he immediately did. Regarding your review: 34 renters, before and after you, don't agree with your review. I have a 5 star rating for cleanliness, great location and a beautiful condo. As a renter who stayed after you in April 2019 commented: “It was a wonderful stay and beautiful home. Thank you!!” “Our stay was great! 10 out of 10 stars”, “ Perfectly spacious, clean and well equipped.” , “Great condo! Great Location!” “ “ Very spacious. Unit very close to tennis and main pool.” Great stay, awesome location for Coachella.” , We have stayed at Marlene’s condo several times and enjoyed it tremendously. The location is ideally close to the clubhouse and saltwater pool, yet wonderfully private and quiet.”

Demco, sorry that your stay was less than expected. We had a 5 star (36 Reviews) on VRBO - Wonderful - from all our past guests. …Your condo is a great unit, beautifully kept…best equipped, cleanest and the location is convenient to the PVCC Clubhouse. We have a key pad entry, where no key was necessary. As an extra measure I have a key which was lost, but after your stay a couple of keys were made up. We have tile and carpet. I noticed a couple of spots on the carpet. I wanted to have the whole carpet shampooed, but you refused. You said that it wasn’t bad, and insisted that we have the carpet shampooed after your stay, which we did. The master bathroom had a flood due to my carelessness. The main water to the house was turned off. I turned on the bidet and the faucets, however, not until several minutes later did I realize the water was on, causing a flood. You were able to use the 2nd bathroom, while the master bathroom was being remediated. I did compensate you for the 4 days of your stay which you gladly accepted.

My family also enjoys our prime location, a short walk to the Clubhouse, Olympic Swimming Pool, Spa, Restaurants and Gym. Yes, I did include with your rental an extensive restaurant list, whereas it’s best to check with them for any changes because of Covid. Looking forward to your return anytime.

Bartjens so sorry it did not meet with your expectations. I had tried to accommodate you with every request you made. I had looked at my description and could not find mention of a CD player. I.however have 2 state of the art players in each bedroom and Blu-ray Disc Players. After your departure I had remodeled both bathrooms, hallway and kitchen with recessed LED lighting, dimmers and contemporary screw less plates that are beautiful as well as functional. The cable guy was at my place exactly at the time I had called you for permission. There would have been no waiting, but I understand that you did not want him to disturb you. Before you moved in you requested that I give you a discount even though it was a holiday week, Thanksgiving, because VRBO charged their service fee. I accommodated you with your request, even though I had not done that before. I was just trying to make you happy. All of my prior reviews by past guests are accurate. Everyone does think my place is beautiful, comfortable, spotless with a great location...and now the new LED recessed lights makes it even more wonderful. FYI - After your stay, there is a couple renting my place for 4.5 months who commented that it was beautiful when they first arrived and are very happy.
