Come enjoy your vacation in this private single story 3 bedroom 3 bath (each bedroom with their own bath) condo with a great view of the lake and golf course. There are no neighbors above you! The floorplan is excellent for multi generational or couples use as no bedroom shares a common wall with another and each has its own bathroom. There is a 2 car private garage that is accessed through your private patio in the front. Palm Valley Country Club is a 24 hour guard gated community and one of the premiere clubs in the area. It is centrally located to the freeway, shopping areas, golf courses and restaurants. There are 3 pools within a short walk of the unit that you can use. Come and see why this community is nicknamed the "Fun Club"... Although there are no taxes for a stay of 28 nights or longer, vrbo has no way to remove the taxes from the quote when you see it on line. Weather conditions can change quickly in the desert. Sand storms are known to occur occasionally and strong winds are not uncommon. However, winds are typically not a problem in Palm Valley CC. Summers experience extreme heat well over 100 degrees. Please prepare accordingly. We have a monthly extermination service to keep the desert bugs in check. The golf course typically closes down for re seeding anywhere from late September - early November and late April - early May. This schedule varies depending on weather conditions and timing of the club. Club is private and not available to guests typically. Please call me with any questions.
